Decent little shopping area for those quick visits. However, I'm definitely not a fan of the parking lot area, especially during peak hours. It's bad enough that people in this city cannot drive/park...add on the fact that a lot of folks have that, "All About Me" mindset... it's a recipe for disaster. I'm glad that I don't have to rely on this shopping area for my primary needs, but when I do visit, it's a grab and go process - the longer I stay, the more annoyed I get. I won't elaborate too much about this Marketplace since all the independent stores, restaurants, and shops have their own Google profile to rate/comment. Overall, this area is "ok." Definitely nothing to write home to Mom and/or Dad about. Hint: Practice your breathing exercises before you head this way.

Went to Smiths. Couldn't believe how many different things they had there.

Super busy center. But our dentist and orthodontist ir there along with UPS, BABY CAKES AND SMITHS. you can get a car was at Freddy's or oil change. It is just super congested shopping plaza.

The Greek festival in the parking lot was a lot of fun and the food was awesome

I stopped by this market place to visit Starbucks. The location is well taken care of. My Starbucks visit was amazing, the staff went above and beyond.

I love going here, all kinds of stores and my favorite restaurant The Market Grill Cafe! Never had a bad meal and the ambiance is fantastic.

A lot of stores on-site including Smiths, TJ Max, Market Grill, Starbucks, Shell Gas Station, Terribles, Pollo Loco, Centennial Family Eye Care, and more. Definitely, one stop shop kind of a location. Since post COVID, this area has gone through a dramatic increase in population so parking can become a challenge depending on the time of day. On weekends, it's definitely packed.

This mall has many of the things you need: A grocery store with a bank inside, other banks outside, restaurants galore, shopping, gas station, a place to get your coffee in the am, as salon, and so much more!

I always go to smiths here. It's a little big. But great deals on stuff. Usually I can get in and out in a hurry

Market Grille Greek is always great get there by 5 before busy loud.

Be careful of the cement parking blocks when you pull up into a parking spot. One had a huge iron rod sticking out of it. Ripped off my entire front bumper when I backed out! Montecito Market never returned my calls. I had to pay for it out of my pocket! I only use the drive thru ATM there now.

My sister went in there I didn't go so I really don't know what's in there but she said she had a good time

Came here for Market grill Cafe ... service was very good, took care and time explaining the menu, food to table time was good, pricing a little high ....

All you can eat sushi 🍣 restaurant terrible. Not all you can eat at all. 1 picture item per person. Don't go there not all you can eat at all. Very bad F - is grade.

I positively love the Market Grill Cafe. Montecito Marketplace? There may be other stores and banks, etc. here, BUT I only have eyes for my fave Greek restaurant. I recommend the saganaki to start, and then order the pomegranate chicken for your entree. You’re welcome!! PS Oh- their employees here are just lovely, and Linda is our very favorite. PPS don’t forget to try the pumpkin soup… the holidays in a cup!

Using the GasBuddy app this place was showing up as about 50 cents cheaper per gallon for diesel fuel so I added it in as a route point on our trip. Sadly, when we arrived the price ended up being just as high as everywhere else in town so it looks like the app had just not been updated yet or the prices had very recently been changed. That said, we needed fuel so we filled up and headed out. Station was clean and there were no issues or problems and it seemed like a safe and decent part of town compared to some other areas we drove through.

If you want some great Greek food, this is the place to go. We had 4 different meals and all 4 were great. The service and atmosphere are amazing. We will be back for more.

Didn't go to the chiropractor place, but have been to Smith's, and it's a beautiful store, very clean and fresh. Also like that my eye Dr is in the same area. There are many other businesses there as well.
