Amazing Mass, Amazing Cathedral. Friendly atmosphere, good homily, and beautiful artistic windows full of depth, meaning, and connections. Love this place. Good amount of parking. Easy to be dropped off and picked up. Also close in walking to hotels like the Wynn, Fashion Show, etc.

5 stars to the Church - the place I can receive Jesus in the Holy Eucharist. Also 5 stars to the orchestra and cantor. But: I wouldn't call a good practice that there's no possibility to make a confession before the Sunday mass. Also general atmosphere is too business to me, it lacked some sacrum... It also was rather strange to me, that current local bishop already prepared a memorial tombstone writing for himself.

I went to 3 masses and 2 confessions during the weekday. Small crowd each day. Covid rules enforced 👍👍. Thank you to the female usher for keeping everyone healthy and safe. Security was also present. Overall, beautiful church. I will visit again.

We attended mass on Sunday morning, very welcoming and beautiful! Very easy and quick to get an Uber to and from.

Nice church. The 230 pm sat mass was nice in vegas. Clean chur h. Love the mural and stained glass work. Some of the ushers seemed more rigidand not as welcoming.

This visit I was very excited to be there for the worldwide celebration of the consecration of Russia as requested by Pope Francis. Unfortunately my toddler grandchildren were a little rambunctious. When I went to the main floor and asked an usher if there was a cry room she simply told me I couldn't remain there. No help as far as where I could go. I'm thankful my Baptist daughter-in-law wasn't there for the lack of hospitality.

Nice Catholic community, convenient if you are visiting Las Vegas while staying on the Strip, just across the street from The Encore and near Resorts World and Circus Circus. Plenty of free parking and the church is air conditioned. The priest is inspired and follows traditional Catholic doctrine, which is great to see.

Lovely mid century modern art. The place is locked up tighter than a banker's wallet so you'll need to go shortly after Mass to see the windows and the mural behind the altar but they are worth it!

Went here for Easter Sunday mass 2022. This cathedral is very beautiful. Only downside is we were seated at one of the wings where there was limited to no view of the priest. They should've just made it open.

This is a small cathedral. It does have beautiful stained glass and a parishioner group that treats visitors well. We enjoyed the service and the homily. We felt welcome and appreciated. The music was easy singing and pews were comfortable. We'll keep returning here as long as we Vegas. Really nice and close to the strip.

Marvel character mural was a bit distracting if I’m honest, but you’re there for the Eucharist so praise be to God. Mass times were great on Sunday morning, people were very kind and welcoming to visitors. PS - the tabernacle is in a little chapel off to the right so genuflect that way >>>

Guardian Angel Cathedral is a Catholic cathedral in Winchester, Nevada, United States, in the Las Vegas Valley. It is just off the Las Vegas Strip, north of the Encore hotel. Since the creation of the Diocese of Las Vegas in 1995, Guardian Angel has been the seat of the bishop, previously having been a parish of the Diocese of Reno.

I love coming to the cathedral whenever we visit Las Vegas. The interior ambience is very contemporary but still exudes reverence and peace.

Stunning mid-century modern architecture. Walking distance from several hotels on the strip. Amazing moderne stained glass windows.

The 9am daily mass is a convenient time for visitors staying close-by to get their worship in before heading out for the day. Super short walk from both Resort World and the Encore at Wynn.

So why do young people leave the Catholic Church? It’s because they are not welcomed and asked to leave. I came to church with a young man that was wearing a cap. They told him he had to remove it or leave. He left. When did Jesus turn someone away? So as we walked away all I can say is that you should take a closer look at how Jesus welcomes all and eliminate your man made rules that excludes. Maybe then you won’t have people leaving the church.

After a long stay in Vegas , wanted to checkout this holy place for a good vibe. Did justice. Their history is good. Loved the mass and recommend for people who’d like to get some blessings before leaving Vegas.

Such a beautiful place to spend time with myself and my Lord. The historical Cathedral is celebrating its 60th Anniversary this year. Congratulations to this Oasis in the Strip. The architect, Paul Revere Williams , created a masterpiece with the modern design he is very famous for.

Attending Mass in the shadow of the Las Vegas Strip in and of itself is epic; however, this church would be special no matter where it was located. The Priest was wonderful, giving a meaningful homily. Regular parishioners we’re proud to welcome us tourists, and the Cantor had the voice of an angry.

first time going to a Catholic church in Vegas, was blessed to attend an early mass on Saturday vigil to count for Sunday!!! I thing it was weird and interesting at the same time because mass was at 2:30pm, most places Saturday's vigil would be around 5pm, earliest that I rarely see are at 430pm, so this was good for us tourists and visitors to Vegas to be able to go to mass and still have free time to do in the evening. This is the Cathedral church of the diocese of Las Vegas, somewhat on the strip, very easy to find and get to from bus to uber!

This is one of the older Catholic Churches in Vegas. While the Shrine of the Holy Redeemer, across from the Luxor, is really the church for visitors, the Cathedral is located next to the Wynn, making it convenient for visitors staying at the North end of the Strip. A cathedral is the church of the local bishop, so there is a chance Bishop Thomas could be saying Mass, but several other priests celebrate Mass there as well.

Beautiful mass, the cathedral from the outside look a little bit odd but when you walk inside is a place where you can feel at home. We will love to return on a different vacation and perfect for us who are Catholic.

Nice cathedral. Roof is folded slab type roof. Due to noon time, I could not visit it from inside. Nicely constructed and nicely maintained. It is on Vegas street.

I love this church! The beautiful Mural above the tabernacle is always mesmerizing to me! It was a very unique experience going to Father O'Donnell's vigil. The choir really sounded like angels while they chanted in Latin.

Nice little church next to the Wynn. We always go to the 2:30 pm mass on saturday which also fulfills Sunday obligation for Catholics, they recieved special permission from Rome a while back. Has some interesting history but is a nice Church on the strip.

I'm not a member of the church or congregation. However, I enjoy going every so often yearly. Whenever I go to the Cathedral, whether to attend service or just to visit, I always feel welcomed with beautiful sincerity. The services are very moving and spiritually uplifting.
