We won $14k on the machine in the picture. We didn't get to experience much of the casino though. It was a random stop on the way home from a Duran Duran concert. We were paid in cash and too many people were asking questions and such that it made us uncomfortable so we had to leave. In the future we will get paid in a check. You don't realize the hazards of people knowing you have that much cash on you. Literally had a guy ask if we're getting cash or a check and if we were locals. It was odd and me being ex-military It made my radar go off and we ended up making a few abnormal turns to avoid being followed. If you win, get the check and save yourself the worry. We will be back, I love bass pro and she loves the slots. Thumbs up if this helped, thank you and good luck!

I did not stay at the location. I have always stayed on the strip but decided to check out the casino at Silverton prior to flying out. What a great place! Because you are not on the strip, there is nowhere near as many people and the atmosphere is fantastic! The inside of the casino is very welcoming and looks tremendous! You are greeted by a huge aquarium as you enter and Bass Pro Shops is connected if you want to peruse some fabulous gear. I joined the rewards club and immediately received a 50% off dining voucher. All in all, I wish I had planned to spend more time there...I only had about two hours to spare. Slots were good to me though!!

Today is Mother's day and we all decided to go to the Silverton to eat at Twin Creek's steak house. My daughter went and spoke to the host and informed her that it would be a party of 9 requiring 2 high chairs for one toddler and one infant. She was told one hour wait. So majority of the adults went to gamble as a couple of us took the kids to the aquarium to see the fishes. More then an hour goes by and we still haven't been called to inform us of a table so my son in law returns to the hostess and was told another hour. Right there is when I should have known something was wrong but we gambled more and returned back to Twin Creek's steak house and I truly believe they gave us a table because of my daughter's face expression of exhaustion with the kids. Upon us sitting down (several not yet seated from our party of 9) the manager Michael approaches our table and very rudely told us he had complaints of my grandson who is 6 months old making too much noise. Grant you we were not all seated yet. Myself and my daughter were in shock because the table next to us who were all adults were making much more noise than my 6 month old grandson. Once everyone was seated we shared with the rest of our party what was told to us by your restaurant manager Michael this is when we ALL decided there was no way we were going to stay. Once we were walking out I did try to speak to your restaurant manager Michael and he did not attempt to apologize even when I explained to him how we were not all seated when he approached our table to tell us our 6 month old was being too loud when in fact that would be impossible. I have never experienced a place of business being so discriminatory towards my family and it was extremely hurtful and Rude. Myself or family will not be returning to your place of business because of your mistreatment of your manager Michael at the Twin Creek's steak house. I do plan on writing a letter to corporate of this as well as I feel Michael's behavior at your restaurant Twin Creek's steak house is and was unacceptable.

Gorgeous casino floor with mix of newer linked progressive slot machines and a good selection of the older harder to locate machines; like Jackpot Party and better version of the older Wolf Run. Clean, nice rewards program betting in the sports book $50 for $50 advertisment. Nice long bar area and good high roller rooms as well as great restaurants. Everyone super nice and accommodating and patrons seemed to be enjoying the bonus rounds. FAST Food restaurant and best of all Bass Pro Shop with huge fish tank which you can watch a person scuba feeding the fish. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! PLENTY OF PARKING.

I've been here many times before and have never been disappointed! Smaller, more comfortable "off-strip" casino inside the hotel. Front desk is just 75 feet from the elevators, so you don't have to walk thru the entire casino to get to your room. Quick and friendly check-in. Staff is knowledgeable. Room was clean, big comfortable bed, lots of pillows, clean bathroom. Everything worked: TV, Remote, Fridge, Internet, Shower. Cons: The room was a little on the dark side - even with all the lights on.

I love the Silverton, but NOT at the current rates. Previously you could find mid week room rates at $60-$70 plus resort fee. Now, since the renovation, it is $160++. No sir. Not me. It's a shame. Pre-renovation I stayed there several times each year.

Great hotel and casino off the strip. Huge parking lot. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms are good with great water pressure. Casino floor is massive and they have everything. Cats hats & bats and jacks haunted win are my favorite and they have both. Staff was friendly and helpful with extending my stay. My only grievance is that they didn't have refrigerators, microwaves or coffee in the room. Also, I went through 6 keys because they were constantly deactivating.

We were there because my parents enjoyed playing at their casino. My father passed away early this year, and we have been taking our mother there once a month. Slot machines are fun, and she "sometimes" wins at each machine she plays. Overall, it's clean as the machines and chairs as I see a staff wiping down, and picking trash & empty glasses.

8 miles from the strip in Henderson is this resort casino next to a mini mall. Nice pool area. Spa is also on location and lots of table games. Still have $10 blackjack. Lots of slot machines. Restaurants are on location and also food court. There are movie theaters and playrooms for kids. Rooms are pretty basic but clean and comfy. Free valet parking but do not forget to tip.

Donโ€™t stay at this hotel. Valet parking staff, security staff and upper management staff very rude, unethical and useless. I had the worst experience of my life. They provided me the worst customer and hospitality services ever. See it yourself. I had an incident with one of their valet parking employees on Sunday dawn. Went to sleep and after checking out of the hotel and getting my keys from the valet in order to leave, I found my car with screws purposefully placed underneath and in front of my front tires and back tires giving me flat tires. When I addressed the problem to the โ€œsupervisorโ€ and โ€œdirectorโ€ they didnโ€™t provide any solution at all. I had to pay and repair my tires. See photos attached. Do yourself a favor and donโ€™t stay here.

I visited this casino since itโ€™s right across from my favorite casino and some people recommend it to me. I played for a few hours and didnโ€™t do well at all. I personally didnโ€™t like the layout and didnโ€™t feel comfortable playing there. The machines were not paying that day. The service was slow. I also didnโ€™t like the fact that it has the aquarium inside and some other captive animals there. I donโ€™t think itโ€™s fair to the animals.

Not overly congested. Rooms are super clean!! Beds are comfy and 0 stains on sheets! The smell is also pleasant and not moldy as other places. Unfortunately I gave service a 4 because we didn't need it. Either way, exceptional place with lots of surrounding restaurants if you don't want to get lost on the strip.

Silverton is a great out-of-the-way resort. While a little expensive, the quality of their rooms and suites is worth the extra money. On site is a variety of unique experiences, including The Aquarium, a 3-story live collection of fish & sea life built to be observed complete with the occasional mermaid & diver appearances. Also is Bass Pro Shop adjoining & sharing the property space, a few respectable dining options including a 24-hour Cafe, fine dining (Twin Creeks), and other casual dining venues. The gaming floor is vibrant and plentiful catering to every persuasion.

Beautiful hotel which is also kid friendly. Really cool restaurants and off course their aquarium with mermaids on display. When I visited Santa was also in the fish tank and his elves were assisting little ones with their Christmas wish list. The place is beautifully decorated for the season. The fountain inside is filled with fishes which is adjoining to bass pro shops. I love the vibe. This is one of the last few places with free parking in Las Vegas with lovely staff.

I had a very rude and racist cocktail waitress ask me for my id today when I came in to sit and play on the slot machines. Every security and other person who works here did not ask me for my id. what gives her the right? I DONT DRINK ALCOHOL, Hence I never asked you for a drink. I remembered this was the same lady that did this to me before. If u come here and disregard this review good luck. Also the Mexican restaurant has very salty food and is overly priced also has rude workers. So it probably would be best to go to another hotel. Terrible casino shut it down immediately!!!

Light in closet kept going on and off. Had to put a towel over door so I could sleep. Took forever for hot water in shower. Attendant for check in didn't tell us you had to use your key card to get elevator to move.Had a customer tell us what we had to do to get it to move. And when checking out the attendant took her time . Stood there for 15 minutes before she waited on us. I loved the casino but was very disappointed in this visit.

Great hotel and a little more away from the traffic so more laid back atmosphere. Kids love the hugs aquarium and even get to see a mermaid blowing them kisses. The BASS PRO shop on the property has indoor water falls with Koi and a huge fish tank with bass and surgeon in it. Casino and restraunts

We love Silverton from the front desk agents the newly remodel rooms, we can't wait till the pool area is ready! The food ๐Ÿ˜‹ ๐Ÿ˜ and service is IMPECCABLE in all their restaurants. The floormen & cocktail girls are friendly and cordial. The bathroom are always clean and stocked!! Plus the reward centers is awesome always looking forward to our free gift ๐ŸŽ ๐Ÿ˜€ and special events keep up Kudos Silverton Hotel our favorite ๐Ÿ˜ place in Las Vegas!

Angelica, who's the manager of Rewards is the most unprofessional rude person I've ever dealt with in communicating with any of the casinos. If she's a reflection of what else to expect at Silverton, don't even bother. The management really needs to review the rewards team. I went into sign up and redeem an offer I received in the mail, but didn't bring it with me and the woman didn't even tell me that I could sign up that day and redeem the offer later. Apparently Angelica doesn't train her employees properly, but just knows how to be extremely rude, sarcastic, and raising her voice and talking over you on phone calls. I was not impressed at all with the casino, in fact, it was my least favorite casino I've been to in Vegas. There are plenty of great Station Casinos for locals. I would recommend them instead. Durango is opening soon and I'm looking forward to checking them out. Again, Station Casinos Rock!

Stopped in to kill a little time before heading to the airport. Located on the south end of the strip, away from mostly everything. On my visit, seemed like they were remodeling and moving machines around. I was there around 9am. The casino was pretty empty. Stopped in because they advertised an aquarium. Very small but nice.

  • 5/5 Michael B. 6 months ago on Google
The remodel looks amazing. I haven't seen the rooms yet but told they were beautiful and the casino floors new carpet is like walking on a cloud. Great food choices, an awesome place

Great stay. New updated rooms. Really nice. Desk staff pleasant and helpful. Pleasant experience. Watched the sting Ray feeding..that was crazy. Location is close but not too far from the strip. Pool is not open yet was the only downside but still great overall.

We stayed at the Berkley (suites which i understand are part of the Silverton property). There is lots going on in and around the casino area: shops, food, the aquarium with mantra rays and mermaids) and plenty of convenient parking (a multi-level garage on one side and regular lot on the other). Both are quite secure as they are patrolled regularly by on-site security.

This place has been recently remolded and is in the process of building a 10 million dollar pool so everything is still brand new and very clean. They have free wine between certain hrs as well. I missed my flight so I had absolutely nothing with me so I searched and searched the hotel and surrounding stores for personal items and found none. They need to add a place where u can buy deodorant and tooth brushes and things like that. They also have an aquarium on the inside as well as a fishing store. Lots of things to do here for the whole family.

Very nice casino. Off the Strip, about 7-10 minutes south of Mandalay Bay. Chill atmosphere. There are plenty of food choices. The gaming is better than on the Strip. Bass Pro Shop is great.

We came here initially to go to Bass Pro which is located within the Silverton. Then I saw the mermaid aquarium and had to check it out! We took a walk around the floor to scope the place out before we sat at a slot. The decor theme and the general ambiance of the lodge definitely makes you not feel like you're in Vegas. Ok that note Silverton is a great off strip casino.

It was honestly such a great stay, I really enjoyed it with my family! On the downside, our first night here we had to call security on a room because a woman was being abused. Yeah, not great. However security acted fast and it all seem good in the end! Great place, not so great customers.

My family and I made a trip from California to Washington and Las Vegas was our first stop. Everything about this hotel we truly enjoyed. But the best part were the employees! We got so busy trying to check out and get our road trip going, that we left one of our luggages in the room. We did not notice the luggage was missing until we were 6 hours out of Vegas. We immediately called the Hotel and Art from Security informed us to call first thing in the morning. Luckily, we called Security at 6 am and Spencer, from Security, walked us step by step and was extremely helpful in making sure we would receive our luggage next day! Grateful for amazing service in helping us retrieve our belongings. And yes we were able to get our luggage delivered to our next stop before we left again.

What a great hotel experience. We started our weekend here and loved it. We had wanted to stay for a while as we are Baas Pro shoppers and like the area. Outdoors there are some really nice sitting areas to relax in the nice brisk evening. The room was extremely comfortable and the bed was super comfy. The hotel has alot of fun areas in using the Mermaid fish tank where you see mermaids throughout the day. I recommend staying here.

Very pleased! Came on Memorial Day weekend (I had no choice) and so we stayed off the strip a tad. I am so glad we found Silverton - the casino is clean and fun, and the aquarium and attached sporting store with waterfalls adds a great ambience. Rooms are bigger than the strip and parking is easy. Will definitely be back someday!

I've always liked the Silverton. The spacious casino layout is really nice, not being on top of one another. Friendly staff, good food and of course, the mermaid aquarium is awesome too! Their event hall, The Veil, is another great spot for live entertainment and banquets too. Another main highlight is their fishing shop! What a cool place!!!

  • 3/5 Andrea B. 1 year ago on Google
It's affordable. The pool and cabanas are perfect. The rooms, I mean it's a motel with really cool things to do attached. They don't do maid service everyday and that shows. It seems like they're trying to make it nicer. The mermaid show was great. The have floor to ceiling aquarium kids love it. Bass pro shop is attached and Awesome. It's like Adventureland for grown ups. And cracker barrel is in walking distance. Very down home feel all around. But don't an on impressing anyone here.

We ended the Mexican restaurant inside the casino and we're very pleased! Price was on par for a casino wasn't too bad the food was really good the service was absolutely excellent. The staff they have working there was doing a wonderful job. Having stayed in the rooms in years so I can't tell you how they are.

Silverton Casino, 3333 Blue Diamond Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89139, United States. Just outside the strip is this amazing nice hotel and casino. Old style inside with slot machines, gigantic display for gambling and the most beautiful aquarium ever seen. The colors are amazing and the fish are beautiful and lively. They even have mermaids swimming on some days in the week. ( check schedule) worth a visit with small kids they can come close to the glass and enjoy the fish and mermaids

  • 3/5 Rowan M. 1 year ago on Google
It's a casino hotel. There is a pool, however it is somewhat small and not very deep (5' max). To get to the food court you must walk through the gambling floor, which is a little overwhelming and confusing, especially if you have little ones in tow. I got room service which took about an hour and while the server guy was nice, the fish and chips was underwhelming compared to a sit down restaurant. I reccomend bringing food if you don't like sit down in a crowded casino or fast food. There is an aquarium right near the main entrance, with a ray and some other fish. The rooms are nice enough. There is no fridge and a lack of overhead lighting but the beds and room were clean and that is to be expected for 90 bucks a night. There is a shuttle to the airport, just make sure to schedule it as soon as you arrive or they may run out of room for you. Gambling here, if that is your goal, requires some sort of card so don't make the mistake of checking a quarter into the penny slots. Overall, a decent place to stay the night in Vegas on a budget, just don't expect a lot in amenities for the price.

Impressive mermaid show and lot of fish to watch- my little baby had a blast! Plus there is a hunting store, you can walk along and see life size animals statue. You can easily spend couple of hours, an entertainment for you little one.

Because we stay at Wyndham down the street, the Silverton has been our go-to casino resort for years. Love the restaurant variety, they have all the new games and a lovely variety of the cheesey old games (which pay surprisingly well, a $100 bonus win on a .60 bet is a huge win in my book!), and the mermaids and aquarium is just icing on the top! The Bass shop is kinda cool too if you like outdoorsy stuff. It's overall a nice local feeling vibe, not like the loud hectic strip casinos. 10/10 recommend for a drop in.

  • 4/5 Hunter G. 10 months ago on Google
So the main reason I like the Silverton is because of the bass, pro shop and Cracker Barrel. I never win any money when I gamble here so I tend to stay away from it but I do enjoy walking around and seeing the outdoorsy architecture within the casino. I donโ€™t come here very often, but I do want to start coming here more. I hear they have a really good Buffet.

Machines don't pay. Horrible cocktail waitresses. Waiting for drinks too long. By the time they get to you, you have no money left in machine. The only thing good is Mi Casa and WuHu, and gift shop.

Aquariums are great. Great restaurants. Kid/family friendly. Bass Pro Shop is fun, too. Mermaid show is fun for the kids, as well as the diver presentation is informative while the diver is feeding the sting rays. RECOMMEND HIGHLY!

  • 3/5 Theresa B. 11 months ago on Google
Did not stay in hotel but the casino had a good variety of games. Machines seemed somewhat tight. Bonus rounds were few and far between and the payout was no where near what you paid in. Took a while to get a drink. Had plenty of convenient parking available. Geared more toward tourists than locals but that's to be expected.

  • 5/5 Jhen K. 11 months ago on Google
I love the friendly staff and I love the location. It's far from the busy streets of the strip. It's a nice place to just unwind and enjoy at the same time. If you got kids with you, Bass Pro Shop is just right there as well where you can bring your kids to see the swimming mermaid in their giant aquarium. It's overall a fun place to be at the same time very relaxing

Full disclosure I only came here to gamble at the tables and that didn't last very long haha, but I should have stayed here instead of the place i did stay at. This place looks super nice, there's more than one food option inside. We ate at Johnny rockets and that was freaking great I'd come back here just to eat. I liked the area, the bass pro shop next door is like a day event in itself ๐Ÿ˜„ since I'm single perfect!! When I come next time maybe I'll stay here and update my review. I'm looking for a twice a year spot so maybe reach out Silverton!!

We had a late lunch at Silverton Casino on Easter My salmon was fantastic. I would dine there anytime. Service was exceptional. Everyone was so pleasant on a holiday! We did not stay at the hotel so I can not comment on that. The grounds of this facility are lovely. We had attended a evening craft fair a week earlier on the grounds of Silverton which was nice. It was well attended and safe.

Silverton stands out from other casinos. It has a Bass and Pro Shop attached to it, which has an upstairs with all your hunting needs inside of it. There was also a waterfall with fish in it and an aquarium. Outside the Bass Pro Shop, there was a restaurant and the casino as well. The restaurant has an aquarium and a mermaid inside of it, which was cool to see in the aquarium. The restaurant also played a lot of good classic music with a live band and had a lively atmosphere. There was also a steakhouse as well. The steakhouse steak cut we received was thin and lacking, unfortunately. It was a very low quality cut of steak. So hopefully next time we go there we can receive a better cut. Same with the asparagus. It was also a thin, disappointing portion. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good, and we enjoyed that. At the poker table in casino where my best friend played at, he was winning in the beginning (and so was the other person) but after they changed dealers to one of the others, no one won anything after that. He didn't win, and neither did any of the people at the table even though they played for nearly an hour. So we all eventually left unhappy, which left a bad experience for everyone involved.

The outside of the casino is beautiful and clean. The inside is being remodeled with new machines etc... The hotel is being remodeled and it will open in October 2023. The Sundance Grill is pretty good. Spent about $50 for two people.
