Courteous counter help and fresh ingredients and quick pickup. I asked for mine crispy and it came out perfectly.

DON'T EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING! have never been so disappointed in my life. The ordered arrived cold no big deal but when I opened the pizza box the pizza was BLACK it was burnt so bad! My capriese salad went bad a long time ago the mozzarella was shredded and drowning in dead, soggy basil leaves and the rancid yellow curddled milk at the bottom. I tried calling the restaurant but, they do not answer. Instead your directed to check out the corporate help section on Blaze pizzas website. NEVER AGAIN!

I've ordered 4 times now from Blaze pizza. 3 deliveries and 1 pick up. The first 2 experiences were pretty great. The 3rd one i was disappointed, i ordered a chicken Bacon pizza and bacon was only on 1.5 slices of the whole pizza. So i called complained and they said of i pick-up next time they would buy me a pizza. Just picked that pizza up and one of the slices didnt have any toppings lol, the other ones are lacking toppings as well. Last time for me.

This place has gone downhill the past few years. I went a few days ago to see if there was any improvement, but alas, it was even worse than before. My pizza was undercooked, my companion's pizza was burnt. I asked for arugula topping. This picture is what I got. Not only was there barely any arugula, what there was on the pizza looked rotten.

I have frequently visited Blaze for 2 years specifically because I can get a delicious pizza that works with all my dietary restrictions. Today, I was told that they're no longer offering keto crust. Unfortunately, my body had a reaction to the cauliflower crust so I will, sadly, not be returning to Blaze.

This sucked!!! The pizza was cold! Not even lukewarm. I picked it up at the time they told me and it only takes 7 mins to get home. The salad had many brown wilted chunks! The service was pathetic! I called to say I’m outside for curbside pick up. Long pause from the person, okay, with disappointment. No drink when he came out cause there’s no tea! He brought an empty cup?!!! He was going to go back in to get tea but I decided to go in to get it myself. There’s no tea! After getting home I decide to call just to say hey this whole experience left something to be desired, and it got worse. Horrible explanation and blaming all other parties. Even sounded like he was blaming me. Never go to Blaze!

Sam, Ryan and the gentleman cooking the pizza all did an amazing job! Fast and friendly service. I love this location very consistent friendly amazing staff.

One of our favorite take out pizza places. The price isn't too bad and the vegan+gluten free version is still enjoyable (even if a bit on the small side). Plus their service is quick & friendly. They keep the GF dough separate and will put on gloves to avoid cross contamination if needed. I am looking forward to them getting some vegan/gluten/soy free pepperoni. But the chickn' and other options are fine for now.

The ingredients are fresh. You can select as much or little of each topping for your pizza. Vegetarian, Gluten free options available. Your pizza is cooked in a large oven with flames shooting over the pies. Hence the name. Finished with a selection of drizzle from vinaigrette to olive oil or pesto! Really good pizza! Like homemade from mom's kitchen!

They have a damn good personal pizza deal. Very fairly priced. We ordered here for the Gluten Free options for my wife. She was very happy with hers, but mine was far superior. Especially with that spicy tomato sauce they offer. Might order another few pies tonight.

Visited this location (Decatur & 215) where the young man didn’t change his gloves from the previous guest’s order and proceeded to sneeze and grab my crust! 🤢🤢 Had to visit the Craig location near the cannery instead. Not friendly from the time we walked in. Everyone just stares at you. Wouldn’t listen to me, just overall not what you want with a dine-in experience.

Pizza was decent. Blood Orange Lemonade was good. Service sub par. The two employees I interacted with made me feel like I was bothering them. If you are not there to work go home.

Pizza was delicious. Plentiful and fresh as always. Tables needed to be cleaned. I shouldn't have to wipe crumbs or spilled drinks from the table before sitting down to eat my food. This has happened more than once. Clean the dang tables please.

Pizzas were being thrown literally into a pile out of the fire roasted oven onto a prep table. The ingredients were touching across pie orders. New staff.. touching their face.. with the same gloves they used on the food.. one ingredient person actually wiped up on his nose in one motion same hand.. reached down to gather a handful of ingredient to sprinkle over someone's pizza.. I tried to remember what it was like training on a new production job on a Saturday night.. coo coo.. my grandsons pizza missed the box was folded into a mass of dough with all art erased.. the pie was rescued.. dough straightened without paper sleeve.. cheese pulled out to cover the dough.. the box pulled shut and my name called.. order ready. I won't return to the Decatur location. Cheers.

Went to blaze the other day after a looong hot day at work because I love the orange blood lemonade..very refreshing!! But they were almost out!! I got someone who is apparently the manager named Court? I'm pretty sure that was her name. Anyways she got on top of making that lemonade right away and was super nice about it. ❤️ The other staff at the counter were attentive and didn't mess up my food and smiled!!! ❤️ Lately everyone seems to have an attitude, so it's nice to be treated with respect and patience out there in a disastrous world!! A simple smile or hi can make anyone's day better!!

Pizza was good. A bit pricey. Custom juice flavors were awesome. Seating was metal and uncomfortable so took off a star.

I request the people when you are getting your pizza from them please make sure your pizza is cook or not like last night I got pizzas from them and the pizzas were not cooked And I recommend the management of their team that their employee should take care of their job thank you

Thought we would try something new. The Caesar salad lettuce was wilted and warm. The 3 top pizza came with 2 toppings, less the parmesan Not a good first time experience by any means. .

We've eaten at Blaze lots of times and it never disappoints! I love that you can customize your pizza and it's hot and fresh! Plus - they have awesome blood-orange lemonade!

Blaze is always way to go if we're talking pizza. Fresh ingredients are what appeal to me most, and I usually go with a Build Your Own pizza. Friendly and accommodating staff really complete the experience and make Blaze a lock if you want to eat delicious pizza responsibly 😜

The food was good and the service was ok too. The atmosphere was good, not busy so it felt comfortable for my family. The pizza tasted delicious and the price was just right.

I used to like Blaze Pizza but the last two times it was more than disappointing. Last week the pizza was badly burnt to the point it tasted so bitter I trashed it after one slice. And today the pizza was still raw. Also not edible. Waste of money and time

Ordered online for a specific time as my lunchtime was one hour and needed to start and finish then. Delivery was over a half hour it checked the pizzas and salads to see that they were hot. They were ice cold and cheese had solidified. Pizza was terrible! Salads were warm and lettuce was fairly wilted. Will never use them again!

So, this location has really bumped up their game! A little messy making the pizza which made the crust soggy in some parts but overall the taste, the customer service and the cleanliness is five star. We'll be back!

It's probably the best blaze pizza store, but I miss the old cane sugar sodas they used to have, it was really good and helped make the place feel unique, now it's just the regular junk and it is starting to feel more lifeless.

This location has incredible customer service. When we had an online order messed up and a pizza left off, they remedied the situation quickly and no questions asked. Staff was all so friendly and helpful. Especially the manager Miguel and another employee whom I believe was named Francesca. I will definitely be back!

Wowww I'm so glad I found this pizza place! very reminds new york pizza! the crust selection is huge! cauliflower, rice, keto and more. they were very friendly and very professional 👏 they went through the ingredients in each different crust. and now the pizza was amazing! like seriously I never imagined cauliflower crust can taste good, but also the way the bake the pizza and put it together makes it that good from my personal prospective, they definitely do it with love) thank you very much for the best pizza experience I've ever has in las vegas! thank you!

Not allergy friendly told them my kid was allergic to dairy eggs and peanuts they made it no problem but cut it with the normal cutter had I not been watching they could have killed my 5yo And no apologies given just can you go and reorder from the guy who cut it I'm done back to pizza hut who apparently knows better and keeps a note of it in my account

A tiny cup of ranch now cost $0.50, actually it cost $.54, because for some reason they are adding tax to a side ranch cup. Blaze pizza used to give ranch for free, I don’t see why a literal tablespoon of ranch should cost $.50 when they probably buy the whole bottle for three bucks. Not to mention the little tiny ranch cup that they give you is only halfway filled, this is literally a tablespoon of ranch for 50 cents whyyyyy. It took me so long just to grab 2 quarters out of the bottom of my purse, then the cashier said it’s actually $.54 with tax WOW I wanted to just say forget the ranch cup. Only giving two stars because the pizza was bad., This half cup of ranch is definitely not worth it though. Pizza should come with ranch, period. Inflation is absurd.

I have literally NEVER had them correctly make pesto drizzle bread. I tried again hoping something had changed, and put throughout the notes to not forget the pesto drizzle. They forgot it. Again. They contantly forget ingredients and drizzles on other items. Even when I don't get the pesto, they always mess something up. Blaze ingredients are soooo tasty, this location is fundamentally broken when they can't even fix up ONE pizza order without messing it up or requiring us to return for BASIC ingredients that come in the pizzas with NO customization!!!

TERRIBLE PLACE WITH CHILDREN RUNNING THE SHOW!! Went to Blaze for a quick dinner but boy was this a BAD idea! The two little girls behind the bar didn't acknowledge my family and I as we stood in line for about 5 minutes. One had a dirty rag that was once white (stained red). As she ran it back and forth (aka cleaning) above the rims of the containers pushing food into wrong containers, and pushing old food back in by doing so 🤢 The other girl was busy whispering about co-workers laughing about who knows what. Finally order despite what already felt like a bad idea but I had my 2yr old and he was hungry. Anyway, ordered our 3 pizzas. Waited and WAITED AND WAITED. 1 1/2 hours later when I asked about my order, turns out they had given my order to someone else, as I'm asking, the customer who took my order brought it back into the store and as cold as it was they then offered it back to me!! REALLY?? When I expressed my frustration, they laughed and one of the two started whispering something that sounded like this B something something... I let it go because it isn't worth it, like the service or the food. I WOULD NEVER EVER GO BACK.

I went to blaze on Saturday, Miguel made my pizza pretty fast and they cooked it perfectly. I sat down and ate my pizza. An employee came up to me asking if I needed anything, i didn't even know they did that! the foods amazing 5/5!

Pizza was very bland and tasteless. They forgot the dressing for my salad, the brownie tasted like a cheap day old Little Debbie's. Not impressed.
