Our first time here. The place is huge with plenty tables, booths and a spacious bar. Their menu brings plenty options from entries, dishes, soups etc. hard to make decisions because you want to try more than one plate. Service was good at the entrance, waitress Carmen was nice and fast on her service. Reasonable prices for the dishes. Flavorful and fresh. I would suggest adding one mild sauce for the complementary chips. The red sauce is too spicy for those who can not eat spicy. I would recommend this place.

This gem of a restaurant is amazing! I have driven by this restaurant a thousand plus times. In 2019, a Brazilian friend shared how her entire family drive forty-five minutes each way to eat here. I finally made it there and took a friend from out of town. It was lunch 1pm on a Monday and ridiculously busy. Note this place is always busy but there is a small slow down around 3pm. The menu is large and varied, it is also a pescatarian Paradise. The staff is wonderful and the portions are big, even their regular and adult variety flavored lemonade. This is a great restaurant for big groups again be prepared to wait but know the food is worth every minute. They also don't rush you but once the food coma symptoms begin you realize you must get up and getting moving. The smaller your group the more leftovers you will have. My lunch guests enjoyed this place so very much. I know now this restaurant is a go to stop for those who love spicy flavorful food and just exceptional authentic food. Highly, highly recommend. I have officially begun my quest to try everything on the menu.

Be prepared to wait a while for table, especially on a Sunday. Worth the wait? YES, food came out adequately. Our waitress was prestige on her game. But while waiting for our table i asked Vale how many more minutes (after I was told 30 min wait, waited an hour and I asked nicely ) she answered me like i was bothering her immature attitude. We only stayed because I wanted to see what they hype was about since i saw it on tiktok , and also because I leave food reviews everywhere. I hope this helps.

4 stars. Place was recommended by a guy my brother was playing poker with at the casino tables. He raved about how good the food was here so we decided to check it out. 1st attempt was a fail as at lunchtime there was a massive crowd and waiting line out front. A spontaneous 2nd attempt hit just right as we only had to wait 5 minutes around dinnertime. Many options to choose from all seemingly large in portion with average prices around the $18 to $35 range. Very good chips and salsa with some good heat. We ordered the Ostiones a las Braza ($24.99) and Sushi Sonorense ($16.99). A third of the oysters were small and overdone. The sushi barely had any brisket too. Add in a bottle of Estrella Jalisco ($3.50) and Mixed Drink ($12.99), our tab was $65.27. Ambience was boisterous and charged as the Tejano music blared at what was a 9 on the 10 scale. At times, it was annoying when the horns and incessant "aye aye aye" and "ayyy ahhh haay" would repeat on short loop. Patrons were largely Hispanic downing drinks and enjoying their platters of camarrones and ceviche. Service was slow to start as they were doing their best managing the constant flow of customers in and out of the restaurant. Overall, a good visit but nothing that blew me away. If its busy when you are trying to eat here, I would recommend moving on as it really isn't worth the wait.

Updated: 07.25.23. The bartender couldn't understand English. I had to point my orders via using the manu. Please read below... Delicious food I was referred by my friend who recommended this place as famous for sea food. They were 6 people behind the bar, 3 black polo shirts, and 3 red polo shirts and none one of them asked me how was the food, do you need another drink, any refill on chips and salsa. Very loud place, from the time I walked in till I finished my meal and paid in less than 1 hour. I felt not welcome! and not comfortable to be there.

[Above all, will I be back?] Everything was meeting my expectation! Atmosphere, drinks, service were great! I know they are famous for seafoods so I will try their food next time I visit! 1. Drinks Cucumber margarita & regular mojito, which was refreshing and sweet and strong. It was definitely good. They provide complimentary chips and salsa. Also refillable! 2. Ambience This place is huge, (about 200 occupancy) with several different sections in this restaurant. I went on Cinco de Mayo so there was 45 minute wait lol The place is busy, lively and casual. Upbeat vibe so it is loud. Customers seemed to eat quickly and leave. Many people were having b-day party. I felt like I was in Mexico. 3. Service Our server was really friendly, quick and attentive. Kept checking if there is anything needed in a timely manner. 4. Hygiene Glasses, cups, tables were clean. The restaurant itself looks kinda old so the floor didn't look necessarily squeaky clean. 5. Price It is average price (Around $10-$13 per cocktail), I wish there was happy hour deals. 6. Restroom It was properly clean. Gender separated. 7. Location There are 3 locations for this restaurant and this location is next to Sunrise Hospital and The las Vegas Country Club, which is 15 minute drive from the Strip. 8. Parking It is in the shopping plaza and ample parking. ** If this review was helpful, please vote :) @juxycat **

Excellent Mexican/seafood dining ๐Ÿ˜‹ Heavy on seafood, leaning strongly into Baja roots, with salsas that can be sublime (Iโ€™m looking at you โ€œsalsa that goes with the torre di mariscosโ€) , and surprisingly affordable when you take the portion sizes into count, this is definitely one of the better Mexican spots in Vegas The only downside is the spotty service - when itโ€™s good itโ€™s amazing, but when not it can be extreme transactional. Anyhow, worth the visitโ€ฆ

Wow the seafood here was delicious, affordable, and they give you so much food! Pleasantly surprised by this authentic Mexican restaurant and all the food options that were offered. The chips and dip was on point, followed by grilled shrimp and whole cooked fish! Everything was great and the service was quick. Oh ya, the margaritas were ๐Ÿ‘Œ

What a great experience! The food, service and cleanliness was excellent. My husband & I visit Las Vegas for our anniversary. We were specifically impressed by the service. Alicia was in charge of keeping tables clean, served coffee & chip kuddos to her attentiveness & friendliness. Bathroom were very clean (only one flaw: the bleach & cleaning liquids should be kept in a different place not under the sink) all in all itโ€™s a great restaurant

Food was not good, never again. Bacon wrap shrimp with cheese. No good. They didn't even take the time to act less clean the Oysters. Cooked or non cooked. Never again. If I could give you less of a star I would.

This is a local place to check out while in Vegas for good Seafood and Mexican food. Be ready to wait for table seating because of how good it is but we sat at the bar and didn't have to wait. The atmosphere is authentic Mexican tradition. Food was amazing and portions are good size for pricing. Wide selection of drinks, good music and highly recommended off the strip dining. Friendly service and very clean. So many other good dishes to try definitely a place that I will be checking out again.

Wait time was 1 hour. The shrimp cocktail didn't have any flavor it looked great but lacked flavor. The molcajete trio was great, although we opted to change the chicken to more beef. My number 1 issue was our service it was the worst we had a female servicer and she only came around 3 times once to take our order the other for our payment and then took 20 minutes to return out credit card my husband had to ask for it, then she said oh I have it here, he actually told her no to take to the table where I was waiting. I would say she had too much work, but that really wasn't the case. There was a young server who had two very large tables next to us, and he waited on them so very well I had to tell him he did such a great job with those large tables while our server could care less. Now, getting back to the food, take a chance, and go it is good food

I don't usually do a 5 star, but this place blew me away. We passed by at night, and it looked like an okay place. Next morning, we came for breakfast around 11 am. Waited about 15 min. Staff was super friendly, and the atmosphere was great! Everyone speaks Spanish too, which for my parents is a plus. I definitely recommend coming here. It's not on the strip, so prices are accessible. This just became our go-to for amazing Mexican food. Oscar was our server and he was such a nice guy.

My first time today. And was impressed for the majority of it. The menu has a lot of options. It doesn't help when you come in really hungry. Half the food was good but I think you have to pick the right item. I really liked the complimentary and salsa, side of beans and the white rice. I was really disappointed in the red enchiladas. It tasted plain. My oriental pasta didn't taste good either Our server was though. Her name was Sandra. She was patient and fast. Bathroom stalls need to be fixed.

Best seafood! I had the fried whole fish and grilled shrimp appetizers that were so delicious! Vibrant atmosphere, kid friendly, and a great selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

Food was delicious, had a bit of a spice kick to it, but not to hot. Carlos was great server very attentive and friendly, Leslie the manager was nice as well. We got sat down at the time they had said and it was packed as well. Definitely a great place and one I will be returning to very soon!!

Absolutely loved it! It was extremely busy! People coming in non stop which just made me more anxious to try the food. Mariachi was playing, our waitress, Jessica was super nice and on top of everything, even her busser was great! Drinks were perfect. If you like authentic Mexican Food this is a must in Vegas!

Good food, great ambiance, and friendly service. Ordered the Rancho Molcajete, a lot of food for one person. Free chip and salsa with the food. The salsa was tasty. The red sauce had a very good flavor, definitely fresh and not canned. The molcajete is boiling, steaming hot when brought to your table. The chicken, steak, and chorizo meat were soft, not chewy. The live Mariache music was a nice bonus. They do charge for personal requests. The first time there will definitely return in the near future.

So good!! My hubby was impressed with his grilled shrimp/prawns!! Read additional comment as of 7.23.22 If you'd like a good atmosphere at basically good food go to Maryland Prkwy. Today we went to Lake Mead Blvd. location that was a major let down. My husband said his grilled shrimp are not as good as he always get from Maryland location. The ladies bathroom is not clean. Our server is not attentive and most of them have a hard time speaking English. Different cook, different manager make a big difference on how the business works. I ordered Mojarra Loca and Octopus tacos today. I'm not impress.

Absolutely perfect spot! First time here and all of it from drinks, chips, salsa, main dishes and dessert were delicious. Service was spot on too. We got lucky and got a table right when we walked in on a Saturday night but Iโ€™ve been told sometimes thereโ€™s a long wait. Trust me, a wait it worth it!

This place is great! It gets packed on the weekends so make sure to make a reservation because the waits or up to an hour and half sometimes. But, it's worth it. Variety of foods and drinks. And the vibes are great.

Went on a Saturday around 730pm and shocked I got seated outside immediately. So many people waiting but I guess for inside. Good margaritas but they donโ€™t seem super strong. Lovely service. Chips and salsa came immediately. This place is pricey but it is seafood and huge portions. Grilled shrimp was great. Not over cooked. (They have 3 very similar grilled shrimp plates at different price points so look around the whole menu before deciding. I also got (forgot itโ€™s name) and it was huge an amazing. The leftovers gave me lunch for 2 more days! I want to come back and try the sushi and tostadas.

This place me, and my friends just happened to pick because I was close to the convention center. And boy were we glad we picked it! You can tell that it is authentic as soon as you walk in. There was a lot of people waiting to be seated and this was on a weekday. They said we would have to wait 45 minutes, but we decided to just go to one of the tables at the bar as there was no wait there. My other friend, who was with me, said that she had tried to go a couple times, and they were always busy. So definitely make a reservation in advance! Thereโ€™s a Merriachi band and a magician, waiting to entertain. The music is hopping! And as soon as you walk in, you can smell the authentic cuisine! A little jalepeno peppery, but good! My friend had a Mojito that she said was delicious! We also had the guacamole, seafood, shrimp, soup, one cheese, and Chilada, and one beef enchilada, and the salmon! All of our food was delicious! The service was really good but at the end he wasnโ€™t around as much so it took a while to pay but it was all good we were catching up and the food was delicious! They also serve sushi which I love that they do this because itโ€™s so different! I will definitely be back when I work my next, Trade show there!

If you like or love white Menudo this is the place to go! White menudo is not an easy dish to find and they do a wonderful job with it. We've been here before and the first time it was great, the second time they "ran out" and had to settle for something else. They only serve the white menudo on Saturday and Sunday. Their menu is very large and we have tried their chilaquiles, ceviches, and other items and they are all very good. Be prepared to wait 30-45 minutes for a table. This places is busy! We've always have had very good service and we appreciate that.
