Order delivery for a large pizza. It was small pizza which was cold and soggy. They refunded me 3 dollars for their mistake of getting the wrong size. Should have refund the whole pizza so we had to order more food at a different restaurant for my family. Bad service and unfair. I would not recommend this place

Is it way hot in this place. It should be illegal. It was 95 degrees in here a week and a half ago. Now it’s down to 88. That’s not good. According to the Nevada occupational and safety health act employers are required to provide a safe working environment for their employees. This includes regulating temperature and ventilation, and ensuring that the workplace is free from any health and safety hazards. So if the heat is unbearable due to a broken AC, it could be considered a violation. Just saying you should not have these guy’s looking exhausted. I would feel bad if someone passed out and got hurt. Food for thought.

Love this Place. Pizza is absolutely delicious! Today unfortunately I did have a unfortunate experience with pizza preparation. However I called and spoke with the manager by the name of Amanda who quickly rectified the situation! She promptly prepared me a new pizza and ensure that this would not happen again. Because of her rapid response and friendly customer service I will continue to be a loyal customer to this establishment. Thank you so much Amanda you made this experience pleasant.

I've waited several months to have a quality pizza delivered from this location. I was credited one pizza due to driver shortage. The wait is over. They just didn't deliver 1, they delivered 2!!! Thank you!!! It was hot, fresh and delicious!!! 🤘

Update 9/8/2023 I usually call in when I place my orders to request a Papa Johns driver, and never had issues previously. They will hold off on making my order, until that driver is ready to deliver. Hence my previous review... However tonight, strangely that's an issue when the last year they have only had a handful of papa John's drivers to begin with. My previous orders delivered by a PJs driver, who was usually working by himself. Now tonight whoever is managing at 9:34 PM, is acting like this is new information or it's an issue. Even tried to lie and says it never happens, then tried to say "oh must be morning crew". No I only order after 5PM, but I'm glad to see how easy it is for someone to lie as if you've never done this before. Original I just ordered from this location for the first time today, & was nervous because of all the previous reviews. However having worked for Papa Johns myself, I know & understand both sides. So I called in, to make a request for a Papa Johns driver only. Chris is amazing, and has great energy. He arrived EXACTLY at the scheduled time, with my pizza double bagged; which was HOT & made exactly how I wanted it upon arrival. People tend to leave bad reviews, but never talk about their good experiences. The manager who took my call, was great too; and made sure to hold my order from being made until Chris was ready to deliver. Please take bad reviews with a grain of salt, because Papa Johns has no control over DoorDash drivers. Those reviews should be left for that business, and their driver. Great pizza, naturally, but great service too! Through my own mistake, I ordered a pie to my home instead of my work around the corner. Quick call to the store and they rerouted no questions asked. Y'all are rockstars!

Small location mainly for pumping out picknups/deliveries. We picked up and the staff was amazing, kind and even hilarious. Lol we got the trifecta of awesomess. The food was decent quality. No complaints. Give these kids a raise. Forreal.

Been here 25 minutes waiting for my pizza while the dough is sitting ready at the make line with this girl nappy hair flowing all over the food after handling money, her phone and other products without washing their hands. The manager with the face tattoos walked away and is nowhere to be seen and the poor delivery driver is over here confused while nothing is being made.. I'm about to cancel right now!

Door Dash Delivery... You're not the sharpest tools in the shed.... I order " THE WORKS - XTRA LARGE" I told the REP, make sure they call me when they arrive. No one called, and if I had to guess, my order sat on the ground for about 30 minutes. I'm not sure why Papa John uses this service. You lost my business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their printer with that went down. I understand that part there’s no problem with that. I made it over there at 12 o’clock. I waited until 1230 for them to get the machine up and running just for him to tell me that I was gonna have to wait another 45 minutes That is what ticked me off when he told me in the first place that it was going to take 35 to 45 minutes

Let me say I love Papa Johns and the brand, but this location is must be awful. I put in a $80 delivery order Saturday evening. I live 2 miles away and according to the online tracking it took over 30 minutes for the pizza just to be delivered after it was ready for pickup. They now use door dash for delivery, and the food showed up barely warm. From order submission to delivery is was about 70 minutes. I can understand they might have been busy. But I had the most awful pizza I have ever received. Had I picked this up in person and seen the quality I would have rejected it. The stuffed pizza crust was overcooked and chewy, the crust under the toppings was paper thin, and with just enough toppings to cover it, not filling at all. The cheese sticks were overcooked, super thin, very greasy and lightest amount of cheese possible. Only thing they didn't mess up was the brownie and the chicken bites since they are pre-made and just need a quick cook. Never will I order from here again.

I’m so very upset about the way I was treat and my allergy issue. They messed up and made my food wrong and then placed the blame on me. The could have sent me to the hospital if I ate it. The assistant manager Brian was not helpful and extremely rude. The customer service was horrible! I was told to go somewhere else or reorder my food. If I could give no stars I would.

Angel the manager is literally a crackhead. His hygiene is terrible. Used the bathroom and didn't wash his hands and started touching the pizzas and dough 🤢

I genuinely could not tell if I was eating the pizza or the box it came in. Unfit for human consumption. Was like a scientist came in and stripped out all the flavor at the particle level. How can the quality actually be this bad?

Just got in from a long flight to Vegas. Ordered me a single pizza over the phone. They gave me the price, took my name and phone number and told me my pizza would be delivered in 25 minutes approximately. After waiting 60 minutes I decided to call them back and ask about the status of the pizza. They informed me that they could not complete that order because it had to be made online. Never again.

when made the order online, it said delivery within 35 min. the pizza came after 1 hour and 7 min, AND it was the wrong pizza, and when I called the manager, he said we're making the correct pizza wait for the correct pizza in another 30 min, nothing else we can do for you. Super bad service.

Gross and way undercooked/lack of toppings. Very dry and mostly dough. Cheese sticks in similar condition. Really disappointing for a papa johns. This is not what their pizza is normally like. This franchise location needs reviewed.

This has to be one of the worst stores to shop at I’ve ordered from this place 4 times and two have been the worst. 1 star is to many this place should rehire or train the staff customer service is some of the worst in town. I love papa johns but will never be buying at this location again nightshirt staff should be fired and start from scratch. Ordered a Shaw-a-roni and it barely had any pepperoni on it I told the person. And he said that’s the way they are obviously he needs to be trained . Like I said I would advise anyone to ship at a different location and just avoid this store save your time and your sanity

Placed a delivery order for my husband and I for lunch in time for it to be delivered to us. 30 minutes later and 9 minutes until our lunch hour begins they cancelled our order, so now no lunch for us. I haven't had Papa Johns in years because of poor customer service issues, but though we would really like to try the new papa bowls. I guess not much has changed over the years. It's back to Dominos for us!!!

I swear this place is trash! I placed an oder for delivery and it says 28 to 38 min. After about an hour i reach out and was informed it would take another 30 min to get my food and I'm literally 2 blocks away. Decided to give them another chance. Placed an order and here it is a hour has gone by and the tracker still says making not even baking or being prepared! I'll never order from here again. From now on it's pizza hut or dominoes! If i could give them no stars for sure would. I can't sit and wait around when my kids are hungry. Update! It's been a hour and 30 min still no pizza! No calls to let me know what's going on, nothing! Smh!

I ordered a pizza from this location and the pizza never arrived. I used my rewards point in the order just to see them disappear. I ended up ordering from Domino’s. The arrived quickly with the order. I will never order from this location again. Their service is terrible. They want your money but do not want to give you the product. They want your money but refuse to give you the product.

The Customer is always right. Apparently, this adage was not observed by the manager at this store. First our order wrong, then the manager argued with us when we brought the pizza back. We ordered one extra large pizza--one half double pepperoni and the other half veggie garden, since half of our party is vegetarian. What we got was one half plain cheese pizza and the other half pepperoni and garden. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, the manager argued with us and stated that we were returning an old pizza in order to get a free pizza. We ordered the pizza today, 8-21-2022, the same date listed on the returned pizza.The manager was dreadfully rude, arrogant and disrespectful. We will never order from Papa John's again since this particular manager was abusive and insulting. Papa John does itself no favors with managers such as this one.

I just wanted to share a poor experience at this store. I ordered a new epic stuffed crust pizza with added sausage. What I got was a pizza with very little pepperoni and even less sausage. The store wasn't busy. Mine was the only order. I can only assume the employees don't care because this pizza was extremely poor. If I could have given 0 stars I would. I will not go back to this store. To me me this is inexcusable.

When I walked in someone said they would be right with me, but ten minutes later I walked out without ordering. Even though there were several employees moving around, someone at the register who was on a phone call, and others who came and went to the register, not another person spoke to me even though I was trying to get their attention.
