Don’t
even
know
where
to
begin.
Went
in
on
a
Thursday
night
at
5:30pm
and
sat
at
the
bar
after
hearing
good
things
like
the
crowd,
the
music,
and
the
vibe
about
this
place.
Little
did
I
know
this
place
is
full
of
conniving
thieves.
I
asked
the
bartender
for
my
tab,
which
was
$42.23
and
I
paid
with
a
$100
bill.
30
MINUTES
LATER
I
HAVE
TO
ASK
FOR
MY
CHANGE
and
the
bartender
plays
it
off
as
if
it
were
someone’s
else’s
fault
and
that
she
forgot.
It
doesn’t
take
30
minutes
to
pay
a
bill
using
cash
(especially
with
that
place
because
it
was
by
no
means
really
busy)
so
now
I
feel
like
I’m
being
taken
advantage
of
like
I
was
supposed
to
forget
about
my
change
or
something?
So
then
I
get
my
change
and
she
gave
me
back
$37.25.
EXCUSE
ME??
THATS
LESS
THAN
WHAT
THE
BILL
WAS
AND
I
PAID
WITH
A
$100
BILL.
WHEN
I
BRING
IT
TO
THE
BARTENDERS
ATTENTION
SHE
GIVES
ME
ATTITUDE
REGARDING
IT
AND
HAVING
TO
RECOUNT
IT.
After
5
more
minutes
of
arguing
and
debating
with
them,
THEY
REDO
MY
CHANGE
AND
GAVE
ME
$56.75
(
WHICH
WAS
A
DOLLAR
AND
TEN
CENTS
OFF
IT
SHOULD
HAVE
BEEN
$57.77).
AT
THIS
POINT
I
AM
BEYOND
FRUSTRATED
WITH
MY
EXPERIENCE
AT
THIS
PLACE
AND
LEAVE.
Now
here’s
where
the
real
kicker
is.
I
called
this
morning
to
ask
to
speak
to
a
manager
regarding
last
night.
They
tell
to
call
back
at
2pm.
No
problem.
So
I
call
after
2pm
to
speak
to
the
manager.
(THE
REASON
WHY
I
CALLED
IN
THE
FIRST
PLACE
WAS
TO
BRING
IT
TO
MANAGEMENT’S
ATTENTION
ABOUT
WHAT
TRANSPIRED
THE
PAST
NIGHT).
I
SPEAK
WITH
WHO
IS
NOT
ONLY
THE
MANAGER
BUT
THE
GENERAL
MANAGER.
AS
I
AM
EXPLAINING
THE
SITUATION
FROM
LAST
NIGHT
TO
HER
OVER
THE
PHONE,
SHE
CONSISTENTLY
KEEPS
INTERRUPTING
ME
WHILE
IM
EXPLAINING
THE
SITUATION,
DEFENDING
HER
FELLOW
EMPLOYEES
AS
IF
THEY
HAVE
NEVER
MADE
A
MISTAKE
IN
THIER
WHOLE
LIVES.
SHE
SAYS
THAT
HAS
WORKED
WITH
THESE
EMPLOYEES
FOR
THE
PAST
10
YEARS,
THAT
SHE
KNOWS
THEM
PERSONALLY
AND
THAT
THEY
WOULD
NEVER
STEAL.
SHE
THEN
PERSISTENTLY
KEEPS
YELLING
AT
ME
WHY
DID
I
NOT
SPEAK
WITH
A
MANAGER
ON
DUTY.
The
attitude
and
disrespect
that
she
showed
towards
me,
AS
A
CUSTOMER,
SOLIDIFIES
WHY
I
WOULD
NEVER
GO
BACK
TO
THIS
ESTABLISHMENT.
SHE
WAS
EXTREMELY
OFFENSIVE
AND
OVERLY
AGGRESSIVE
ON
THE
PHONE
WHICH
MADE
ME
UNCOMFORTABLE
TO
SPEAK
WITH
THEM
ANYMORE.
The
amount
of
disrespect
that
we
received
as
guests
and
customers
and
such
lowly
customer
service
is
why
I
am
writing
this
review.
I
don’t
want
or
need
anything
from
them
or
anyone
I
JUST
WANT
THE
WORLD
TO
TRULY
SEE
WHO
THESE
PEOPLE
ARE
AND
HOW
THEY
OPERATE
AS
CONNIVING
THIEVES.
As
you
read
this
I
hope
your
experience
at
this
place
will
be
better
than
my
experience.
