Has lots of businesses for the nearby residential neighborhoods. However, the parking lot is really, really congested sometimes due to the Smiths simultaneously running a fuel station so close to it's self. Fuel station lines, cars coming and going for groceries and pedestrian traffic intermingled. It's also all moving around at the same time. So it gets congested sometimes.

Bus stop: Not too happy about RTC getting rid of the seating at bus stops. Instead I see they have put up a leaning post with overhang. Can only fit 2 people and maybe a child. What about the elderly who need to get somewhere and must use public transportation? Where will the be able to sit? Especially in this warm weather. Not everyone has access to a vehicle or has someone to take them here and there. Someone used their head and rigged up a contraption in photo 2. Passed by and this is now gone.

Took my ex-wife's here she didn't have a car. So she can get some teeth filled.

I enjoy the business here, but parking and getting through the parking lot can be challenging at times.

Decent number of businesses on-site. Starbucks, Walgreens, Jiffy Lube, Sonics, and Bank of America to mention a few.

Tried this place and was pleasantly surprised how great the food is...Mongolian beef, Singapore noodles and house fried rice and salt n pepper pork chops. This is our new place for Chinese food. 🙂

I'm surprised there was not an accident of some sort. Traffic here is despicable!

Roberto's is one of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever been to. love the food and the service is always top notch, very kind staff.

I went to this branch of little ceaser but not happy at all, I order for couple of pizzas and mentioned do not cut, once they did then I refused to take so they made another and did the same for twice same mistake repeated and same words oh sorry for got once can be forgot but repeated on same time ridiculous

We went to The UPS Store to ship items back to Amazon, using prepaid labels. The store folks were very nice and efficient. They were quite helpful.

I went to Smith's grocery store to get.. Wait for it ok here it comes almost done..HOT WHEELS GOUND A COUPLE. THE MANAGER AND ASSISTANT MANAGER NEED TO LEARN PEOPLE SKILLS.THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT RIGHT?? ALL OF THE PACKAGE FOR THE HOT WHEELS ARE JUST TORE UP SO I ASKED FOR A DISCOUNT.THE MANAGER HAD TO ASK THE ASSISTANT MANAGER WHAT TO DO ? AND HE TOLD (HER) THE MANAGER NO DISCOUNT.

Not happy at all, I was adament about what I wanted and didn't want. Yet they were not listening. I was referred to a surgeon who ONLY does root canals. When I specifically stated that I wanted pulled. So I went an extra day in excruciating pain for nothing. Please know the office was very clean, the staff was very friendly and professional. But I needed a dentist who listens, comprehends, and understands.

It's an older shopping mall but it's nice.

Very nice area. Very clean quiet. The 27 years that I've been in this area it's been very nice very well maintained. They have construction going on right now where the lanes are narrowed down to only one which sucks. That needs to be addressed ASAP.

You have to watch where you are drive people like to speed in this shopping center. I enjoy doing business with the Chase bank and Care+ is a very nice medical center.
