It felt just like grandma's house. I stayed for 2 months, but I never wanted to leave. They took care of my every need and more. I miss everything about it. For me, people were too quiet and they went to sleep way too early. No late night parties in Vegas?? But if safety, tranquility, friendly neighbors, and a great staff is what you're after, its perfect. I never got the fire pits working, but I'm sure it was user error because everything else was very well maintained. It would have been nice to have wifi at the trailer, but there was great cable TV and wifi near the office. The bathrooms were campground bathrooms - creaky wooden stalls, concrete floors and could have used a hose-down, but they never ran out of hot water, there was never any wait and the concrete showers were good size, clean and had superior water pressure. I'm definitely coming back for a visit! GLAMPERS WELCOME!!

I don't know if the owners of this place have hit hard times or if they just don't care. This place is awful. Not a real campground. It is a place where people who are down on their luck are living. Tent area is not more than a little patch of grass. Men's bathroom was disgusting and I have some tolerance. 2 out of four showers have no shower heads and lights were out in two of them. Showers look like they have not been cleaned in years.. Even after the janitor(who lives in a tent on the grounds) cleaned the men's room it was still dirty. Bare minimum on cleaning. Not to mention that no one is ever in the office. When I was waiting to check in the office person finally showed up only to tell me she did not have time as she had to go somewhere else. Never saw anyone from management again and I was there 5 nights. Even at $18 a night I would NEVER stay there again. I did not feel safe there. Again I don't know what the story is in regard to the owners but they need to do better. I would not recommend to anyone....ever.

Their positive reviews come from people that are employed there. Office hours are supposed to be 9 to 5, but always late and refuse to answer phones all day long. I have had nothing but problems since I moved in. They will not fix anything. I was promised when I moved in that everything would be fixed, but it is not. Been here 6 months still no central air or heat and no plumbing. When I call owner she claims maintenance showed my husband how to fix toilet, but that is not true. Every month they want us to stick hose down toilet to make it go down. Gets completely full and wants us to live in our waste. The hose trick does not always work. So most the time we have no bathroom. Owner is rude and sells RVs that do not work and for triple what they are worth. Very trashy place, so try to avoid.

This is by far the worst campground I have EVER stayed at. Not only did the washing machines not work, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting with sewage coming up on your feet bc the sewer system has been backed up for months!! The office manager was very rude to me when I asked for change for the washing machines and told me if I want change I can march myself right down to the bank and get it myself. Whatever you do, do not stay here if visiting Las Vegas and need a campground. I don’t normally write reviews but everything about this park was appalling!!

They stole our rent and forced us to leave the property because my wife has a service animal, with paperwork. They refused to refund our rent money and literally threatened.to have the police remove us if we didn't leave with our dog. When my wife had a friend pick our service animal up they still forced us to leave no explanation given and no refund of our prepaid rent.

Do not dare go there. The managers are mean and rotten. They will sell you a trailer and then the health department will condemn it and then they will run you out and keep your money. They get paid to run people off if they think they can make money from your spot.. they forced an old lady to work up there for a year now and never paid her a dime they give her $500 off her rent so they let her live there for free and one day I'm going to talk her into going to the labor board and they owe her about 15 or $20,000 right now she's just too stupid to go get it they are evil nasty people and that's just scratching the surface of that evil nasty body smoking 10 packs of cigarettes a day disgusting person her face looks like a mountain of puke covered in nicotine

Definitely a good place to stay. It's not luxurious, but the restrooms are clean with hot water, the people are friendly, and it's pretty quiet most of the time. It's a very nice and inexpensive campground.

They harrass you. The tenant is required to reseed & fertilize the grass, even tho it was dead when you moved in. They complain about your water comsumption, but when you cut back, they threaten you with eviction when the grass starts to die, meaning the tenant takes less showers so the water can go on the grass. They pick on who can do what. The place is overun with cats. Big dogs run lose, inc. a pitbull & much more.

Honestly expected worse. It is a really nice place. It has a spot for tents up by the front, spots for trailers, and mobile homes. The front could be a little more clean.

Its a nice place to camp. The showers are always hot no matter what time you want to shower. There is a table next to a park for the kids where you can charge your phone. There are 2 barbecue grills on a patio along with picnic tables for you to use and enjoy with your family. At 98$ a week you can't beat it.

A friendly community of RV dwellers with a laundry facility on site as well as centrally located to many service stations and other essential businesses. With a Bus Stop directly in front of it's front gates. Convenient and well managed by Bonnie. 👍🏼👍🏼
