Pool
is
closed
during
spring
break!
You
never
know
if
the
pool
will
actually
be
open.
Don't
risk
staying
at
Flamingo
if
you
want
to
enjoy
the
pool.
I
received
four
different
stories
of
why
the
pool
was
not
open
and
the
front
desk
refused
any
help
or
compensation.
The
manager
at
the
front
desk
actually
told
me,
"The
pool
is
open,
you
just
can't
go
in
the
water."
These
were
the
reasons
I
was
given
by
different
employees
at
Flamingo
for
the
pool
being
closed.
1.
High
winds.
(But
the
adult
pool
is
open)
2.
Chemical
imbalance
in
the
water.
(Didn't
see
anyone
testing
the
water)
3.
Someone
just
got
sick.
(Waterslide
pool
is
closed
too
and
nobody
got
sick
in
that
one)
4.
I
called
Flamingo
corporate
and
was
told
the
pool
is
closed
for
the
season.
(I
was
just
in
the
water
an
hour
ago)
I
think
they
were
too
embarrassed
to
admit
they
have
a
labor
shortage
during
spring
break.
I
would
like
to
add
that
I
am
a
very
understanding
customer
and
I
realize
that
things
can
happen.
Labor
shortages
being
one
of
them,
particularly
in
this
time.
My
overall
complaint
was
the
complete
disorder
of
communication
regarding
this
problem
and
the
lack
of
resolve
to
correct
it.
I
don't
judge
a
person
or
an
organization
by
their
mistakes.
I
judge
them
by
how
they
handle
them,
and
Flamingo
management
failed
to
acknowledge
that
I
was
let
down
by
the
lack
of
amenities
their
hotel
claims
to
offer.
