The pizza is awesome and most of the staff are excellent which is why I'm disappointed to write a review about an uncomfortable experience that I had yesterday. I ordered one slice of pizza at the closing of business and placed it on the table because I was going to find out if they had any parmesan cheese packets left. They didn't so I went back to get my slice of pizza that I had left on the table but I couldn't find it. At first they were just about close without giving me a refund until another employee mentioned that it might've been thrown away. We checked the trash and found my pizza slice still in the to go box. The employees apologized and I waited patiently for the manager to arrive. He arrived and I started explaining what had happened. My mask which I was wearing got a little loose and slipped so I started fixing it while I was talking and he just cut me off saying I need to put the mask on immediately. He did this twice while I was clearly fixing it. I wasn't sure if he was even listening to me because he seemed more intent on intimidating me. Eventually, one of the original employees came out, he pulled down his mask to mention that it had been thrown out by accident and the put his mask back up and the manager never spoke to him the way he spoke to me. Luckily, the manager agreed to give me a refund for the pizza slice that had been thrown out, but the way he treated me was absolutely unacceptable. The food here is fantastic but the manager needs to work on how he treats people. His employees near him seemed very nervous around him too and I don't blame them.

The bomb pizza and super larger slices. The cook was so funny and happy to make pies. Most def cook these pizza fresh. A good stop for a pizza. The also have seating.

It’s average as far as pizza goes, but perfect if you just need a quick bite to eat. We were waiting to see a show at The Strat. We had plans to eat afterwards, but we were hungry and could not wait. I got a Pepperoni Pizza Slice and a beer, $16. The wife got a Veggie Slice and a water, $14. The slices are a good size, but one slice will not fill you. I think for the price, it’s a walk by. But it was ready right away and we ate before going into the show. I would not search this place out to return too, but if I was in a hurry, I would eat there again.

1. It is a serious hike deep into the Strat to find this place. 2. The listed price for my slice was $8.00 But I was charged $9.00 because the computer "has been updated". 3. My slice was huge but barely warmed up. 4. Yes I could have INSISTED that I be charged the listed price. $1.00 is not worth the hassle. I explained I had to leave a tiny tip because of the price increase. 5. They did not have the spinach/ricotta slices.

I've had much better pizza for a much lower price. I get that its Vegas and everything has to be over priced. But this was the worst pizza I've ever had, I'd go so far as to say little Ceasars is better. The crust is paper thin, the sauce is non-existent and everything was burnt. The pizza was so greasy it became soggy after just a few minutes. The fries were crunchy like cereal and the bread for the sandwiches was hard if not impossible to chew. The customer service wasn't bad at all actually it was quite the contrast from the Strat's, although it seemed like they only had one employee doing the cooking and taking orders. My advice, if you want some good pizza don't waste your money here.

Probably the worst meal we had while in Las Vegas. Besides waiting forever for our order, the sandwiches were just awful. Mine hardly had any meat or content for that matter and was extremely dry. When I went to ask for some mayo, I had to wait so long for anyone to help me, I gave up. My son ordered a meatball sandwich and I don't know what was in it but it was not meat. It was mostly chewy grizzle and fat -- disgusting. My wife ordered a piece of pizza and although that was fairly edible, it was very greasy. So not worth the time and money. Avoid at all costs. It doesn't even warrant the one star.

I’m allergic to mushrooms so I requested them to replace mushroom with something else. They said they cannot replace a topping but will ask boss. Apparently boss was playing in casino and took looooong time to come up. Like this is so lame. Worst customer service. Who wouldn’t replace a toping!!!! And why cant boss just decide yes or no over phone and don’t keep customers waiting!!! Never go here. Worst customer service.

Stopped in for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised. I judge a pizza by its crust and this one was scrumptious!! I’m local so I wish they had more locations than just at the Strat because this would become my go-to spot for take out/delivery! Oh and the girls who work here were very pleasant and have great customer service skills :).

Don't eat here, was waiting to order my food. Made eye contact with the worker, another group of people walks up. After the worker was done with the couple she was helping, she skipped me to take their order. This business don't want black money here

Listen, this pizza was amazing! I have worked in the pizza industry for 15 years and I was really impressed. Service was also fantastic.

I noticed their pizzas they were selling slices of had very very little sauce. So I ordered a pizza with EXTRA Sauce, something I never do. I tipped 5 dollars immediately on my CC. I picked up the pizza and it has seemingly a tablespoon of sauce on the entire pie. It was also undercooked and the slices became essentially one giant mass. I VERY RARELY write a negative review. I often write positive ones. Look at the picks and you be the judge. I won't be back.

It’s located on the 2nd floor of The STRATOSPHERE Hotel the pizza slices are huge I opted in the Veggie Pizza it was delicious and I got the Chocolate Chip Cannolis they were good I would come back again the lady who took my order was nice as well

I loved the pizza here. The whole family did. This is the best value in Vegas and they don't skimp on the toppings. This pizza was massive. Its easily enough to feed 6-8 people.

So disappointing, drove 15 min, parked and walked thru the strat just to be told no meatballs and they weren't going to make any because it takes their whole shift.., no cheese stix, no canola and its literally 6:30 on a thrs night. Not worth the $50!!! Yes,.$50 for a pepperoni and cheese pizza.

If you’re staying at the Strat or just in the area stop by this pizza spot! *Amazing pizza full of flavor *Extremely generous portions *Decently priced(compared to the other restaurants in the Strat hotel. But more importantly …the staff! I went to get pizza and left with something far more important and fulfilling. Strong family vibe, polite, patient and just all around great people. I loved my entire experience and out of the 3 people I got to meet… I’d have to say Terry was my fav. Wonderful, empathetic and compassionate. The rest of the crew came in at a close 2nd lol. My overall experience was just everything and I will always recommend this spot to any and everyone!

Visited Nunzios on Friday the 10th at around 11am, I was greeted by a young lady told her I did not eat meat what would she recommend she said she loved the veggie pizza and pointed to it being displayed in the window the pizza looked great and fresh, I ordered the whole 20inches she was nice enough to offer me the pizza from the window seeing as they just opened and I wouldn't have to wait the 20 minutes it took to make me another. She brought the pizza to my table she was friendly and made me laugh which was very nice! I also got a chance to meet the gentleman that makes the pizza he was pretty cool...all and all I had a very good experience the food and service was great and I would definitely return when I come back to Vegas...Thanks Nunzios
