    If you want to lose weight, gain weight, get more muscle, get sexy, get lean, get strong, get healthier, then this gym will help you get there! I joined with ZERO knowledge! All the trainers are there to help you! They show you how to use the machine & they make sure your form is good! If there’s a exercise you can’t do they will modify it to make sure you’re still getting those gains! If you’re not sure what to eat, no worries they will give you a meal plan that’s easy to follow! The recipe book they have is easy to cook and delicious! Plus everyone here is nice. You will workout in peace! Not a soul there judging you! Ian and his crew will help you! You have to trust the process! Yes it will be hard. Change is hard, but how bad do you want it?! * I will come back with a update to show my progress*

    If your already fit this is a great place. If you are not it can be extremely uncomfortable. Everyone one was in clicks and I didn't feel very welcomed. I knew I didn't want to come back after the first class. Just my experience.

    So I just finished 6 weeks challenge with a Vegan meal plan. And I just want to say it was worth all time and money invested. I lost 9.7% body fat in 6 weeks and gain 5.7lb lean muscles. I I didn't work out for a while and always stop and start again. So I wanted something to help me get back on track and keep me accountable. But I got so much more. I've been Vegan for 3 years. And wanted to find a place where they provide a Vegan meal plan. And so far it was only 1 in Las Vegas. I just want to say don't hesitate and do it. I sing up for membership after my challenge, because all the classes challenging and trainers(Ian, Delmar, Sean, Seth and Kat)are amazing. Ian was helping me with my meal plan and guide me through all 6 weeks. Every week I did weigh in to see where I am at and based on it Ian adjust my meal plan. And I just want to say if your trainer told you to do something even if you think it doesn't make sense still do it and you will get results.

    I am so incredibly thankful for the six week challenge and everybody at Omalza Fitness. Initially, I was inspired to do the challenge to get bikini ready for vacation, but after my results, I'm hooked. I have lost 6.6% body fat and gained 1.6 lbs of muscle. I have also lost 11.4 Lbs! I am so beyond pleased! This was the first time in my life I've felt comfortable in a bikini! it's also the first time in my life I can do real pushups, and not just a few! I highly recommend doing this challenge! The program is set up so well. I'll admit, after going 3 to 4 years with very little exercise and no weight lifting experience, I was nervous to start the program. The first class wasn't easy, but I powered through with the help of my Omalza coaches and other challenge members. The support and community you build here is incredible and one of the reasons I believe the program is so successful. They also give you all the tools to succeed. You get a personalized nutrition plan and they check in with you via text to make sure it's working for you. The accountability aspect of this program really made a huge difference for me. No more slacking! ha. It's exactly what I needed. Overall, I cannot say enough great things about Omalza Fitness! Thank you Ian for always giving me the best workouts and educating me! You guys are phenomenal! I'm looking forward to my continued progress Just to add to my former review—— I started many year ago with the 6 week challenge and successfully lost 6% body fat in FIVE weeks! Fast forward many years, I had a baby and was looking for a gym to jumpstart my journey to getting back into shape, lose fat, and build muscle. I knew the perfect place for that, Omalza’s! I’ve been coming here for months and cannot recommend it enough. The workouts are intense in exactly the way you would want them to be. You will hit all the muscles and be guided through weightlifting form and technique. Of all the other classes I’ve ever done, I’ve never managed to burn as many calories as I do here. All the trainers are great, super helpful, & inspiring. That was especially important when I came back post-partum looking for that extra help and support. Additionally, I’ve met a lot of wonderful people in the classes as well. Super friendly vibe all around. If you are looking to build muscle, lose fat, and transform into the best physical shape of your life, Omalza’s has your back!

    I entered the six week challenge after my coworker participated as she raved about how amazing this gym was. The challenge is to choose between losing 20 pounds or 6% body fat, and I chose the 6%. To start, the atmosphere of the gym is completely amazing. Everyone is friendly & knowledgeable, and the trainings are consistently pushing you to do your best. I thoroughly enjoyed the Tuesday/Thursday morning classes with the owner, Ian. For the challenge, you are provided with a detailed & personalized meal plan, and an accountability coach that consistently checks in on your or is available to answer questions that you may have. My results: Lost - 8.5 pounds Gained - 3 pounds of muscle Body fat loss - 7% If you’re looking for a program that will set you up for success or help you on your fitness journey, this is the challenge for you.

    I signed up for the six week challenge and during that time I was going to Omalza fitness and working with really great trainers who helped me achieve my goals of loosing 6 percent body fat. By the end of the challenge I lost a total of 7 percent body fat, I lost a total of 10 pounds, Gained 3.9 lean muscle. My experience doing this challenge was enjoyable and definitely worth my time, results to show. I recommend this challenge to anyone who wants to loose fat or gain muscle but needs that extra push to achieve their goals.

    I joined Omalza Fitness in January after my last gym closed down. I love the gym and the classes! Classes are small enough where the trainer can give you their personal attention.The exercises in the classes are different everyday so the trainers always keep you guessing! I love that I found this gym!!

    I recently joined Omalza Fitness in January. I’m so thankful I did! The trainers are amazing and take their time to teach form and technique. The classes are small so it feels like semi-private training sessions. I’ve met a lot of great people with similar goals. I’m so grateful to call this gym my second home.

    Just finished my 6-week challenge and I could not be happier with the results. Rewind to 6 weeks ago, I had just recently gotten engaged and was looking for a gym that could help me get back into the normal fitness routine. One morning I was on Social Media and saw an ad for Omalza Fitness 6 week challenge. I reached out to them and was scheduled for a complimentary consultation. After going over the details of the program I signed up. All the classes and trainers at the gym are amazing. Boxing/Kickboxing with Delmar is a great cardio workout and he is very detailed in the exact moments and is always checking to make sure you are performing the movements correctly. Kettle Bells with Sean is great and you are guaranteed to wake up sore the next morning. Conditioning classes with Duron were one of my favorites, he always found a way to make you push yourself to your limit, and found a way to make working out fun! Ian was my coach for my six-week challenge and he was always checking in on my to see how I was doing and coaching me along the way. Even my co-workers at the Law Firm I work at noticed a difference and are wanting to sign up and join do the challenge as well. Overall I lost a total of 11.1% body fat, 12 lbs and gained 4 lbs in muscle! It feels great to be back in shape again. I am looking forward to seeing what further improvements I can make! Thank you to all the staff at Omalza Fitness!

    We joined Omalza Fitness’ 6 week challenge on a whim, hoping to redeem ourselves from previously-failed weight loss attempts. We walked up for out first appointment and saw so many people pushed to their limits that my girlfriend was almost too intimidated to walk in, but we’re glad we did - the Omalza Fitness gym community is a positive and encouraging group of individuals. There's a decent variety of classes that are all guided to allow people with varying levels of fitness and fitness acumen to all participate together. With the support from the Omalza staff and the Total Nutrition staff, 6 weeks later, I have lost 18 pounds of body fat (7.5%, 18.8 lbs total) and gained 2.4 lbs of muscle. If you can carve out time to bring your fitness goals to fruition and the class schedules jive with yours, this is an excellent place to start.

    Just finished my Six Week Challenge with Omalza Fitness! This was by far the best experience to get back into a fitness routine. They provide you with a personal meal plan, accountability coach, and ALL the workouts will kick your butt. The trainers are very knowledgeable and everyone pushes each other during the workouts. I’m extremely happy with the progress I’ve made and looking forward to starting some personal training and continuing to reach my goals.

    I just finished my 6 week challenge at Omalza Fitness!!! It is exactly what I needed to get back on track with my fitness and my eating habits.Ive already lost 11 lbs gained 2.8 lbs of mussel and lost a total of 6% body fat! 🙌🏼 Aside from the fun and intense classes I attended each week it was a even more amazing experience because of how helpful/fun and motivating the staff members were.From the trainers to the receptionists and classmates everyone were always welcoming and positive. I appreciate you all and look forward to continue my journey with you all.Anyone looking to challenge yourself or even just get back to your routine I highly recommend Omalza Fitness . THANK YOU!!!

    I run consistently. I eat healthy-ish. I don't have great genetics, so I do what I need for my mental and physical health. But no matter how many marathons I run, watching what I eat, even intermittent fasting, my weight was not ideal and my energy was constantly drained. I had a big box membership, treadmill at home, but trying to figure it all out on my own was not working. Hence, the search for some guidance... Omalza had impressive reviews on yelp, what got me was a review from someone that also had a thyroid condition. I called the number, and the rest is history. The workouts at Omalza are Challenging - like, legit sweat drenched every workout. All of the coaches are great and help you with the exercises even if you have zero knowledge of a machine or movement. Ian guides you through your nutrition, and listens to what your goals are. He is patient, humble, an all-around nice guy but also pushes you to achieve beyond what you didn't think you could do. There's no fasting or starving yourself, I actually had more food than what I normally had before. The formula is lift weights and eat. "Eat to grow muscle, eat to burn fat" & "Lift weights to build muscle, lift weights to burn fat" Lift the heavier weights, ladies! Ian and his wife are bodybuilding champs as well - the true meaning of "Lead By Example". Omalza's 6-week challenge was the missing piece to seeing the results I needed. I highly recommend Omalza to see your efforts produce accelerated results! RESULTS: 7.3% of body fat lost 6.2 lbs body weight lost 3.8 lbs lean muscle gained

    Six weeks ago, I signed up for the challenge program with Ian. My goal was to pick up the habit of exercising and eating clean again. Ever since my injury from BJJ a few years ago, I have been afraid to work out again. Today is the last day of my 6-week challenge, not only is my progression promising, but also I am feeling better about myself. If you are looking for knowledgeable trainers and a gym with a friendly vibe, this is the right place for you.

    Just finished the 6-week challenge and all I can say is WOW. The challenge is 110% worth the money. What you gain from the challenge is honestly life changing. I lost 17lbs and 6% body fat in 6 weeks! At the beginning of the challenge Ian sits down with you and provides you with a meal plan specific to you and your goals. You have unlimited access to the classes during your 6 weeks as well as constant communication with Ian and the staff! The staff check in with you multiple times a week to make sure you’re staying on your meal plan, getting cardio in and attending classes. They offer a lot of different types of classes between 5AM and 6:30PM. Most classes consist of stations (~5) and you go through the circuit normally 3 times. No matter what class you attend you’re going to get the BEST workout during a 45 minute session! If you’re reading this and contemplating the 6-week challenge or a membership at this gym, DO IT! This place is the best!

    Just finished my 6 weeks challenge! I lost 7.2% body fat and gained 4 lbs of muscle! I loved it and signed up to continue on their monthly program! The team is very professional, making the process simple for you with the detailed diet plan, that they adjust along the way based on your progress. They really care about helping you reaching your goal. The classes are intense to the right level to see results fast. They assigned me an accountability coach that was in touch with me all the time, giving tips about diet, workouts, and everything that I had a question about. I really recommend this gym to anyone who want to make a difference in their body and enjoy along the way!

    I had such a great experience with this gym. I did their 6 week challenge and loved every second of it. I lost 8.2 lbs, gained muscle and lost 6.1% body fat! The trainers are great and the workouts are all just the right amount of tough to get you that good sweat going on! My favorite part of my experience was having an accountability coach. Each week my coach would check in on me and my results from my weigh in. Because I’m so active my meal plan had to be changed quite a bit to find the balance of what my body needed to lose fat and gain muscle. My coach never gave up on me and we did it! I will recommend this gym to my friends looking to hit a goal. This gym is literally for everyone at any level.

    I recently finished the 6 Week Challenge at Omalza Fitness & it was amazing!!! I saw results in just 6 weeks, I lost 6% body fat & gained 6 pounds of muscle. This was honestly the best journey I have encounter, this gym is no joke.... the trainers, the classes, meal plan EVERYTHING just makes your life easier & they will push you to the max. I still want to improve my fitness journey & I will continue to train with them.... I have tried many gyms & by far this one is the best ♥️ Thank You Omalza!!!!

    Right after my first class at Omalza fitness I knew I’d be challenged in ways I haven’t been challenged in years. The 6 week challenge was a great choice for me to get back in shape. Going to the gym and doing workouts on my own just wasn’t providing the results I’d like to see. I was tired of always telling myself to tweak my diet and workouts here and there and hope to see major changes, except they never came. I knew that if I wanted to achieve the results I desired, I needed to change up the routine. Going in to the challenge my goal was to loose at least 6% in body fat in 6 weeks. I was able to do that...and then some. Following Ian’s diet plan and overall guidance I was also able to put on muscle (almost 5 lbs) while getting in the best shape I’ve been in years. The knowledge I gained by following Ian’s advice really changed my point of view when it comes to dieting and working out. I knew diet and workouts go hand and hand, but I’ve never done it in a way where it kind of contradicts everything I’ve ever been told and believed in (eat white rice as part of the diet, uh what?!) but after seeing the results at my first weigh in, I was a believer. 1. Ian knows what he’s talking about. 2. You gotta trust the process. 3. It’s not easy, but I promise you it’s worth it. In the short 6 weeks I was able to achieve results and reach goals I hadn’t achieved by mindlessly going to the gym on my own. My cardio is better. My strength is better. My diet is better. I was ready to step outside of my comfort zone and push my limits. If you are looking to be in the best shape of your life, push yourself in ways you never knew it was possible and gain knowledge you can use for the rest of your life, THIS IS YOUR GYM! I refuse to settle for less. It’s not an easy process, it takes a lot of self discipline and self accountability. It takes being painfully honest with yourself. It takes sacrifice and pushing your physical and mental limits to the max. If you show up, listen to the advice and leave every ounce of energy on the gym floor, you’ll leave a better person than when you first stepped foot in the door.

    After I said Got married last December, I unfortunately let myself go far more than I wanted and lost all confidence. I took the plunge and did the 6 week challenge at Omalza and chose the goal of losing 6% body fat. I just finished up a 6 week challenge at Omalza Fitness and I am so proud to say I: I lost 11.1 pounds, gained 3.3 pounds of muscle AND lost 6% body fat! That’s 12 POUNDS OF FAT!!! Not only did I hit my goal at the gym but I hit my goal of looking good enough to wear a romper to an upcoming wedding! The trainers and the staff at Omalza are all incredible and so motivating. My accountability coach David checked in with me and motivated me through the whole challenge. I love how all the workouts incorporate strength training, are different and hard but rewarding. I can't wait to become a full time member at the place that helped me get my confidence back!

    I lost the drive to put the time in at the gym and I had really “let myself go”. I can’t express how thankful I am for this challenge, the coaches, and even the motivating workout partners I had throughout my six weeks. Omalza Fitness is such a motivating atmosphere and every instructor pushed me to be better and hit my goals. It’s a gym that actually makes you want to come day after day. Ian was my accountability coach and he checked in with me every time he saw me in the gym (5-6 times/week) and 3+ times through out the week. Ian really kept an open line of communication and made sure I was doing what I needed to be doing. And made changes when needed. Not only is Omalza Fitness an awesome motivating atmosphere it’s also a very accommodating gym. There are a variety of classes with a variety of instructors. Which is super nice because you can always mix it up! I’m so happy with my results! I won’t lie and say this 6 week challenge was easy, but it was definitely more than worth it! Thank you thank you thank you Omalza Fitness, truly an amazing experience! Final results: Lost 11.6 pounds of fat Lost 6.1% body fat Gained 4 pounds of muscle Lost 10 pounds total
