Today I had to put my best friend down to her peaceful rest . I could not be more grateful to Dr Gorgon for giving my girl the loving send off she so deserved . The nurses Ryan & Victoria were waiting by patiently & lovingly to guide us through this difficult time with as much grace as they could give us. Our tiny dog Mochi got parvo despite being vaccinated. Our vet Banfield refused to help us due to staffing issues. Boca park was able to get us in immediately and they saved his life. We've now moved all of our pets to them and have had nothing but amazing service from them! Can't recommend them enough.

Boca Park Animal Hospital saved my dog’s life with their timely service and knowledgeable staff. My french bulldog woke up with copious purulent discharge. She was diagnosed with pyometra,a very serious and possibly lethal condition. They were able to see her same day and perform surgery the next day. Dr Lauren Warren,both of her vet techs and Lauren at the front desk helped us so much, for which I am forever grateful.

My husband and I absolutely love this place!!! We originally moved from the Midwest to here so we were worried about where we would go to continue my dogs care. We stayed with one vet office her entire 5 years so we were nervous about finding a new one. Once we took this chance to come here with the reviews and location, we’re never looking back! Dr. Silver and the staff are amazing and so caring it’s unbelievable. My lovely and not so nice German shepherd is not the most friendliest dog, but they treat her like any other dog without any judgement! It’s so refreshing to see the care and love they have towards my pet and it makes me so happy to be here. They’re always attentive and patient when answering all my questions even if they may sound stupid. They’re always doing the best they can to accommodate my pets situation and giving me the best care possible within my budget. Lillian I believe has the best sense of humor, is knowledgeable and just so kind in taking care of my dog! I don’t know any other place who would do the same! I know they’re always busy and short staffed and I appreciate all that they do! We’re going to move across town soon but I plan on staying with them as long as possible with how good they are! ☺️

For many years I have been taking my two fur babies to Boca Park Animal Hospital with John Ensign as my veterinarian. I love the quality care I receive from both Dr. Ensign and his staff, the huge clean facility, and the variety of foods, snacks and products that are available there.

I moved to Boca Park from West Charleston Animal Hospital. I left West Charleston for several reasons. Some of the major ones were the long wait times and what I felt was the lack of care towards my senior Pomeranian. I was pleased when I arrived and check-in was a breeze. Our nurse, Paula, was out within just a few minutes. She took her time documenting my concerns and getting to know my pup. Dr. Gorgon was a breath of fresh air. She immediately noticed things that our other vet had never even mentioned! Dr. Gorgon was extremely easy to get ahold of when I needed to speak with her about the results of my pup's bloodwork. I would recommend Boca Park Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a vet.

My baby girl of 14 years took a rapid decline with significant labored breathing. Evie had never been to their hospital. They rushed her back immediately placing her on oxygen and IV medication. Evie and I have been inseparable since she was 8 weeks old. Dr. Ashworth and Brandon were so gentle, understanding, and compassionate. Extending grace and dignity during this extraordinarily difficult time. Countless other staff extended the same courtesies and gestures - so many I can’t recall the names. All my options and potential paths forward were explained. Their aggressive therapies bought me one more night with her at home (holding her and spending much needed extra time) Lap of Love in - home Veterinary Hospice ( Dr. Nick) came the next day to assist her peaceful leap over the rainbow 🌈 in her own home, on her favorite place on the sofa, with her favorite toy, and her head in my lap. I have taken my little girl there twice now, and I absolutely love the doctors! Our first visit was with Dr. Hill and she is just amazing. So kind and thorough. Today she had to have dental cleaning and a couple of teeth pulled. I can't remember the dental docs name but she was also so kind and thorough. All of the staff have also been amazing each time. This is my place now!

Dr. Silver is amazing, worked with us every step of the way, with care and integrity. My cat Loki had a urinary blockage emergency and needed to be admitted. They immediately let us back even though we did not have an appointment, after calling around to several vets who advised they would not have room even though it was an emergency. They let us stay in the room while they assessed him, offered treats and catnip. There was even a cat condo to hide/play in. Obviously it was not cheap, but they saved his life. They offered a military discount and did everything they could to keep the price of a 2 day emergency hospital stay within our budget. I spent less than the low end of the estimate.They let us visit him while he was healing. Offered us a treatment plan and sent us home with some food to get him started. Every step if the way Dr. Silver and crew made us feel welcome and safe and taken care of. I can't thank them or their staff enough. I'll be using them as my regular vet for all of my kitties going forward. Incredible 💜place.

Keefer and Dr. Warren were the perfect team to help my Doberman pup with a skin issue. Keeper was very helpful and caring, he even carry my dog out and put him in the car so he didn’t burn his paws. Dr. Warren was extremely knowledgeable and identify the problem after some exams. I will drive extra 25 minutes from now on to come back here. Think it’s very well worth it!

This place was amazing. We had a appt with the vet I had been using for our other dog. Well Hunter had a growth on his front paw that was about to explode. The dog had a fever of 104. He weighs 135# and could barley walk, we were 5 min out from the vet I had appt with. I called to let them know we were 5 min away. The girl told me "we can't see him but we can reschedule Hunter for next Fri" I said he will be dead by then. I won't be coming back with any of my dogs again. We happened to drive by Buca Hospital they took him right in. They kept the cost down as much as possible and did all the pre op workup and he was scheduled for surgery the next Tues. Thank you Buca Hospital for taking care of Hunter. We really appreciate your caring and thoughtfulness as we the pet parents were tramitized thinking that would be his last ride with us. Have been looking for a Veterinary practice in Las Vegas that was truly interested in my pet...and not focused primarily on selling accident insurance !! This business was staffed by happy, friendly, outgoing staffers. Every staff member I came in touch with was outstanding. Was even completely surprised by the bill at the end of my appointment...so pleasantly surprised. While sitting in the reception area after our appointment waiting for Uber...the assistant manager approached us and said she was going in my direction and she would be happy to drop me at my house....totally an above and beyond action. This is a great operation.

Great first impression. I don't want to take my dog somewhere if I feel any reluctance. They are a business however they never made me feel like the money was more important than my animals health. The staff all well versed in their jobs. The ownership should be proud of their hiring and training. Dr. Silver was magnificent. Managed my expectations well. I look forward to a comfortable, confident relationship with them. My dog is my best friend. If he is doing all right, the rest of my life is gravy. What a way to welcome us to our new city/home. The entire staff were so nice. The nurse Crystal was amazing and so congenial and informative. You could really tell she cared! Dr. Elsarelli displayed great compassion for our puppy kids, and it seemed she was extremely knowledgeable, and we are happy that she will be providing care for our two senior dogs.

our 3 pets have been going to boca park animal for the last 7 years. Yes they’re expensive but I trust every vet we’ve ever seen there. Dr Spaulding has been our main vet since we started going , we love and trust her deeply. She’s very knowledgeable and and has always treated our dogs as if they were her own. Her passion for veterinary is evident. We are so grateful for her.

I can not say enough good things about this place. We have had poor luck in the past finding a quality vet that gave attentive care to our fur babies. Boca Park Animal Hospital blew every past experience out of the water. From the appointment making, to the front desk staff to the truly genuine care of the vet techs and doctor it was a very wonderful experience.

I have been coming to Boca Park for years. If you are looking for top-notch care, this is the place. They always know me and my two dogs Mitus and Milo when we come in and I really feel everyone there cares. I really hate to see negative comments here about them, especially if your experience was 3 years ago! They really are the best in town, hands down. If you haven’t had that experience, my guess is that is on you.

Here was my experience several years ago. I forgot to write my comments. During COVID, I went there because my dog vomited in the morning very often. When I went to BOCA, I could not see the doctor. Since it was the first time, they asked to take the entire blood test and two X-ray which costs me more than $500 dollars. Then I wait the doctor I didn’t know his name to call. I wait and call them to query the status. Then eventually in a day, the doctor called us and said he could not see anything and asked to do more test. I didn’t think it is reasonable. I didn’t trust them. I spend huge and cannot see anything. Then I went to a different vet and the doctor immediately found it is IBD without costing huge. I don’t know how the animal hospital gets many stars here. For me, it only worth 1 star or less. I’d like to share my experience. And be careful about it.

I have always felt like my pup has had the best care at this facility. However, I had a very negative experience with some of the employees during an after hours pick up. Due to them running behind. If your pet is having a procedure done, please be extra diligent in looking at their mouth, wound, etc. and asking any questions prior to leaving. If possible, do not pick up close to closing as this was a real issue. Cudos to those two employees for helping my pup and making sure she was okay. (5 stars for them ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) However, I will request for future appointments that my pet will not be care for by those individuals that were not willing to help me or my pet during this incident. UPDATE: AFTER SPEAKING TO THE PERSON IN CHARGE, SHE ASSURED ME THAT THIS WOULD NOT HAPPEN AGAIN TO ANYONE AFTER HOURS. I APPRECIATE THAT THEY TOOK THE TIME TO CONTACT ME AND UNDER STOOD HOW UPSETTING THE EXPERIENCE WAS.

Thank you to the amazing staff at Boca for always accommodating my two dogs and being so patient with my questions. No matter how small the problem may be, they always get my dogs in and treat it seriously. I know they are getting the best care when they are there! Thanks Boca team!

After having a bad experience at another vet clinic, coming here took all our stress away. The nurses were so sweet to our baby Kiwi & Dr. Hill was so informative. We felt comfortable and safe knowing our pup was in great hands! Kiwi loves them too giving them all the puppy licks! I’m so happy we found this place!

Don’t bring your pet here. We brought our dog for simple stones surgery and ended up with his leg amputated. Morgan Spaulding was the doctor doing surgery and causing our dog loose the leg. Boca Park Animal Hospital refused to take responsibility for their negligence.

We are new to Las Vegas, and we needed to find a new vet for our for baby. BOCA park animal hospital was amazing. It started with the greeting at the front desk. The check in was simple and when we went back to the room, Cali’s name was written in the wall. Very nice touch. Desiree was the nurse and she listened to us go on and on about our concerns. She noted everything down and was wonderful with Cali. Dr. Hill was very nice and well informed about our baby when she came into the room. We didn’t have to repeat anything. That was refreshing to know she cared enough to read Cali’s file before coming in. She explained everything and conducted the exam in the room instead of taking Cali back. Some of this might not be important to others but it means a lot to me. As long as we are here in Vegas Dr. Hill will be our vet.

Please do not board here! I took my cat here because her regular vet didn't have any openings to board my cat. Big mistake! My cat needs extra care and loving because her original owner, my mom, passed away which I told the front desk. Thanks to the cameras, I was able to check in on her all throughout the day every day she was there. I never once saw anyone in there to provide extra care to my cat. She did get fed but that was it. She was neglected and it showed when they tried to get her out of the cage. My husband had to get her out because she hissed at the worker and they abruptly told my husband that she is not allowed back because she hissed at them. I have had my cat for over 6 years and have never seen her hiss at anyone. When I called the office to find out what happened they were supposed to have their office manager call me back. They never did. I am very disappointed and sad that my fur baby was neglected as she was.

We moved from NY around 8 years ago and we were very nervous about finding a new Vet for our 2 dogs Ally & Rosie. We love Boca Park. Dr. Hill is the best and when we have had occasions to use one of the other doctors, they were extremely kind and helpful. Today we had Rosie there for a nail trim and Lio was wonderful with her even though Rosie can be difficult. My husband and I are very happy that we found Boca Park!!

Dr. Warren is wonderful, kind, and helps me understand what is going on with my cats. Even when it could be serious, I feel in good hands. She is always willing to answer questions. I like the vet techs and front staff too. Very considerate when your pet is sick. I have been coming here for about 2 years now and am so glad there is an animal hospital of this integrity and quality here!

I’ve been coming here with my cat since 2017. The front office staff has always been great. Dr Gorgon is our vet and my cat absolutely loves her! I appreciate her honesty and always putting the well being of my cat before anything else. She’s very trustworthy.

Dr. Warren is the best! I feel so at ease having her take care of my dogs. You can tell she truly cares and is so passionate about what she does. It made me so happy how excited she was to call me in the morning the day she got my dogs test results back so she could give me the good news. Everyone else working here is great as well. Me and all my dogs always have a good experience here.

I have been a patient of Boca Park Animal Hospital since 2014. My baby was just a BABY right about 6-8 weeks when we brought her to Dr Ensign for a second opinion and long story short…here we are today, going strong with EVERY doctor on staff having cared for my girl at least once. Every single person at Boca Park Animal Hospital is wonderful, nice, respectful and amazing. We recently had a little health scare and I was torn to pieces when I picked up the fur ball and I have never had any doctor or staff or any establishment be so nice and understanding. From me and my Gigi, we thank you all so much for everything and love you all to pieces!

Dr. Spaulding is amazing and the only vet I have ever had that actually takes the time to sit and explain whatever the current situation might be and doesn’t try to rush you out the door. I have never left without having every question I have answered. Amazing woman, wonderful with my boys and a genuine pleasure to interact with. Never had a bad interaction with any other member of the staff either. 10/10 recommend BPAH.

My sweet baby Daisy became very sick and Boca Park Animal Hospital got her in to see Dr Silver. The compassion shown was beyond description. Dr. Silver was knowledgeable and explained throughly was Daisy was going through. Faced with the difficult decision to put my sweet baby down, the staff was with us all the way. I could not have asked for better treatment during this time. Dr. Silver and staff, thank you for giving your best to my Daisy.

I have been coming here since we got our dog. We are a first time pet owner and they are so patient with us. And when out dog was "pretending" to be sick they really took their time to do all the test we could to make sure for piece of mind that he was healthy. They also called us a few days later to make sure he was feeling better. We love the doctor and you can truly tell she loves her job in the way she interacts with the dogs and the dog parents! I recently got another dog and will be bringing her in to meet her new doctor very soon

Dr. Ensign has been my veterinarian for 7 years. Prior to finding Dr. Ensign, I was "bouncing" from one Vegas veterinary clinic to another. It was not easy to find a knowledgeable, reliable, caring and ethical veterinarian until I went to Boca Park Animal Hospital. Both Dr. Ensign and his Practice Manager Jody Smith, are two individuals that I wholly trust to care for my dogs. I am most grateful that Dr. Ensign is my veterinarian for he saved the life of my Labrador Retriever over two years ago. Dr. Ensign also treated my dog Chelsea, who had melanoma cancer. Chelsea lived over 2 years after her treatments with Dr. Ensign, which was an anomaly since most dogs only survive 6 to 8 months. Was alittle weary about the place,because if I was 10 minutes late I would be charged for the office visit. Instead I had to wait 30 minutes to see Dr. Once in I had a FANTASTIC VISIT with both Dr Silver and her Nurse Andrea. Both were so caring and compassionate. Highly recommend!

I am very disappointed in Boca Park Animal Hospital. We have been taking our dogs there for years, and have boarded there a few times. I received a COVID and Strep diagnosis the day before going out of town and had to cancel our boarding reservation over a holiday weekend. The hospital had already collected 50% of our boarding fee and would not issue any refund, full or partial. The fee was a higher holiday rate to begin with, so they kept $600. I understand they have a policy, but these were extenuating circumstances. I offered to send/bring in a doctor's note or accept a partial refund. I am very disappointed they were not understanding, sympathetic, or flexible in any way. Boarding was full when we initially tried to book and we were only able to get this reservation after there was a cancellation, which was right after we paid $500 in shots/exams. I hope others have a better experience.

Our tiny little Yorkie was sick and we could find nobody near by to help. We drove nearly 3 hours to visit them and we'll worth the drive. Excellent care! Very through living and caring. This is our vet from now on! The drive is worth it...Thank You Dr. Jordan and entire staff...great experience from start to finish
