👍 I went here with Dr. Gonzalez; she was the BEST. Then Dr. Kubac and now I just heard he is no longer with them. Does anyone where he went?? It is terrible that once we find a good doctor they leave! People often mention doctor, time, call, appointment, patients, office, staff, bill, Kubac, called,

Dr. Kubac was such a great doctor! I come in expecting to see him and when I get to the exam room, they inform me that he is no longer there and I would be seeing a completely different doctor. This should have been informed to me when they called to confirm my appointment. Terrible, shows how much they care about their patients and the Doctors working for them.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kubac. He is well worth the wait to see when you make an appointment. You will have to set aside at least 1-3 hours but it is well worth it. He takes his time when he sees clients and will support you in being proactive with your health. Out of all the doctors I've seen they expect you to blindly follow their decisions for your health and he is not like that at all. He is very patient and is willingly to listen. Personally, he makes me feel like it's ok to educate myself regarding my health and it's ok to say no to recommendations because he's there to support you in making those decisions. He is straight forward and will communicate with you. Dr. Kubac if you see this thank you so so very much! You are amazing!

Dr. Cubac is an ideal primary care physician. Finally! You’d think you were is only patient. He takes all the time you need. And is knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend.

Okay I was happy to be referred to a neurologist that was accepting new patients, and one that happens to be right next to another doctor I see (cardiologist). However, I got to my appointment over 30 minutes in advance to sit around for nearly an hour in the waiting room. It was another half an hour by the time I saw the doctor. He seemed nice enough but at the end of the visit he told me he recently decided to stop seeing "headache" patients so I'd have to find a new neurologist. That's another issue - he kept referring to my chronic migraine condition as "headaches" which is very frustrating - I kept correcting him as I've suffered from this condition for most of my life and it's not simple headaches. Unfortunately there was nothing that he could help me with either since I'm a nursing mother so I am very limited as to what I can take.

This doctor requires a referral even if your insurance doesn't, which I got. Two weeks later, I called because I haven't heard anything. To be told that I won't be seen because doctor doesn't do fibromyalgia (where are you supposed to go for a diagnosis then). I said my referral also has another condition on it, the woman I spoke to said she'd talk to the doctor and call me back to see if the doctor felt I was qualified to be a patient of hers. It's been four weeks since I called the second time to get a status update and still haven't heard from them. The least you can do when you make patients jump through unnecessary hoops, is to call them and let them know you're turning them away

The new Doctor Salem is very nice. We spoke at length and I was very impressed by him personally. I know we were all very disappointed that Dr Kubac left suddenly and were not notified. All I can say is speak to him so you can get to know him and be comfortable with him. Remember he was put in a practice that was up and running and to get familiar with everyone can be a bit overwhelming.

Both times I’ve come, I have been early and still forced to wait at least an additional 1hr 30mins PAST my appointment time to even see the doctor. Do yourself a favor and find another specialist if you’d like your time respected. It’s ridiculous for them to be allowed to penalize us if we are late but they are allowed take up half of your day with no repercussions.

Really bummed about this. I was excited to be able to go to one office for my primary care, neurology, and rheumatology appointments but couldn't even make it through the first visit. This place makes you come 30 minutes before your appointment time just to have you wait over an hour past your appointment to see a doctor. If you plan on going here make sure you clear your schedule for the entire day. I had to leave before I was even seen by the doctor because, well, I have a life and a job and I'm not going to call out because a clinic doesn't know how to keep an appointment time. The staff and medical assistant were nice enough. I have nothing to say about the doctors themselves because like I said, couldn't even get in to see one.

I really like Dr. Naya. She has helped me tremendously. She was able to diagnose my condition and get me on a drug regimen that works for me. She takes lots of time with me and answers all of the list of questions I bring with me to every visit. She also goes over all my blood work and explains whatever I do not understand. I feel as though she really LISTENS! Her office staff has been cordial to me and handles the paperwork well. My only negative is their phone system. If you have a quick question, the doctor's assistant only has a voicemail and the call back time can be up to 72hours. To me, that is not acceptable. I would give Dr. Naya 5 stars and only reduced it to 4 due to the poor phone system. She is a very knowledgeable, caring doctor.

I've only seen the dr 1 time and have been requesting for medication refills for over 2 weeks and still have not got a call back, every time I call I get a different response or that the Dr is not in...THE STAFF IS TERRIBLE or at least Dr. Naya McKinnon's MA is terrible about getting back to patients..

A real godsend. Having recently moved to Vegas I needed a trusted physician who could effectively treat my daughter's lupus. I was originally referred here by my daughter's pediatrician, and boy am I glad I was. Dr. Naya Mckinnon was able to get my teenage daughter back to the point where her lupus is in check and she can go about her life like a normal teenager deserves to. Her bedside manner is amazing, her and her staff went the extra mile to make sure my daughter and I were always comfortable throughout our visits (4 over the last year). They do run a few minutes behind schedule, but that's pretty much expected whenever we go to a Dr.'s office. Anyways, if you want a physician who will treat you and properly manage your condition (my daughter's previous physician in CA was awful at it) then I recommend checking this place out- like I said, a godsend!!!

I’m constantly getting the runaround here. Dr. Naya McKinnon is a fairly good doctor, however the staff that work for her are awful! I last saw her 1/20/2021 while in severe pain. She had her medical assistant put in a request with my insurance for treatment at the clinic. 3 weeks after my appt, I still didn’t hear anything. I called and left a message because you can’t ever speak directly to a medical assistant or doctor, and within a week, there was my referral, which was over a month after my initial appt. Then for the last 2 weeks I’ve been trying to schedule my treatment, yet the pharmacy has been calling to get the correct information before filling and delivering the Rx for my treatment. I call almost daily and don’t get anywhere. 1.5 months after my appt when I was in severe pain and now I physically can’t work because I can’t walk. They clearly don’t care enough about their patients!!

Dr Kubac is as good as it gets. The administrative staff however is repeatedly the absolute worst! This clinic really needs to invest in customer service training. The demeanor of the support staff never fails to disappoint.

If I could give 0 stars to post, I would. Goodness. By far the most unprofessional establishment I have ever dealt with. I should have read reviews before even deciding to visit this office as from the looks of it, majority of visitors are just as appalled from the lack of professionalism and attention to customer service from the staff that works here. I contacted office because I received a bill A YEAR after I was even seen by this doctor. I had NO ISSUES paying bill however, due the amount of time it took for them to issue me a bill, I was curious on understanding exactly what this bill was for and why was this not billed much earlier- perhaps even while I was ACTUALLY visiting this doctor (who did not resolve my ailment may I add)? Representative who initially took my call was very rude from the start. I should’ve known that this behavior would continue. She brushed me off and stated billing “was very busy” and she could not say when they would get back to me. Even asked if it would take a day or so, she could not give me an affirmative answer. Was short, cut me off and provided no solutions. I continued to call back- even after leaving “billing” a voicemail. About 6 hours later, I was finally able to speak to a “billing” representative by the name of Ramisha I believe. I explained to her from the very beginning that I had NO ISSUE paying bill however, I would like clarification of charges since the insurance was telling me contradicting information. She kept repeating herself and avoiding my question until she literally SIGHED and hung up on me. I called back because again, all I wanted to do was pay a bill and how ridiculous that this was too difficult for the team to process. I called back to said rude representative from the start and informed her that the “billing” attendant, Ramisha, was extremely rude in addition to hanging up on me and I wish to speak to someone else. She transferred me to the same individual who AGAIN hung up on me. After about 10 minutes of this same back and forth, continuous hang ups, I gave up on waiting for additional information, noting clear incompetence and high lack of professionalism and just paid rude representative over the phone for a bill from A YEAR AGO (also haven’t been seen from this doctor over a year ago who again, provided no solutions to my ailments) AFTER insurance paid them THOUSANDS and AFTER I paid OUT OF POCKET hundreds of dollars IMMEDIATELY (no payment plan what-so-ever) to this office. I am in extreme shock that they is the type of environment you create for patients and allow the mistreatment and misrepresentation of your offices. Please realize they are costing you money and cutting short the potential longevity of your business. STEER AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS. The same consistent message is clear in the theme of previous reviews to this horrible office.

😠 Ashley Smith is an incompetent and pathetic excuse for a doctor. 😠 If you can, try to go somewhere else, this place is a joke. Do not respect people's time. I get it sometimes the are delays being seen, but 3 hours is unacceptable. This is the second time that it has happened. When you ask the check in people they react like they don't care one bit.
