    The staff was incredibly polite. The doctor I saw was incredibly personable. The best doctor I've had in years. She listened and understood I knew my body best. She even suggested to me a great primary to help with my chronic issues. This was the best urgent care experience I've been through. Also, it was dead when I came, so the whole visit only lasted about an hour... with a 15 minute talk with the doctor.

    I went to Care Now for a severe cough & congestion a week ago. The front desk staff was very nice. The medical staff was also very good. I had Dr Jeffrey Wright, PA for my Dr. He has great bedside manner, he explained everything that was wrong, the medicine he was prescribing and he sent the RX to my pharmacy. I felt very comfortable & reassured with him. I will definitely return to this location when needed. Thank you to the whole staff.

    This is the best urgent care experience I have ever had. The doctor knew just how to handle my challenging toddler, was great with my pre-teen, and had a wonderful bedside manner. The online check in meant we didn't have to wait. The medical assistant was kind and patient, despite my toddler screaming the entire time. The facility is beautifully decorated and clean. I am just very impressed.

    The Filipino Doctor was awesome! He took his time in diagnosing my issue. I never felt rushed once. The nurse however, that took my vitals (older middle Eastern) could learn to be more patient and warm especially when you feel like death. Because of the doctor 5 stars!

    I was quickly seen for something quite minor, but I still received very prompt and thorough examination. Staff was extremely polite and forthcoming. I would have rather seen my primary care physician, but it was Saturday late afternoon & that's not ideal for a same day appointment. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the doctor who treated me was just as sincere if not more so than my regular physician. In the event that I should need urgent care again there will be no hesitation whatsoever. ☺️

    Best Urgent Care I have ever visited. My daughter had an eye infection and we were in and out in under an hour. The lobby is spacious and comfortable, as well as the patient rooms. The nurse and the doctor were kind and knowledgeable. It was one of the only urgent care locations that were open on 4th of July.

    Had to come here 3x in the past month and a half but every time I came everyone was the most professional and most pleasant to be around. Had 2 different receptionists both who were pleasant. I had two different doctors both who were very helpful and Neice F.- MA was the one who left the biggest impression on me. I felt absolutely miserable physically and have not been this sick in years but she still managed to make me not just smile but laugh. My first time coming here was in Aug 2017 which was 2 days before my mom died and knew it was coming. I was not just in physical distress but emotional as well and again I will say everyone was pleasant and made it not so awful to be there. It's clean and the wait is not that long especially if you do the web-check in. I don't recall the first doctor's name who I saw but the other one is Dr. Witt. He is great. Would recommend this place for sure.

    This is one of the nicest facilities with the most caring staff and clean environment. I would gladly trade in my primary care doctor for Dr. Witt and the medical assistance Darrell Who was extremely helpful and has the most gentle mannerisms. Nick is also very nice medical assistant and Isis upfront was very Pleasant. I highly recommend this Place whether it be for an emergency or for a visit for a check up this is the place to go.

    Front desk and MA are very pleasant and has good customer service skills. I came to Decatur and Craig branch and was met by two amazing staff members, Erica and Jennifer. From the time I entered the place, and before I left, these two people are just so nice to me. Employees for keeps. Great place too.

    I tried waiting until I had calmed down a bit before sharing my experience, so I apologize in advance if I am still upset. The ladies at the front desk were very professional and helpful, and the wait time was very short. The nurse that checked my kids' vitals was very friendly. But the doctor could not have been more rude. I didn't catch his name, but he had an accent. My youngest has had a barking cough for several days that that simply isn't getting better, and today my daughter woke up with the same cough, in the lungs, so I knew I needed to take them in. Our ins doesn't kick in until the 1st, so we went here. I figured it was bronchitis, since it didn't seem like pneumonia, and while their temperatures were high, they weren't running fevers. Perhaps stating this to the doctor was the wrong thing, because he immediately dismissed bronchitis, and wanted to test for the flu. They have no flu symptoms, but he said that it was the best anyway. I asked how much it cost, and he said he didn't know. I realize that he wouldn't know the cost of every little thing, but surely during flu season he'd have that handy. I told him I couldn't afford giving him essentially a blank check, and he belittled my idea that it was bronchitis. He wouldn't even test for it. I live with a nurse, and I work in medical care. I'm not a doctor, but I'm also not a moron. He wondered what I was doing there in the first place, if I was just going to refuse care. I told him in order to get antibiotics (or whatever medication they needed), I would have to see a doctor. He ridiculed that as well. He literally made me feel like I was drug seeking. I wanted amoxicillin, not lortab, for crying out loud. He seemed done with me, so I brought up the fact that they charged me $300 and got nothing done, and my kids are still sick! He acted like I was ridiculous for being concerned about money, and said I was "unprofessional". In the end, he told the front desk that I declined care, so they didn't charge me. My kids have missed a week of school, and are hacking and coughing, and I'm sure the rest of the house will get sick, including my other son, and my elderly parents. I literally walked out of the office empty handed, with no care done for my kids. But of course, in their charts, it's going to say that *I* declined care. I'm sure there is no code for doctor incompetence that they could mark down. Complete waste of time, and I left in tears of frustration. I gave two stars for the excellent staff (front desk ladies and nurse).

    ***UPDATE*** I had some issues with the billing portion of the visit, but after posting a review here the Area Manager contacted me and resolved my issue very quickly. Original review is below... _______________________________________________ The medical portion of this visit was great. Rooms were clean. Wait times were acceptable. Doctors were very nice and efficient. My issues were with the billing process. The front desk staff will tell you that any additional procedures will be billed towards your deductible, but this is not usually correct. In my instance, all that I had done was a strep throat test. They billed me an additional $49 over my copay and said it was towards my deductible. After I felt better I called my insurance company and verified that this billing was incorrect. I called the Care Now location and they told me to get in touch with their billing department. I called the billing department and after being on hold forever, was told that they can't help me. In the future I would go somewhere else to avoid the billing problems.

    I'm from out-of-state, and I had the best experience at this urgent care. :) My brother took me here to get issues with dizziness cleared up. The first thing that impressed me was how clean and nice the waiting room was. The receptionist taking my information was very sweet. We got to register on the website ahead of time so we were messaged when the urgent care was ready for us to arrive. The nurse that put me into the room was a living saint. Honestly, I was shocked at the level of care I received from him. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable in the room and didn't rush taking my information. The doctor was very thorough and did a good job going over my stats and listening to what I had to say. He helped me understand what I needed to so I could be better and be able to fly home. If I lived in Las Vegas, I would go here if I need any medical care!
