Dr B Chan is so warm & caring. He is very busy BUT he never rushes my visit. I talk about all my health concerns & he listens and lays it on the line as to what is good for me as well as what's not. I trust him completely. He help s me understand aging & sets me at ease. All the staff is kind & cheerful. I've never had to wait for more than 5 - 10 minutes to be seen. I'm 71 y.o. but they treat me like some one special.

Dr Chan was very receptive, listened well, went over my medical history to interpret the medical notes and to listen to my side of diagnosis. We decided together, a plan to go forward with. Nothing I couldn’t agree with. He didn’t put down the last doctor we had to leave behind and enjoyed. Office clean, staff professional with a smile. I see no reason for me to continue with Dr Ben Chan and this office. Surprisingly, a wonderful experience. Thank you.

Dr. Philippe Lam is a patient and compassionate professional. I've met many doctors that rush through appointments like a Nascar pit crew so it was refreshing to see Dr. Lam take his time. We sought Dr. Lam to be a PCP to my 82 year old mother. Dr. Lam took the time to listen to my concerns as well as those of my mom's. Dr. Lam laid out a very comprehensive care plan, and he explained each step until my mother understood everything. Dr. Lam is thorough and meticulous.

Had a wonderful experience from setting the appointment to the actual visit at Intermountain Healthcare Buffalo. The staff were wonderful and was amazed how polite (greeting and temperature check) and courteous they were at the end of the day (late pm appt.) Dr. Phillip Lam was a doctor I was looking for. As a new patient, he spent time with me (get to know me) and I to get to know him. Took his time to make sure he answered any questions I may have had. Also gave me numbers to call to set up my blood and other tests! Very pleased indeed.

The nurse practitioner Michelle Pierson and I had my first appointment. I am impressed. I am an RN so being impressed says tons. Michelle spent time with me to address each and every item on my list. I have multiple co-morbidities and don’t generally have a family practitioner as I see specialists. I will keep Michelle in my life to address my needs in the future 😁

Dr. Philippe Lam is the best doctor I've ever had in my life, and I'm 76 yrs old. He takes time with me, asks me questions, shows concern when it's needed, and never rushes our appointments whether in person or virtual. In fact, when I'm finished my appointment with Dr. Lam, I feel as if I've just gotten off the phone with not only my doctor, but a best friend.

Intermountain Healthcare has been taking care of my health issues for a few years. The office located at 1700 N Buffalo Dr Ste 100, the whole teams are outstanding. The receptionist, the nurses and doctors together they made my every visit satisfied. Specially mentioned, Dr Pierson and her nurse Ashley always diagnosed me with patience, very thoroughly asked for details prescriptive carefully, finding ways to solve the problems showing that they are 100% cared about the patients. I am highly appreciate.

Dr.lam and his staff are great. Always friendly and very helpful. The offices are very clean as the waiting room is too.

The doctor seemed to be in such a hurry to leave the room. were I had to call him back 3x's for a couple of basic questions. Bottom line they'd be addressed in the end of May. I'm sorry but these clinics I thought were established as "my generation". That's why I'm going there. I'm not impressed

The Dr we saw Dr Van Wagner was incredible! She was patient and with thorough knowledge of the medication we take and understood our medical and mental conditions!

My husband had an appointment at 11:30,which he was waiting for over the month , he is 78 old, he was waiting to see Doctor for almost 2 hours in the lobby. It’s ridiculous, terrible time management.

I’m very impressed with Michele Pierson. She went over all my results, explaining everything, and I appreciate it. The staff is also friendly and helpful I recommend inter mountain healthcare to everyone! Great service

Dr. Chan and his assistant Laine are truly caring and communicate every aspect of my evaluation. I’m always left with a sense that I matter and they give me given ways to maintain and improve my health. I am 70 and have had many doctors in my lifetime. I feel Dr. Chan is among the best physicians I’ve had. This is a great doctor and wonderful staff.

I can't say enough about the team of Intermountain Healthcare, at the Buffalo location. My primary doctor, Dr Philip Lam is the best. He takes the time to go over all my blood work and any issues I maybe having. I'm so comfortable with him. I can talk about anything with him. As a woman, it's not often you get a male doctor and he puts you at ease from the 1st visit. His assistant Nurse Maria is a sweetheart. Shes spot on with follow-ups, and making sure I get lab, mammograms etc done. The personal touch is 5 star and above. Front Desk team, always greet you with a warm greeting and big smile. That sure changes ones bad mood into ... boy! They made my day, and snapped me out of a bad funk.. Thank you all for the excellent care you give me. Very poor billing department. The incompetence is unbelievable. I have requested 3 times that they bill my insurance and provided the information yet they refuse. Constantly mailing me a bill, to which I constantly respond with my insurance information. It is unbelievable. This has been going on since early spring. The billing department hours are completely inconvenient for working people and the billing department manager does not have an available voice-mail. Save yourself the stress and choose somewhere more competent. I have called countless times, with no answer. I am left on hold for what feels like hours with no answer. When calling, the automated system says I am caller number 1. A few minutes later, I have been bumped down to caller 2, 4 and so on. Eventually the system hangs up on my call while on hold.

Hi Intermountain, I am please with my doctor who name is Dr. Lam, I am not sure if I was able to text his name. I just wanted to say when I moved here in 219. I pick him to go and see, didn’t know how the visit was going to be, I must say he is a very good Dr. he attended to my needs and I know he has other people as well he make sure to have his nurse assistance to take to call me back when he say something on my x-rays or my bloodwork or anything like that he take out the time, to have the nurse to call me the next morning and I appreciate that very much thank you and may I have the pleasure to being with Intermountain for a long time. My follow up appointment was amazing. As usual, the front office and staff were very efficient and friendly. I met with Michelle Pierson, Nurse Practioner. She is professional, and down to earth. Discussed throughly our concerns; taking time and not rushing. She is extremely thorough. If I could give this facility, staff, and Michelle more than a 5Star rating I would. I’m so happy to have found the best in health care.

The clinic is not crowded with just 4-5 people ahead of me in the waiting room with 30+ seats and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I even got a flu shot & a blood flow test before I met my new primary care doctor. Dr. Chan is cordial and attentive and proceed to do all the regular checkups on me then based on my health data sheets and my own health complaint, he let me know what tests he will order today then follow up with more diagnostics if necessary before my follow up visit. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
