I was to have my first appointment with Dr. Michaels. After arriving and signing in at the office, I was called up to the receptionist. I was told that Dr. Michaels is no longer working at that office, but is at another office. I asked why didn't they call to let me know...they “didn't have time”. Offices want at least a 24 hour cancellation notice or else you will be billed for the appointment. What happened to a COURTESY call of at least 24 hour notice to patients that the doctor is no longer at that office so you don't have to waste time and gas to be there? An appointment was made for a PA for the 4th week of March. Good thing I didn't think this was an emergency! Time to re-think any appointments at this office because obviously they are not organized. I'm sure the doctor didn't just call this morning and say...Hey, I decided not to come to work there...I will be working at another office and won't ever be there again.

Been calling for days, left messages and no call backs. At some point you need to answer the phone. Really disappointed, the only obgyn with good reviews. Makes no sense

Really disappointed in the service I received. I transferred from another OB due to insurance issues and I’m nearing the third trimester of my pregnancy. I’ve been urgently trying to obtain medical clearance to take leave from my serving job, due to pregnancy complications and the receptionist treated me like I was trying to commit fraud, claiming it’s “illegal for me to take more than six weeks leave” and even having the audacity to ask how I’d support myself with no job. What should’ve been a simple process between my doctor and me turned into an extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional interrogation by this receptionist. So after not even meeting my doctor, my leave was not approved- instead I was given “light duty” which realistically isn’t possible in my line of work. People who cannot maintain professionalism and kindness have absolutely no business working in the medical field. I will not be returning solely because of my experience with your condescending, ignorant receptionist.

I gave my feedback through the portal links the office sends you after a procedure, and all but one has been hidden/deleted. My google reviews have also never shown up, I'm hoping this one will. I had written a detailed and lengthy account of my experience that provides much more context, and it's frustrating to see it gone. I was given no post-care instructions after an invasive procedure. My medical paperwork is wrong and says that I was given care - my partner was there with me and confirms they didn't tell me anything at all, or what to expect afterwards. The only reason I knew the pain I was experiencing was normal is other women sharing their experiences with me who had the same procedure. When I called the office to follow up and asked some questions, the receptionist confirmed that I was absolutely not supposed to do things like take baths and it put my health at risk. There has not been any acknowledgment that they neglected this important care.

This office is difficult to contact as a new patient. Their contact system is not easily accessible to new patients or even established patients. Additionally, once established as a patient the patient app is not easily usable either with an incorrect address listed with their facility code and no providers listed when searching in the app due to the incorrect associated facility code. Even as an established patient I have encountered unanswered text messages to them and phone calls not returned from the nurses station. They do have a wonderful group of doctors and staff to work with. It is unfortunate to experience that they are not a very accessible clinic.

The billing department is awful she is the rudest person I have ever spoke to on the phone. I called for information it's sad she said she was there 23yrs sounds like 23yrs to long awful attitude you can tell when someone hates their job..

I adore Dr. Raman! She’s been so informative and kind to me through all of my struggles with my lady parts! My husband likes to tag along so he can learn more and ask how to help and she’s always treated him well. Even more importantly she’s always treated me well. The office currently no longer takes my insurance but honestly I’ll figure it out, I want Dr: Raman to deliver my children; period!

If your appointment is at 2pm you won't been seen until 3:30pm. Plan on your time being wasted while the crew just sits behind the window and gossips. Currently sitting waiting to be seen for my 2pm appointment and it's 3:30pm and still haven't been seen. If they don't respect your time they most definitely don't respect you.

This business has deceptive billing practices. I went in for an annual pap smear. I made them well aware that I had no insurance, yet they did not inform me that I would be responsible for all the lab fees which I thought was covered under the $200 appointment. One month later, I was billed $1500 for the testing. Also, I had to wait almost an entire hour to be seen. Terrible experience and I will never be back.

I love Dr Raman. She clearly explains everything and is caring and concerned. It is so nice to be able to quickly reach the office via text and to get prompt responses. The only reason I did not give five stars was the more than hour long wait in the waiting room. I understand that is not unusual in most obgyn practices.

My doctor Raman went on leave so I had to deal w Gondy and Wragg. I had twins. First… I had to carry them all the way to 8 pounds each which I wanted to take them out earlier. I was very uncomfortable and it seems that no one took my concerns seriously. I also asked to have an extended leave. Instead of me going back to work in two months, I requested to have another month to give myself time to heal. Carrying two 8 pound babies was a lot! I told Wragg that I was very uncomfortable and she states that it takes a longer healing time for twins and I was still having abdominal pain. In her doctor’s note for me to return to work she states “Patient is requesting more time…I don’t think it’s needed.” What?! You smiled and lied to me straight to my face. How about you carry two full term twins totaling up to 16 pounds and tell me how you feel. You have to be your own advocate ! These people don’t have your best interest and I will never come back here!

I wanted to take a moment and express my review for this facilty... I cannot thank enough Dr.Gondy for her amazing care with me. The staff from the front desk to Lab Technician was absolutely amazing. I was treated with so much love and friendliness that was always waiting for my next visit. Dr.Gondy is exceptional an amazing Doctor and I am so blessed she was my OB. Undergoing a 3rd c-section was a big fear for me and she promised me that I won't feel a thing! AND SHE DID THAT! She is a woman of her word and she knows what she is doing. I will miss you and staff so much. god bless you all ladies and THANK YOU for this amazing journey, the laughs, the giggles and the friendliness. I 100% recommend this facility to all moms to be and moms who've been on the look out for any reason.

Went to another doctor for a second opinion. NP Anna Cibo incorrectly diagnosed me with HSV2, on top of the appointment being horrible already due to her totally humiliating me and acting annoyed when I asked questions. Do not recommend unless you want to leave your appointment crying and feeling like a freak.

Dr Gondy has good bedside manners. She’s a good listener and I respect her recommendations. I have a history of ovarian cysts, and being new to Vegas, I wanted to be sure I had a doctor that I can turn to should I experience another flare up. While I’ve been able to manage my oc as a result of controlling my stress levels and being more cautious with my diet, I believe has helped alleviate that. I trust that she will be able to provide the care I need and trust that she looks out for your best interest at heart. Honest feedback, just how I like it!

Called to make an appointment as a new patient with Medicare insurance. These doctors list themselves on the Medicare provider website as, "Charges the Medicare-approved amount". So, if they only charge Medicare-approved amounts, why do they require my social security number, "for billing purpose"? The ONLY reason they would NEED anyone's social security number is to send them to collections if bills aren't paid. Well, if Medicare pays the bills, what bills would there be? Made me curious about the comments about deceptive billing practices. Do these doctors bill for services not covered by insurance? Of course, I refused to provide my very personal, highly protected social security number. Perhaps it doesn't matter to them that their "office policy" costs them customers (yes, patients are customers to a business). I'm sure there are plenty of folks who don't know they should not provide their social security numbers to any medical provider.

I want to share my experience with Rosie and the staff at this particular location because I have been many times but not for a long time for a Pap smear or a check up and the times I’ve been there’s nothing compared to the staff and the Rosie! When we talk of an angel, there is no lack of a better word for this incredible woman named Rosie!!! Not only was she efficient, intelligent, wise, kind, and caring, but she figured out some thing that I had been hurting from for seven years!!! I will never forget my experience here, how they took care of me and continue to help me with the process, and there are not any words that can truly explain how elated I am, that my nightmare, and the things I could not explain, or explain to me within seconds, and just a few minutes and then the staff even went above, and beyond for me thereafter!!! thank you to all of them for everything. this is my 2nd time with Reflection Dental. Dr. GONDY and her team are very exceptional. Dr. Gondy explained everything that I need to know when conducting the treatment. She is very caring and professional. The dental Hygienist Abraham is also very careful when he cleaned my teeth and was explaining everything to me. Thank you all.

This was my first visit to Dr. Huang , the office is very busy but very managed . Everything is under control.He is an amazing doctor , a good listener , problem solver , quick thinker , and very intelligent. I love this office, everyone has amazing bedside manor. And I always leave feeling confident and comfortable until my next appointment. All of the staff members take their time to really be present when dealing with you. Not just rushing on to the next patient.

The staff was friendly and efficient. I went back for my appointment on time and was out quicker than expected. Dr Navarro is knowledgeable and actually cares about her patients. I felt safe and heard. I'm thankful to have a provider that I can trust and feel comfortable going to see. Thanks again for a great visit!

Yikes. I had a very serious issue, I had to be seen. They required my SS number. I have not given it for years and years. . I will be talking to my insurance company complaining of this practice. The office manager was very rude. I will be looking for a more professional and organized office.

Dr. Gondy and her staff are the best, per usual. Didn’t wait long and they were all sweet and attentive.

RN practitioner was excellent, listened to my concerns and educated me on conditions. Felt very comfortable and safe. Hope to meet S. Michaels at some point.

Incredibly amazing staff, super friendly, patient, understanding. They were very gentle to my needs whereas a different clinic did not care at all. I would give 10 stars if I could.!

I don’t know if they double booked but they’ve been very slow. Waited over an hour after my appointment time to be called another 30 minutes to be seen. They messed up my test results so I had to get the test over again. Over three hours.

From the front office to the back office everyone was amazing! I was so scared about getting my IUD placed but Dr.Gondy comforted me. She explained every step as she was doing it and less then 4 minutes she was done. Dr.Gondy always makes my feel so comfortable.

Rosie is by far the BEST nurse I’ve ever met. I was diagnosed with PCOS this week and she gave me a game plan for trying to heal it naturally. She didn’t shame me for my weight like a lot of doctors do to their patients, nor did she push birth control. She is very easy to talk to without judgement and listens to all of your questions. Love you Rosie!!! And all of the staff there!
