My
friends
and
I
were
planning
to
go
to
the
wreck
room
so
one
of
my
friends
booked
it
for
us.
We
ended
up
not
being
able
to
go,
and
NOWHERE
on
the
website
at
the
time
did
it
say
if
you
weren’t
able
to
make
it
that
you
would
be
charged
the
full
price.
It
was
not
on
the
website
or
in
an
email
anywhere,
I
scoured
everything.
They
charged
my
friend’s
card
in
full,
over
$500!,
so
she
called
to
ask
about
it.
They
said
sorry
it’s
policy
that
if
you
don’t
come
to
your
booking,
you
are
charged
in
full,
even
though
that
wasn’t
cited
ANYWHERE.
This
is
the
most
messed
up
part;
she
disputed
the
claim
with
her
bank
and
they
refunded
the
money.
Wreck
Room
DISPUTED
THE
DISPUTE
AND
WON
and
months
later
they
charged
her
card
again
for
the
full
amount.
Anyone
who
does
business
like
this,
isn’t
a
good
company
in
my
opinion.
It’s
not
like
they
couldn’t
have
reserved
the
items
for
another
group.
The
biggest
sticking
point
to
me
is
that
we
weren’t
told
the
cancellation
policy,
otherwise
we
might
never
have
booked
it.
DON’T
GO
TO
THE
WRECK
ROOM.
Bad
attitudes
when
we
talked
to
them
about
it
and
bad
business
policy.
