The girl at the window Danielle was definitely rude as hell. I ordered my burger and a burger combo. She handed me my order then said have a great day . Turned around and left. I knocked on the drive thru window for my item she forgot and she just walked away again and turn the corner. I parked my truck in the parking lot and walked to the door.. locked door even when there open so I banged on the door. All 3 employees continue to do what there doing and ignore me. I continue to bang on the window at a force if I went any harder it would of broke. They looked at me and ignored me and went back to what there doing. I went to the drivr thru window and told her to get me my missing items. On top of that 20 minutes of cooking food to "Perfection" . If it was cooked fresh why when I grabbed a fry right out of the bag it was cold . The cook was using her finger to touch the food without gloves. Then touched her face because the seasoning went in her face . Wiped her sweat and continued to cook the food without washing her hands... this is the last time I'll be stopping by

Beyond disappointed in this Fat Burger, overall horrible experience. I don’t recommend at all, from service to food, not the same as other fat burgers in town. I was over charged, given attitude when I inquired about it. The food order was inaccurate, when I brought it to the employees attention, the employee gave us even more attitude. I was over charged 2x, inaccurate order, and attitude from the employees. (Other customers were complaining about the food and the wait) apparently they weren’t using the original “fat burger fries”

Never had a fat burger. This was to be my first time after me and my family and I ordered the bill to come to 107 dollars. Now, how do a fast food restaurant come to be so much. I canceled my order because 107 is ridiculous for a meal for 5 people. I still have not tired fat burger would like too but not for 107 maybe some day, but we did eat at five guys for 60 dollars.

"You can't rush perfection." That's what the sign on the drive thru reads and as a life long fan of fatburger, its a very appropriate mantra. Fatburger reminds me of all the greatest backyard BBQ burgers I've eaten in my life, even though I believe they cook the burgers on a flat top grill. What I mean is all the flavors from the super fresh toppings combined with the deliciousness of the burger bring back all of my tastiest memories. I've eaten some amazing burgers in my life, but Fatburger is my all time favorite. It just checks all the boxes on what makes a burger awesome (for me anyway) and I'll pick it over anywhere else 10 times out of 10. If you like old fashioned burgers, and you are patient, just go already. My personal recommendation is King burger with everything and then add cheese and and egg. I just had 2 in the last 2 days and now I really want a third one. And yeah, it looks a little sloppy, but who cares, its amazing!

The burger was good but nothing special. It needed a some seasoning but besides that it tasted good. The onion rings would of been great but they we slightly burnt which made them a little bitter. I don't know if I would come here again for food.

The Craig Rd. & Rancho location in LV is the best Fatburger in the city. Fresh made to order burgers, done however you request. The service is always great and timely.

Fat burger used to be smashed ground beef on the grill. The edges are supposed to be uneven and scraggly! Even crunchy! At this location I watched a man pull a perfectly round patty out of a cooler drawer. It looked frozen to me when he tossed it on the grill. It had no flavor. Was more like BK! Yuck. Looked like there might possibly be new owners. Had Northern European accents. I'm not prejudiced. It's just that they may not know the history/technique of the brand.

Paid $15 for a regular burger, big steak fries, a medium drink, and a side of chile. The burger meat was overcooked and dry, not juicy at all. The fries were mixed, some overcooked and dry, some good, most dry. The side of chile is about 2 tablespoons worth in a tiny plastic salsa style container. I had to ask for another, they gave it to me no charge. Customer service was friendly enough but the food is not what I remember when I was a kid. If i come back I would specify not to overcook the patty and that I want a fresh lightly cooked batch of fries.

If I could give it a zero I would. This is the second time we have pulled up and been told they were closed. The first time it was 9:45 and they closed at 10. If you close at 10 you should take orders until 10, but ok. Tonight we checked the time BEFORE we left the house! Google said 12 am and that it had been updated 5 days ago. We got there at 942 and the sign was off and he told us they closed. I love Fatburger, I'm from LA. I have continued to frequent even though the burgers haven't been great for a while. I will not come to this one again. They do not deserve the loyalty.

I honestly think this is the best fast food burger in Vegas, at this location in particular. Not with everything on it. Meat, cheese pickles, cheese is melted, meat has crispy chair, when you order it with everything it's not the same at this place on this burger. Must try before you doubt it.

On 9/17/2023 at 7:34 pm, I ordered two large fat burgers, a crispy chicken sandwich and some dinner cut fries. My burgers were done first, fries shortly after but they forgot to cook my chicken sandwich so I had to wait with no accommodation. My food was pretty much almost cold by the time my chicken sandwich was done & it was mostly burnt breading and not even a chicken patty. I was very disappointed as I watched them watching me drive away feeling as if something was wrong and if definitely was. The young lady that took my order provide an excellent customer service. The other lady that was working that night lied to me and the guy that was cooking wasn't paying attention forgot to cook my chicken sandwich 😒. Then I tried calling the number on the receipt and voice message said that a service has not been established for that number. I am so p***** right now because I drove way across town to this establishment and fell like I just got beat out of my money.

Wrong cheese. Off tasting fountain drinks. Poor sandwich construction. Nice staff, though. I usually don't like giving poor reviews but the chicken sandwich was food poisoning levels of foul smelling. You might pay for par food but you should never have to pay for a potential hospital trip.

This was THEEEE worst Fatburger restaurant I have ever had the displeasure to patronize, there was literally no one in the restaurant when my husband and I arrived. Yet they didn't even begin to make our food until about 20 minutes later and only after we complained about them serving the drive thru customer's and not us, the place was dirty and crawling with flies. DO NOT EAT HERE, we ended up walking out.

Snotty drive thru teenager,then the girl at the window who took my money ask this other girl to finish my order...then when I asked for extra napkins, she couldn't believe that someone would ask for a few extra napkins...then when I got home all 3 Fatburgers were cold, and I live only 5 minutes away, like they were made 30+ minutes ago and they were waiting to get rid of them...then when I called, the supposed manager didn't even listen to my whole complaint, they just hung up the phone...so be warned people, fatburger on rancho literally SUCKS!!! ( yes I threw them away and went to a joint that the burgers are always hot---McDonald's)

My wife said, "This is an American hamburger!!" Well, it looks little bit old restaurant, but that is what I like. The staffs were so nice and a good location. Easy to in And out.

Wow, I thought I could handle the Double, but I was wrong. The burger is easily in the top 5 for me.

My first time at FatBurger and it was excellent in every way. Fresh veggies on the burger really makes it! So much more fresh than any other burger place. I'm going back soon. If they are consistent, then FatBurger is a winner!

I enjoyed this place. The chili cheese fries are amazing and the banana shake is delicious. Enough to fill me up for an unhealthy but delicious meal.

This place got me really sick. I hadn't eaten anything all day and ordered my meal around 9pm. Within 6 hours I was down and it took 2 days to recover. I'm not sure what the staff was doing to the food, but I will never go to this place again. And even though it's probably an unfair reaction, I'll most likely never eat at another Fatburger again.

Food tasted awesome. Nice and hot fresh off the grill. I have some recommendations. Would be nice if the music matched the theme. Its a 50’s dinner. Do the others have 50’s music? it was more club music. When asked for Fats Domino music, clerk didn’t understands what was said It would have been nice if both of us received our meals. They were stated back. I was only told, “you didn’t pay for it.” meaning, she didn’t ring them both up. To which was replied, “I’ll hapily pay it.” The drink was the. forgotten and the burger wasn’t the original as ordered. -2 for the forgetfulness and serving one person at a 2 person table. As for the food: nice, hot, tasty.

Wife wanted the impossible burger from them. I got an original. Everything was good. Staff were awesome. Good overall experience.

This place had great food. BUT they need to remodel it badly. Paint on walls bad just not a very clean place to eat. But the service and food were good. Not on the cheap side $30 for 2 regular hamburgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks. But I'll go to the one in Santa Fe Casino next time. It has to be cleaner

I can only say "WOW". Everyone MUST try this place. Huge meal (I managed to eat 1/3 of the yummy Thousand Island burger with Bacon). From scratch patty too. We will be back when visiting Vegas again.

The staff was very nice first and foremost. The location definitely could use an update. It was my first time trying Fatburger. I had the Cajon chicken burger which wasn't bad. The fat fries were delicious. The prices were crazy though, not sure I would go back.

I gave 3 stars because they take so long at the speaker to take orders! Why is that? The food is good but they need to be more prompt at taking orders upon arrival to the speaker

Went drive ask for bacon but received an egg on my burger and no bacon. Was going to look over missing bacon until I tasted the egg and my mouth started to break out. Their phone is not working so you can't even call them. ( Fatbuger on Rancho )

As usual, the best hamburgers in Las Vegas, and the skinny fries were hot, crisp, and fresh. Service was quick and friendly. My only issue is that this Fatburger no longer has the variety of Tabasco sauce flavors that was a company speciality.

Today I had the worst experience from a male worker. He was totally rude by cutting me off while trying to order my food items. He has poor listening skills and communication skills. This is the second time I dealt with his bad behavior, and he makes the food taste like slop. This worker is bad for business.

Went to Fat burger on Ranchero Rd. Ordered Chili Cheese Burger meal cost $16.00 + very disappointed 1 small scoop of Chili didn’t even taste it until I bit into the middle of the burger, not worth the money spent. I grew up on the Original Fat burger in L.A. on Western off Jefferson where they gave you a spoon with your Chili Cheese Burger hince the word (CHILI) now that was a real Chili Cheese Burger when you stood in line for 20 minutes to order but oh boy was it worth it. Next time if there is a next time I will submit a picture as of now I won’t waste my money.👎🏼

Order original meal with all condiment but tomatoes, went to window paid, was only given drink and burger. Had to tap on window to get their attention about missing fries. Took over 10 mins to get fries. Then when I went to eat burger only had tomatoes cheese and meat. Very disappointed in lack of service. I then called to speak to them about miss up with order ask my name and when I would be able to come back to have then remake it. So, I told her Monday at 1130am. So I show to get my remake and I'm asked for receipt , explain I was not told I need to bring it. Karen acting manager sorry I'm trying to help you. Not my fault you associates did not follow procedure. Now I have to waste another 40 long to go get receipt. Very poor service and follow through.

Not impressed. They mixed up our order with the car behind us. We had 2 burgers, 1 onion ring order, one drink...$56. They sorted it so it was $34 which is still a bit pricey. We understand these things happen but it literally took 15 minutes for them to get it fixed so all the foodxwas cold when we got home 12 blicjs away. Then, their burgers are cooked until they're blackened hockey pucks and the onion rings weren't much, they were REAL greasy. We probably won't return.

Amazing onion rings. If you've never tried them, do it! You will not be disappointed. Great burgers fries and shakes too. The building is a bit old and run down. The employees were kind of all over the place. But I go for the food and will definitely return.
