    I changed from 5 Star to 1 star because my cat went in for his yearly checkup perfectly healthy and happy and came home with a spinal injury that resulted in having to put him down 2 weeks later as his body began to shut down. $800 in bills trying to find out what happened to him at another location only to have to come back and allow them to end his suffering. Of course they deny everything but he went in able to run up and down his floor to ceiling cat tree and came home stumbling and ultimately lost use of his legs. Now I understand why the woman that gave him back to me in his carrier was so insistent on telling me that he's going to be woozy from the sedatives he was given unlike all the other times when it wasn't an issue. He was my constant companion for 18 years and I can only say that I wish those that hurt him recieve in life all that they deserve. This is the last picture of him, taken at another location as we waited for the Vet to arrive and kill him to stop his suffering. I will never forgive those that hurt my baby boy.

    Update: Monica was WRONG!! Now we have to go back and waste more time that never should’ve happened. I’m not an advocate for people losing their jobs but she needs to go. I would give zero star if I could. Monica had so much attitude. We had an email confirmation that was booked in December for a comprehensive. They REFUSED OUR DOG when we got there totally saying the opposite of our email confirmation. Not only that, she had so much attitude she wouldn't even explain why or what they COULD do since we took off work to get her there. Arlette was great and finally offered an alternative but we were so mad and upset. Why couldn't Monica have done that and been civil? We will be canceling plan and NEVER going back.

    Per their recommendation we scheduled an ultrasound for our dog about a month ago. Originally they gave us an appointment before calling us back to tell us they aren't open that day. Then we were rescheduled. We confirmed our appointment the day before our appointment and were told all was good. The day of we arrive we check in and wait for 20 minutes only for them to tell us the doctor won't be coming in to see us today due to a communication error. Then tried to reschedule us the day after Thanksgiving.

    Dr. Roach is an outstanding vet. She truly cares about the animals under her care and takes her time to communicate with the owners. I trust her whole-heartedly when it comes to my beloved pup. Highly recommend Dr. Roach for her knowledge, professionalism and caring demeanor!

    If you are getting vaccinations, yearly check up or dental cleaning they are fine. The monthly fee is for that and ONLY that. If you have a pet emergency they leave zero slots daily left a pet emergencies ZERO ACCOMMODATIONS FOR IMMEDIATE ISSUES On September 26th I had an emergency the first available appointment was October 5th! That was the second time that I needed care for an emergency on my other dog and again no openings for days BUYER BEWARE WHEN SIGNING UP FOR THEIR MONTHLY PLAN IT’S ONLY GOOD FOR SCHEDULED VACCINATIONS , YEARLY CHECK UPS AND DENTAL CLEANINGS ONLY THEY ARE COMPLETELY USELESS WHEN IT COMES TO LAST MINUTE EMERGENCY CARE They are completely USELESS when your pet has an emergency PLEASE BEWARE

    Great place. We will be using this Banfield location moving forward with our pets. The Dr. Was real nice and was able to answer all my questions.

    I have to say I have the wellness plan for $50 a month and it's definitely worth the value is amazing. Everything from your pets check ups to your pups teeth cleaning are all included in the price and summerlin location really take care of your pet woujd highly recommend.

    Dr. Anderson is absolutely amazing and so very caring! Had to take my 89 year old dad's dog in today for his ears and he is on a fixed income. She worked with him and now his best friend is on his way to being his happy self. The staff is super friendly and got us in right away. I can't thank them enough for helping my dad

    the worst experience of my life, they do not know how to handle cats unless the cats are not docile, the vet came out after almost 20 minutes to tell me that she had not been able to get the cat out of the suitcase in which I carried it because the cat was very aggressive , I asked her to let me go in to hold him or else I wasn't going to do anything to him, that I wasn't going to sedate him and she still went in and came out 5 minutes later saying that she had given him the vaccines and that they had done a stool test that in 5 minutes he was able to do what he couldn't do in the previous 20 minutes, they didn't give me confidence 👎

    I have had my dogs wellness plan for 8 years and just recently got a new dog. Due to an unexpected income loss I had to get rid of the new dog a few weeks later. I explained this to several representatives and yet no one did what needed to be done and now I’m stuck paying for a membership for a dog I don’t even have or else go in collections 😡. For this issue I will not be renewing my original dogs membership and will never refer anyone to Banfield EVER !!!!!!!

    The vets that work here are great, however, banfield as a whole is a scam and would rather see healthy pets than pets that are sick and actually need care. Corporate only cares about numbers.

    Great place to bring your pet. They show great love and care to my dogs. I think they show the same care for my dogs as they would their own. The plan makes the care of my pets affordable.
