This place is my "Oasis". Beautiful views, beautiful fruit trees, birds, lizards, crawfish, an abundance of Mother Earth !! Photography is my thing and I visit here A LOT. The trails are AWESOME, when visiting I ask that you respect the habitat and stay where you're supposed to be. There are very few magical places that remain untouched.

Easy trail to navigate, absolutely stunning views. We were there on a Tuesday, the office was closed, but a park employee was doing maintenance and was super friendly and helpful. Amazing place, if you like trails, this is a must drive. I would recommend having a little clearance under your vehicle, but the trail was clearly marked and maintained.

An informative center staffed by welcoming rangers/volunteers. Thirty minutes north of Spring Mountains Visitor Gateway. This center is an oasis in the middle of the desert. There’s short informative walks on hiker friendly paths. Recommend if you have some extra time in the area.

A very quiet place. Today, 10/16/2021, the visitor center was open. Lots of people in the park today, maybe that's why I didn't see any animal. Many insects, butterflies, bees… 😐☹️. Not a big deal….

Absolutely stunning, untouched desert wilderness, with a beautiful joshua tree Grove called the Yucca Forest.

A literal Oasis! 1.5 miles of well maintained trails, with plenty of educational signs and stands. A really excellent building that shows the cultural and geological history of the land. One of the best places to really take in the beauty of the desert

Just a short drive from Las Vegas. Due to Covid-19 the main building is currently closed however trails are still open. Great location to get away from the city. Not too many people.

Great walking trails and very pleasant this time of the year. Hope to come back once the visitors' center is reopened. However a left turn lane off Highway 95 as you're heading toward Vegas would be better because the speed limit is 70 mph and there's only one sign.

Awesome place to visit. Unfortunately the visitors center was closed (Monday & Tuesday) but the trails behind the visitors center are fantastic. Well maintained, firm, smooth, wide and a very easy walk. The restrooms are clean with soap and the hand dryers worked. They were even open despite the visitor center being closed.

This place has great camping and some long trails you can hike. But if you just need to stretch your legs, the welcome center is surrounded by shorter trails and educational plaques. The staff is friendly, the gift shop inexpensive, and the bathrooms clean. A beautiful spot in the Mojave wilderness.

We drove out for the day. Road is rocky, slow going. Not crowded!! High clearance vehicle recommended.

Amazing place to camp & hike. Solitude and amazing natural atmosphere so close to the big city. The road leading to our campsite near Fossil Ridge is terrible — high clearance and A/T tires are strongly recommended. Just go slow otherwise. At night, the shimmering city lights impose an inescapable sense of civilization, but the full sky of stars is plenty to remind you of your natural origins. Leave only footprints; take only photographs.

👍👍 I absolutely love going to the Corn Creek Visitor center. There are a lot of trails to walk around there and see interesting exhibits inside. There's a nice clean bathroom. There is a shop inside and there are many, many driving trails and hiking.
