I
have
come
to
Crossfit
Raw
Appeal
after
being
a
member
at
two
other
boxes
and
a
"regular"
gym.
Simply
put,
CrossFit
RA
has
constantly
varied
workouts
that
are
difficult
and
challenging,
but
are
scalable
for
individuals
of
all
fitness
levels
and
results
are
guaranteed.
There
is
a
fun
sociable
community
who
do
competitions
together
as
well
as
happy
hours
and
other
social
events
at
the
box.
It's
more
than
just
a
gym.
The
location
at
Craig
and
I95
is
easy
to
get
to.
It's
located
in
a
shopping
center
that
has
lots
of
other
businesses
like
an
Albertsons
grocery
store,
restaurants,
bar,
salons,
fitness
apparel,
liquor
store...basically
everything
you
need
which
makes
it
convenient
to
run
errands
before
or
after
your
workout
so
no
excuses
on
going
to
the
gym!
The
large
shopping
complex
provides
lots
of
parking
also.
There're
two
entrances
into
the
box,
the
front
and
the
side
entrance
which
allows
the
members
to
come
and
go
without
interfering
with
any
class
that
may
be
going
on.
The
inside
is
very
very
large
for
a
crossfit
box.
There
is
a
rig
in
the
center
with
a
running
track
around
it
and
has
lots
of
room
for
all
the
rowers,
assault
bikes,
medicine
balls,
kettle
bells,
barbells,
plates
and
much
more.
They
have
it
all.
There
are
two
bathrooms
in
the
back
and
a
kitchen
area
as
well
as
a
gated
corner
are
to
lock
in
the
little
monsters(small
children,
lol).
The
class
schedule
goes
from
Monday
through
Saturday
starting
early
in
the
morning
through
the
evening
and
are
1hr
each.
There
are
also
open
gym
times
as
well.
There
are
various
membership
options
depending
on
the
level
of
commitment
you
want.
You
can
prepay
or
go
month-to-month,
sign
a
contract
or
not
and
even
a
punch
card
option.
There
are
some
discounts
available
if
you
qualify
like
for
police,
military,
students
and
additional
family
members.
The
price
menu
is
fully
disclosed
on
their
website
so
go
check
that
out.
Crossfit
is
typically
an
"young"
sport
and
can
be
intimidating
to
start.
I'm
going
to
be
50
years
old
this
year
and
I
do
not
feel
uncomfortable
at
Raw
Appeal
at
all.
There
is
a
wide
range
of
age
groups
and
it's
very
diverse.
The
members
are
welcoming
and
it's
obvious
the
coaches
are
all
rockstars
and
have
a
great
balance
of
teaching
proper
form
with
a
safety
conscious
mind
while
still
pushing
you
to
better
yourself.
I
don't
try
to
be
like
the
elite
20yr
olds.
I
do
scale
the
wods
to
make
sure
I
can
complete
the
wod
and
still
get
a
good
workout
and
still
challenge
myself.
There's
not
excuse,
you
should
join!
Even
though
I
love
this
place,
and
their
amazing
coaches
I
do
feel
like
every
business
has
room
for
improvement
and
room
to
grow.
I
do
wish
there
were
other
classes
on
the
schedule
then
just
the
wods,
like
a
barbell
wod
or
a
body
weight/gymnastics
class
to
work
on
things
like
handstands,
muscle
ups,
box
jumps
etc.
I
would
really
love
to
see
a
barbell
club
added.
working
on
just
the
barbell
skills
and
lifts
offered
a
few
times
a
week
with
maybe
an
end
goal
of
competing
in
a
weightlifting
comp
together
or
an
in-house
comp
at
the
end
of
the
year.
So
there's
no
reason
to
not
stop
by
and
take
a
free
trial
class.
The
programming
is
top
notch
to
get
you
results
and
the
friends
you
make
will
get
you
to
show
up
every
day.
It's
an
amazing
place
that's
life
changing.
