Visited this place thanks to my local friend. I absolutely loved my Hum Bowl. The quantity was quiet liberal so one can eat a whole if super hungry, else share! You can go for a wrap or a bowl and you have a lot of options for ingredients. The have a variety of sodas with natural flavours and some non soda drinks too. When we visited, the place was not crowded. The ambiance is lovely and I particularly liked the wall which has a lot of greens - (i think succulent plants). The staff were friendly. Restrooms were clean. I'd definitely visit this place again if I am in Vegas!

I just love the freshness of the food here. Everyone here cares so much about what they serve you and how you are served. Absolutely one of my favorite fast casual restaurants that n Las Vegas. The owners here are brothers that are sharing their family recipes with their s and do it in a very authentic way.

Wow! Truly a memorable experience. As a vegetarian I was quite frankly blown away after my first bite by the amount of flavor! Every ingredient in the bowl was fresh and my falafel was made to order. The worker who built my bowl was very helpful explaining toppings, in addition to Scott who was also knowledgeable and dropped a gem of advice to mix the watermelon drink with the lemonade- absolutely delicious! Will be back soon!

Our first visit here was good so we decided to come back today and this time it was BAD! We walked in to a not busy restaurant and the service was horrible. The girls making our food were scraping the bottom of empty hummus and rice containers and I’m not sure if you can see on my pita.......but WHERE is the hummus??? After all your establishment is called “Hummus “?!?! They didn’t have their hair pulled back or hair nets on. They added warm chicken to the old chicken that had been sitting in the bottom of the container where they serve from. The place looked like a disaster and when the manager called he tried to blame it on the new girl. 🙄👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 If you go to this place BEWARE!!!! You might end up with an over priced lettuce and black bean pita wrap. Don’t order the pita fries- they are old and over cooked. This place needs a huge revision or it’s going to close down.

One of my coworkers took me here for lunch one day. First time! I have to say it was pretty delicious and also very filling. I’ve had Cava before and it’s pretty similar. Presentation and few items were different, but I really enjoyed the bowl. I got honey harissa chicken I believe, red pepper hummus and other goodies. If you’re looking for a quick bite, try it out!

KITCHEN SINK OF GOODNESS Don't think a bowl full of veggies mostly won't fill you up? It did for me and I couldn't finish it. For about $13, just follow the line and pick whatever you like staff will build the bowl for you. Smear of hummus on the bowl, then healthy veggies of all kinds, toppings, rice meat choice, dressing, nuts, seeds, spices, my goodness there's probably double digits ingredients in the bowl when finished. You will not feel guilty eating them.

Build-your-own Mediterranean style bowl here. Choose from about 4 different kinds of Hummus as your base, add greens, lentils or rice, protein (they're all SO flavorful), and a plethora of toppings and sauces, and you will be in heaven! They are happy to give you a sample of anything to help you decide, too. The large bowl is so big that I can only ever eat a 4th of it, so there are always leftovers. Or you can get a small portion bowl (and still have some left), and at $10 it's the best deal in town! The food is seriously so good!! Plenty of vegetarian options too. Love their drink selection too - they make a few in-house, and have fun soda flavors. I highly recommend eating here for a tasty, filling and healthy meal.

The other location on rainbow 🌈 is clean and the food tastes fresh. This location needs a visit from Dirty Diner. I ate 3 bites and could not stomach the wrap. Fries were mushy and undercooked. Luckily the manager was brave enough to throw the new cook under the bus and gave us our $40 back. The bathroom had no hand towels in the dispenser. Will never come back.

First off I really do like this place. The first one I went to was in Henderson many years ago and was happy to find one out here in summerlin. However, I feel like I keep getting less and less food. For almost $15 a bowl it should be the same amount.

The Make You Blush style bowl is a fantastic vegan option. It’s absolutely loaded with a great variety of veggies — it tastes great, it’s very filling, and it’s surprisingly inexpensive. I highly recommend it to other vegans in the area.

I ordered online so not sure of the atmosphere, and service per se. The vegan falafel was awesome! Loved the muhammara, chilli harissa, toum, falafel balls! Quinoa tasted great instead of just herbed rice. Did not like the black lentils. Crushed jalapeños added to the hot flavor loved it! Would have given a 5/5 but I ordered spicy hummus and it came with plan regular hummus. Couldn’t taste the feta salad 🥗 Looking forward to visiting this restaurant with friends! In a long time had some great Mediterranean food.. especially being a vegetarian 🌱 it’s hard to find something easily and yet so amazing!

One of the best new places around. Ultimately healthy and flavorful. The owners/staff are always pleasant and the price point is AWESOME. I couldn't be happier with this place, and they also set their menu up properly (Thankfully) to order online and/or for delivery. :) No, I don't work there, I'm just happy to have somewhere I can go while eating healthy/dieting that doesn't feel like I'm "dieting".

First time eating wonderful experience. Had a gyro bowl good, fresh , flavorful. Lots of choices something for everyone. Highly recommended. Friendly, helpful staff

Reasonably priced, healthy food with great options for vegans and vegetarians! Service was also friendly and great! Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a change up in flavor or alternative to a chipotle.

(SEE BELOW FOR UPDATE) I want to love this place but it is so wildly inconsistent. The food quality is inconsistent, the bowl packaging is inconsistent. Sometimes the overcook the proteins, other times it's fine. Sometimes they forget to include half the bowl choices you made, sometimes they dump the sauces in so everything is soupy - like this time. Training to be more consistent would go a long way, because this $20 salmon bowl is a true mess. UPDATE (1/27/24) I won't ever go to this place again; the food is so inconsistent and the quality is so poor. They were out of the salmon option, so I chose shrimp. Honestly, my husband made the error of accepting the to go bag and didn't look to see that there were four shrimp about the size of a quarter. One of them was completely burnt. Also they left out the lentils, pickled beets, and quinoa out of the bowl entirely. It was very pathetic. The side of pita fries were also so overcooked that they tasted bitter and were inedible. The French fries were also overcooked and tasted dry and stale. Our entire dinner was $78 and it was about 60% edible. This may be location specific but avoid this place. The food is just plain bad and the inconsistency is now just consistently bad.

I eat here a few times per week. It's so healthy and tasty and affordable. Everything you want when you eat out. Service is great, Scott and Corbin are super friendly. Love this place!

First time in, super chill environment, young lady behind the counter was super nice, food was totally on point, fresh, good portions, flavors were perfect balanced, got the spicy bowl, definitely recommend, oh and reasonably priced.

This place is so fab, especially if you’re craving something fresh. Lots of options and probably endless combinations. I took a star off only because it’s so expensive. $13 for a bowl lunch (no side, no drink) is just too much.

They have vegan and gluten free options, and everything is delicious! I did a Baba ganoosh and grilled chicken bowl, my dad got a falafel wrap with their marketplace hummus. Two of the hummuses dont contain garlic so if you have a garlic sensitivity I'd let them know. Straight forward ordering and they were very generous with portions, definitely got the bang for my buck here

I was searching for a Mediterranean bowl restaurant. Hummus Bowls and wraps in Summerlin is excellent. The manager was very friendly, and helpful. He guided me through all the healthy options. I had a full bowl of delicious vegetables, hummus, chicken, and dressings that made a great meal. I highly recommend this restaurant. I will make it a regular “go to” place.

The hummus bowl was amazing! I had read a few reviews that stated that the bowl was not full but that was not the case for me. Basically nothing more would have fit! The braised lamb was tender and a pretty good portion, veggies were fresh and toum and babaganoush were amazing additions. The reason for the missing star is basically the staff. We had ordered through UberEats and gotten the notification the order was ready 15min before my husband got to the place but the order was not ready for another 10min and the staff was sadly visibly unhappy to be there and a little unfriended. Additionally one item was missing from our order and they had replaced it with something completely different (potatoes were ordered and we got the peanut hummus instead). So my recommendation if you order takeout through UberEats check the bag for correct content otherwise you are in for a real treat food wise! I will be going back!

ITS SO GOOD,cheap, fresh, healthy. I recommend the lamb if you’re getting a bowl. The man working there was so kind and helpful, when I asked about my allergy he read each ingredient in the hummus to me to make sure I’d be safe!

Perfect casual lunch place for quick food that can still be healthy! Kind of like chipotle, but for falafel, gyro, or kabob bowls. Fresh, delicious ingredients, reasonable prices and great tasting side sauces. The garlic sauce was so good! You can build your own bowls and there are so many great choices. I was just passing through and I really wish there was something like this in Minneapolis! Was able to talk to the owner while we were there, and he was really nice and helpful.

Place is solid, good quality it's pretty good. Definitely they need more employees to be faster o their orders but I want to give a shot to guy named Oliver who is super kid and nice, always willing to help! Looking forward for him to become a supervisor or menager there!!

First time here!!! Customer Service (Aalycia) wasn't very great. I understand it's the end of the workday but when customers are new and have questions about the menu as an employee you should want to offer great customer service. Thankfully the food is good.

Everything was so freakin DELICIOUS AND FRESH!!! Maria was the one who helped us and she was so nice to my family and I! Will definitely come again and bring more friends too!

Very tasty! Like a build your own bowl/wrap. Had a chicken wrap (pita bread) with classic hummus. Just a little surprised by the cost since it was my first time there. A wrap and a bowl was $30, but will still be back.

A few things I liked about this place: it's really clean, the staff is really friendly, the food is delicious, and they give you a lot of it for the price! Definitely a good place to eat out if you're looking for something healthy and filling! There are also endless ways to customize your bowl, so there's really something for everyone. One suggestion I have would be to create like pre-selected combos where you don't have to pick all your toppings, but maybe there are some options that do it for you. That would be helpful for the super indecisive like me!
