Great neighborhood park. However, it's not a dog park!! Need a leash all the time and dogs are not allowed to play in the field. The field is only for sports players, mostly young children. Please, keep the park clean so that our children can play in a sanitary and safe condition. Please, follow the park rules.

Had a lovely picnic with my family here! The bathrooms were clean, the park was clean. Easy access off the freeway, which helped my family from out of town find it so easily. The playground was so interactive for the kids, they had a blast! We definitely will be using this place as a meetup spot again ☺️

Close to freeway exit. Nearby basketball tennis courts. Playground for children is enclosed and bathrooms are very close to playground. Ideal for children 3 and up. Different style of equipment from most of the valley. A nice change. More rope oriented. Swings are at separate area which is inconvenient.

Best kept secret in Summerlin. This park is awesome, easy to get to, and full of fun people and dogs.

Very nice outdoor area for families and dogs alike. Surrounded by several nice neighborhoods. Has a basketball court, covered grilling area, covered playset area, small outdoor amphitheater, large lawn for: picnics, playing fetch and pee wee sports, as well as a small track around the park. There is a much larger walking/bike trail that passes right next to the park's smaller track, and it's easy to cross from trail to the other.

People need to leash their dogs. It only takes one dog off a leash to bite a person walking at the park and injure someone. It has been going on for years now. Signs are posted and people are ignoring the signs. No one is monitoring the leash laws at this park. Leashing dogs is for safety reasons.

I would definitely give this five stars if it wasn’t for the electric shock my daughter got from the metal posts in the play area. It was cloudy and I imagine it would be worse and more frequent shocks in the sun. Otherwise this park is gorgeous and luxurious. The play area structures are so thick and sturdy an adult can easily climb. There are climbing nooks everywhere for lots of creative use of the play structures also. All the play structures are shaded and there is a really nice and clean looking restroom building alongside. There is a basketball area and tennis courts as well as a large open area for soccer or other sports. There is also a large multiple table and grill shaded area available. The park is excellently maintained with the classic Vegas view of the mountains and stylish looking apartment buildings. All the grass is however allowed to go yellow. So it doesn’t look as green as in the other photos anymore. I believe this is because of the new law that requires all non functional grass to stop being watered in Vegas.

Dogs are on the sporting field all the time. There are sign’s everywhere stating no dogs on field. It’s not policed at all. And, I love dogs.

Like all the Summerlin parks, Sagemont is clean and well kept. My daughter calls this park “house park” because the structure for littles looks like a little play house. Some of the play equipment can get pretty hot so always test the surfaces before littles climb, swing, and slide. There are two tennis courts, a basketball court, and there’s a grass field down below. The field is nice and flat. It’s good for kite flying, and kicking a ball around. The walkway around the field seems like a good area to teach a kid to ride a bike.

A nice oasis in the desert.

Great park! I like that the kid play areas are fences so littles can't wander off. In addition to play areas, there are a couple tennis courts, a basketball court and a couple grass fields. And restrooms and a pavilion with several picnic tables.

Great small park out of the way, covers over the playground, basketball courts, tables, grills, restrooms, and horticulture crew. Perfect little get away for the little ones

This is a great park. Brand new. Excellent playground. The tennis courts are nice. Huge area to be able to walk and get your steps in. The field below is the only downer of the whole park. It is not the best looking and seems like it will need work to get into playing shape for a game.
