Great staff and members, welcoming. The programming is very well organized. Very accommodating for a drop in and very helpful. Small size, but classes are not massive anyway. Only one early morning class option doesn’t allow for flexibility

I wasn't a fan of crossfit but the gym was close so I gave it a shot. Within a week I became addicted. The knowledge the trainers helped me reach my goals much faster than I could fathom and kept me from injury. The community makes it easy to work out with awesome people and it not feeling like a chore. I couldn't say enough about the box, so happy I gave it a chance.

If you are looking for a place to call home to improve upon your physique, mental and spiritual well-being, CrossFit Modulus is the place in the Valley to go to. No pressure, no competition, no fire breathing athletes... Just a home where owners, wife and husband team, Rey and Regina, genuinely care about YOU and your goals and will make every effort to help you accomplish this. It’s incredible to watch the transformation in members that have only been here for a month or over a year. They have everything you need here, clean showers and bathrooms, filtered water and even a safe place for your kids to hang out in while you get your workout on. I have been to many CrossFit gyms and this is definitely a home that you’ll be taken care of. I highly recommend CrossFit Modulus to anyone looking to make a positive change within their life. Bring your family and friends out with you! If you're out of town and just visiting, come out for an early morning or late night WOD. I personally guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Worth every penny! Coach Reg is my favorite. She knows what she is talking about. She has years of experience. I also like that Modulus offers yoga and stretching among other activities that other CrossFit gym’s don’t provide. You will also want to be apart of this great family. I highly recommend.

Love this box!! The coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful, always able to explain and tailor workouts to ability and skill levels. I have seen dramatic improvements since joining, love being a member here.

Incredible gym! The coaches/owners have really fostered a wonderful community here. I was very apprehensive joining a "CrossFit gym", but once you walk in you're immediately hooked. Unique use of technology (individualized tablets and InBody scale) is really helpful in tracking your progress over time. Give it a try!

I was super intimidated to try CrossFit, but the people and the coaches at Modulus have made working out something incredibly fun - not to mention how much more in shape I feel! The owners have created an amazing environment and I really recommend people check this place out!
