When I called to complain about this VA to the National VA Hotline, the representative told me she would be rich if she had a dollar for every time someone called to complain about the VA in Las Vegas. There is virtually no care; a group of people that get a government paycheck every two weeks who do little to nothing but get paid. Forget about services in the Las Vegas VA system. It's a joke.

Just moved here in August. Had everything lined up for appointments at the VA network before I even left. I’m Diabetic and need psychiatric services. Evidently my primary has to refer me before that appointment. So.. it’s Oct 18th my appointment is on the 19th. I get a call that the appointment was made improperly because I’m new to this VA. They wanted to put me out to Dec 30 but I told them I had everything set up well in advance and need to get meds. Kinda important. I told em they dropped the ball on this and waiting to tell me of this issue till the day before my appointment was unacceptable. Guy on the phone asked “ How did we drop the ball?” Then said “Rules is rules.” What kind of answer is that. Had to get pissed to finally get a new Dr and an appointment for the Oct 30th. End of call there was no “Thank you for your service.” I hope they get it together. This isn’t how to treat a disabled veteran. So far, very unimpressed and worried about getting proper and courteous treatment.

Great staff! They have been helpful at all times! I needed an MRI on my knees and had missed my appointment. The MRI the asked me to wait so she could see what see she could do. 30 minutes later, she found a way to get me in!

It takes six months to see a doctor sometimes. They left me a message and I called back then they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. The next time they hung up on me. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe this. Then again, this is par for the course when it comes to the VA

Spent over 3 hours waiting and didn't get help and the doctor couldn't even pronounce my last name which is a very common last name then gave me attitude because I couldn't hear here. The doctor I saw in the back spoke so fast and didn't even sound like English and had no clue what she was saying. I ended up just leaving. Should have just went to the hospital down the street.

Waited 2 months for a Video Appointment! They canceled inside of 1hr! And I call back to get another appointment and they say I have to wait another 2 months? No go reason... No way to get me in sooner... No apologies... I have words for.this place... But they just keep perpetuating their reputation... HORRIBLE! WE DESERVE BETTER! SO DO BETTER! BE BETTER! ... So Disappointing!

Nothing wrong with the doctors. Especially Dr Tukay. She's awesome. But that phone operator is in pretty serious need of some good, old fashioned wall-to-wall counseling.

top notch facility and staff. they are respectful, polite and will do all they can to treat our medical needs.

I like my doctor when I get to see him appointments are to far apart for my condition and this clinic claims they have no phone (bold face lie). When I do call, the main hospital will answer and takes the message I request a call back to make an appointment but they never call back. Living in Pahrump makes it hard to get an appointment.

Love my doctors at the VA clinic on Buffalo. They are gangster and they keep me alive

SW medical clinic VA at buffalo Lord help us! I Hope heaven cancels my appointment so I can stay on earth longer! The patient parking lot empty at SW medical clinic lately! So,SW medical clinic is provided telephone video health calling now making future appointments long out. Yes! They are cancelling too! After they cancel tele-video health call Wish you luck getting another timely tele -health call.

Always very welcoming and although we're only here monthly it's never crowded. One of our Favorite Physicians resides here, Dr. Chipchura. If you require a Mental Health Doc, and let's face it we all do 🤭, Dr. Chipchura is the BEST! I say this because I've been to many and Dr. Chipchura's approaches, calming vibe and voice, professionalism, compassion and enthusiasm, and empathy simply blew me away. The fact that Dr. Chipchura managed to get my husband to open up, to be comfortable enough to achieve this is monumental for my husband, for me, and our family.

Been waiting 2 months for them just to set up an appointment.

They have always taking good care of me and when I first meet Dr Bansal, he ordered all of kinds of tests to get a very thorough record of my history so that he could treat me. I know that some vets have had trouble with the va. But I'm been one of the lucky ones.

Every time I come to this place there is always something wrong. Posted signs for hours of operations says 07:30 it’s 07:50 and the doors are still locked.

I was notified today that Dr. Watson will no longer be practicing medicine at the Southwest Primary Care clinic on Buffalo Drive here in Las Vegas. I am sad to see him go even though I've known for a couple of years that this day would come. I first met Dr. Watson almost 13 years ago, even before the Buffalo clinic was built. To see the same VA doctor for all those years is an anomaly to say the least. I have had nothing but good words for him in all the past years. He will be missed, and I wish him all the best in his retirement.

I am a Dissabled Veteran & they take verry good care of me here.

Great care is taken here from my lab experience . Usually in and out in 15 minutes on most occasions. Dr Favis and Nurse Burgos are excellent for my needs and the Vet app works good for to send messages and requests. Margarita and Jemma in the labs are sweet hearts and in vein and right on target. Lol This week Dymonde,Marie at the windows and Jemma (lab)were very nice ,professional and courteous to me as well. Be blessed and safe always Jesus Loves you. And thanks from all of us Vets We love you.

I was on hold for 35 minutes just to ask one question and they got an attitude with me like it's my fault they have to work while at work.

All the staff are great. My Doctor is very consciousness about all my health concerns.

I have never had any issues with mr care here. Staff as ar any Federal facility can always be a little nicer. We so vets can be nicer to them also. They are people to and in most cases vets also. There are things that are out of out control when it comes with the VA. Learn and push is the best was to overcome. To my Vet family stay strong. Love you all

Came in for flu shot and blood work. Was able to get all the information from front desk Maria was very efficient. Got things done right away.
