The closest location that makes donuts fresh is 6 miles away on W Spring Road and Rainbow. This location and all the others on the strip receive racks of donuts that were baked off-site. The lady that I asked told me that they get 3 shipments a day. Obviously this location will not be as good as getting them fresh off of the belt, but at least you are getting fresher donuts than if you bought a premade box somewhere else. I'm sad it's not a factory, but happy to be able to get semi-fresh donuts.

$14.26 for 4 donuts. Two chocolate covered and two strawberry icing with sprinkles. Not even specialty creme filled donuts. And it still costs this much. Wasn't fresh either. Enough said for me just mentioning the price. As if being in Vegas means donuts should go up that much. Lol

1 star and here's why... the sign behind the cashier shows 3 donuts for $3, however cashier claims she can not ring that up in the register... very strange?? We would need to purchase the donuts at $3.45 a donut?? Crazy right? We even clarified that she knows the sign says 3 for $3.. her response "they just put that sign there and i have no way of keying that in" ?? We told her that this was very odd and would go elsewhere, to which she said ok that's fine. Need less to say my party of 8 went elsewhere due to the sketchy business practices of this particular store. Very disappointing.

Nice donut shop but not full array of Crispy Cream donuts that you may find in many other Crispy Cream shops. Staff are helpful and pleasant.

Donuts are $2.50 or $20 for a dozen (12). There's no half dozen (6) options. I paid $14 and changed for 5 donuts. It's only worth it if you are planning to get the dozen because small donuts for $2.50 aren't worth it.

I bought 3 chocolate donuts and a large drink. The drink turned out to be small and with the 3 donuts it cost me $17.43! Staff was rude too, and I didn't even mention the cost to them. Skip!

I asked if the house coffee was light, medium, or dark roast and they had no idea. As she was taking the order she mixed up the order and we corrected her at least 5 times. Caramel mocha and a house coffee. She tried to put whip cream on my house coffee. They have no idea what they are doing, I am surprised they haven't burned the whole building down yet. The lady mutters complaints under her breath it was a simple oder, no special requests. The guy is definitely on drugs.

I came to this location in la Vegas inside circus circus hotel to buy our favorite donuts with my daughters. It was 2 employees at the moment I got there they were talking between them, I said Good Morning but they just ignored me, it’s ok no problem with that. When I started ordering I walk to the display donuts, the African American lady scream to me and my kids, at that time another customer came. She said move I need to take care of it. I said I’m just trying to order from this side, she screamed to me again and she said it’s the same donuts that the other display. I didn’t know that!!! If she explained to me in a nice way I ll understand right away but basically just make me feel really ashame May be because my English has a kind of accent. She never apologized or anything else. She’s the most rudes Krispy kream donuts a never meet! I hope she’s having a good day! I feel embarrassed and kind of discriminated.

2 Stars because of the customer service. If you can, take the drive to a different Krispy Kreme. Save your time, save your money, protect your energy. Other than that The Doughnuts are always delicious! After all, it's Krispy Kreme. Pricing is wayyyy higher than your usual physical Krispy Kreme Store just because it's located on the Strip inside of Circus Circus.

This place is amazing their food is so fire but Id really appreciate it if it could be close to my house.

Wanted them fresh off the belt I drove all the way to the busy strip and had to find parking. Only to park in the back and walk to the front.... To find out they not fresh from the belt. That's that hurt.

I placed an order yesterday to help a friends fundraiser I got two dozens online which I wasn’t able to get at the time but I figured the next day wouldn’t be an issue. My mom went to pick up the dozens & they didn’t have my order which is fine I can always get a refund later on the road. One thing I really dislike is not having good customer service if it’s your Monday & you don’t feel like working don’t work at a job we’re you have to communicate with different types of people. Also way more expensive since it’s inside circus circus.

The employees are absolutely rude. Like it is a big inconvenience, they have to talk or answer questions. We asked about peanuts, and the lady acted like she was so inconvenienced. Get new workers, Krispy Cream!

Very nice place located inside Circus Circus Hotel and Casino! They have a variety of donuts as well as cold brew coffee and hot coffee and tea as well!

Krispy Kreme doughnuts are very good. Service was Slow! They had a few customers in front of us, and the line grew to quite a wait. Some potential customers approach the line and left due to the wait. They had only one person working. When we finally got to the counter a second employee showed up. Instead of her addressing customers she actually took away from recognizing customers as she engaged the first employee for several minutes about how the schedule was messed up. After their private discussion and work stoppage, when they finally started working, I noticed the first server was running circles around the other new arrival that worked at a scale pace. If I knew there was a baglle store in the food court, we may have had bagles.

Most of our donuts were absolutely delicious! They were fresh and fluffy, even when purchased at 10pm. However, they forgot to put lemon filling in the lemon filled donuts. Even without the filling, still a yummy glazed donut.

smells so yummy as soon as you get to the door when I say clean I mean spotless not a crumb to be found anywhere donuts were warm and fresh I even got a free one for the wait which wasn’t long at all friendly staff everyone had a smile on their face can’t wait to go back

It's a Krispy Kreme in the Casino Food hall. Service was top notch. The new seasonal donughts tasted fab. Service with a smile.

They didn't feel as fresh as I expected, but when I had to call, the lady who answered was very nice and helped correct the order. Used delivery and it was fast.

Stopped by for morning coffee and doughnuts at 630 am. Out of almost all doughnuts and the clerk did not know how to make coffee. It's 630 am that's kinda what doughnuts and coffee are for. Location is great and open 24 hours but man do they needs some training on how to make coffee or bring in the day shift earlier.

Came to get donut with a great morning vibe. Wow. All the 3 staff today, morning shift are so rude, unprofessional to customer. This customer service should not be accepted to work in a shop in a nice casino like this. Wasted all my time, money and effort to come whole the way inside. They should not even be employed as staff for Krispy Kreme Donut either, the donut brand can do way better than this for customer. Never coming back again.

Omg!!! We dont have these in MN.. so this was a MUST!! The line went fast... and the ladies are friendly !!! They had been out of a couple I wanted to try, but that's okay! It was amazing! In the end, I still got to enjoy the amazingness of a Krispy Kreme! And put myself into a sugar coma....

I was excited to see a Krispy Kreme in the casino! I ordered 2 doughnuts even though the employee was not welcoming at all. She dropped the doughnuts in the little bag with no covers or napkins. The doughnuts were too stale to eat; seemed like they were several days old.

It was the only thing opened late at night but the donuts were smaller than the other locations and they didn't taste as fresh

Don’t order iced coffee here they just give you a cup with black coffee and tell you to add your own cream and don’t even make the drink right

Wow. You talk about a great doughnut. This place is the bomb. The only problem I had with Krispy Kreme is the drive thru line. It is too much like In and Out Burgers. But on the plus side of this tells you that the place must be good if the line is crazily long. The service is amazing too. They are always smiling and so friendly. I definitely recommend here.

We don't get Donuts as often as when we lived in Ca. The Problem is Finding Good Donut Shops! So Far after #9 Yrs. of living in NV. Krispy Kreme are 100% the Best! Always Fresh, they are Always Completely Coated with Glaze, a Big Problem for Many Others! Your Choices are Great and the Fillings are Always Delicious! The Closest 2nd, for Us has been the Winchell's Donuts off of S. Cimarron Rd.! Our Dr. is in the same Parking lot, along with "BAR" & the Soda Shop. 👍

I always buy my donuts from Krispy Kreme and I love their amazing range of donuts. Their donuts are exactly how I need them to be : crispy from outside and soft in the inside. I will keep eating their donuts forever !!!

For an early morning donut run, the donuts and coffee were great. The customer service...? UGH! I wasn't even sure the cashier worked there at first because he walked past us (rapping the lyrics to a trash song) and didn't bother to acknowledge our presence. After taking a break from his sad attempt to mimic the rapper he was listening to, he took our order then went back to his 'music'. The experience was very unprofessional.

I got a creamed fill it was so hard I could break a window with it. The worst Krispy Kreme I have ever been to.
