This is one of the best Japanese Omakase I’ve ever had. Being a self professed foodie and having been to Japan two times, I can vouch for its authenticity and quality. It is a very private and small dining experience. They only had one menu available (premium omakase, $350 PP) and you leave so full and stuffed. Because it was just me and my husband, we were seated at the counter right in front of the kitchen with another couple. There was also a larger party that got a private dining room. They prepared most of the sushi in front of us, with exception the hot foods prepare in kitchen and bought out. Our server Was very attentive and service was beautifully orchestrated. We asked questions about the food source and they answered the questions or bought out the food source. It was a very unique experience and I’m glad I was able to come here!!!

Absolutely 5/5 - We selected their Premium dinner option ($500/per person) and it was worth every penny. Such a unique and intimate dining experience! Every last detail was stunning and unbelievably delicious. A truly memorable evening!

What can I say, it was an amazing experience. The chefs walked you through everything. Explanation of origins of all the food, how it is prepared and even the best way to eat it. I learned so much and had a lot of laughs while we were there. Yes it is expensive but well worth the money for the experience. I would highly recommend trying this at least once in your life. Just remember to go in with an open mind, an empty stomach and willingness to try new things and you won't be disappointed. Thank you all for the wonderful experience and sharing of your culture.

The best Omakase I’ve eaten so far and the chefs and servers are so nice that they lighten up my mood for the first day of the new year. The foods are absolutely worth to try and definitely deserve to come back. Chefs and servers are so passionate to introduce the food to us. Overall, highly recommended this restaurant! Happy new year to the chefs and servers!

11/10. Easily the best experience I have ever had eating omakase/sushi. I will be eating here every time I return to Vegas. The atmosphere & decor were simple and bold, the staff was attentive, friendly, and beyond exceptional, the food quality was Michelin star level, and the chefs were world-class. A hidden gem in the Las Vegas Desert. Worth the reservation.

I don’t eat seafood at all and I went because my gf wanted to go. The younger chef Jean (I don’t know if that’s the right spelling) was our chef and he was very supportive of my non seafood eating and prepared the seafood in a way that I would like it. Honestly this place was great both chefs did amazing , you can tel they really care about what they’re doing and how they prepare the food, and the waitress where there for every little thing. Such a good atmosphere and it felt like a private dining experience. From what I’ve been told by my gf who is a foodie this is the best Omakase place in the US.

I’m the gf in the previous review lol. I’ve been to numerous omakases in NYC, SF, Chicago and DC and consider omakase tasting a hobby of mine. Sushi Kame uses real good ingredients (black and white truffle, certified wagyu, uni and fish you won’t see at a lot of different places and the high quality preparation of the nigiri reflects 15 years of experience chef Jean (hope that’s the right spelling?) has. The sauce and seasoning are very simple, just soy sauce and wasabi / see salt / yuzu. That reflects the quality of the meat and fish. The ambience is very cozy but classy. Great conversations with the chefs and stewardesses. Totally worth it. Highly recommend. So much respect for the place!

From start to finish everything was great. I was looking at bookings at first and it seemed like they were all booked up but I gave a call at 8:00 and got sat for 1 for the 8:30. To be able to get an instant booking like this on a random night +1 easily. Every part of the experience was luxurious, without the American tacky luxury. Every dish was finely made with detail and precision that you'd expect. We were able to share stories together, talk about travel as it was myself and 2 others for dinner that night. The intimacy was what made it special and sharing my sake with the chef and other guests was no problem. Whenever you can go to a place and just have a genuine friendship with the chef and server and other guests. You know you are in the right place. Get off the strip and the fake fancy you see out there. If you want the real thing, come here.

If you love sushi and are adventurous, I would definitely check this place out. This was pricey, but definitely worth it. Uni, Japanese waygu, and freshly shaved truffle? How could you go wrong!? Those are my favorite things all in one sitting. The atmosphere felt very personal and intimate. We and everyone at the sushi bar were properly taken care of. The servers made sure all your beverages were full at all times. And they made sure plates were taking away at a timely matter. Each course was different and was well presented. The sushi was fresh and delicious. The other items were just tasty as well. It was quite the experience. I included in my reviews photos of the menu and the food that came out in order. I would recommend coming with another guest or a party. I was quite full at the end of the experience, but not overwhelmingly full. Be prepared to eat lots of food. The sushi was all explained to you throughout the entire course. And they explained how to eat it properly to get the full flavors. Portions were just right, but definitely wanting more after each set. Thanks for the great experience everyone!

I rarely write reviews. Usually when I go, I make the experience my own since it's different for everyone. But I had to write about this one. I have yet to go to Japan and experience something like this, but the chef and the rest of his team really make sure to make this an unique experience. From the moment we came in it was a welcoming feeling. The staff was constantly taking care of every little detail, they sure made suggestions that enhance the experience and didn't miss a beat. The chef really took time to explain and detail the dishes and it's ingredients. He also took great pride on the ingredients he brought for this dinner. On experience alone I am extremely happy with everything. But lets talk food, amuse-bouche; a simple but flavorful egg custard. From there a hiramasa carpaccio that was basically a sample of the high quality ingredients we were about to get. Afterwards we had a sashimi platter that included lobster, king salmon, tuna to name a few. And each bite was delightful. Then it was followed by a platter of cook dishes that included oysters, soft shell crab and sea bass, following the order suggested by the chef just made each bite and enhancement of flavors. The next dish was just a surge; a combination that just blew my mind on how just a few ingredients can add to so much, the dish had a Japanese scallop, truffle Toro tuna and uni. This was followed by A5 wagyu shabu shabu, which basically was a superb tender meat bathed on a delicious broth. After this a very welcomed dish they called the jewelry box; which had uni, caviar and a few other things. This was followed by some sushi including tuna, red snapper, a king crab roll and others. Finally there was another cut of wagyu with some vegetables and a risotto that was to die for. And then the desserts that included a a melon from Japan and a few ice creams and even a macaroon. Now I really want to continue to rave about the food because I have no dish that I was not surprised by. So now let's talk price, I normally don't care if price because I think I'm not just paying for the food, I am also there for the experience. They have a few price points, so there are options. But it could range from a $200 and higher per person. I already want to come back or hope that an experience like this was closer to me in the Carolinas. But if you are in town and you have the time to come here. I guarantee there will be no regrets.

Beautiful, tranquil modern atmosphere to enjoy this experience. I don't have the words to express how much I enjoyed my dinner here, and the chef and rest of the staff were amazingly professional yet friendly. Beautiful omakase. Thank you, Kame Omakase!

Having dined in many top restaurants around the county and world, I can comfortably say this just took a place in our top 3 list.
