I was there for 4 hours ..only had my basic vitals done..then waited and waited. The receptionist did not seem concerned when I informed her I been there that long and I was fasting. Not correct to schedule appointments just to be there entire day..mind you it was just for annual physical. I had to get out of my room after I dozed off for few minutes..to run in to the doctor in the hall. She had the nerve to say 15min more. My husband had gone back for his physical results a week before and waited 2 hours there. Worst experience ever.

Appointment scheduled by my healthcare provider to establish PCP, have staples removed, and get referrals for specialists. Scheduled at 11:20, was not seen until 13:10. Doctor sat down with me for 3 minutes before leaving the room and sending someone else in to tell me they couldn't help me. Absolute waste of 2 hours. They would not take my insurance card despite a major hospital and 3 specialists taking it in the last few weeks. Told me they were not my PCP even though that's what this trip was establishing. Had no records or information about me when I arrived or even after the 2 hours of waiting (with a signed release to access my medical records. There was literally a WebMD book in the doctor's office. This place was an absolute embarrassment and I feel badly for anyone needing care and having to resort to them.

The same thing always happens, you make an appointment for something specific and pay but inside when they attend you they tell you that what I pay does not include the analysis for which the appointment was made and they ask you what you want to do or pay more or it is not done nothing. and you already paid in advance and they only asked you questions but they tell you to sign here that you don't want to take the exam and they blame you and they already clear themselves of guilt. In addition, one of those who attends you says that they do not threaten them that they are going to complain that that does not scare them and they turn to see you intimidating the patient. What a bad service that clinic gives. and it takes 3 and a half hours in the process. This is what happens when you sign the waiver when they take your blood for a blood test. They are not kind they are inhuman

I was terrified to sit on a chair in the waiting area it was so dirty. I watched a lady come in after me with an emergency situation and she was treated like an annoyance. They called me to confirm my appointment days before my appointment and then waited until I got to my appointment to tell me that they still hadn't received my insurance information, which I had fax them and declined to see without offering for me to pay for the appointment and get reimbursed from my insurance... I told the lady behind the desk that, that was perfect because I would never let the doctors in that office touch me anyway and I told her that now they have time to see the lady who came in for an emergency visit. No stank you . My husband was furious

I have been going to the Guadalupe location on Rancho for about 5 years now and I have never gone to this doctor and been in and out less than two hours. I was told that there were two doctors today do I got happy thinking I would be out of the office in half of the time. WRONG. I was there an additional hour. So I waited a total of three hours and my doctor doesn't even know my name and doesn't spend more than 5 minutes in the room with you. And then to make matters worse, there is ALWAYS, not sometimes or every blue moon. There is ALWAYS something wrong with a script I get from my doctor that takes an additional week to two weeks to get fixed which usually involves a diagnosis with whatever medication I get at the time. Staff do not follow up return phone calls at all. They have two people there that is suppose to be able to draw blood and I have to get my blood drawn at quest because they are too incompetent to do it. And one of them is the manager. I would have gone somewhere else ages ago but my insurance plays a part in why I am still there. This doctor services the majority of minorities and I feel that is why no one cares about the service patients receive at this place.

Worst place!!!! I went to this place for a physical didn't even check my ears or listen to my heart like normal doctors do. I waited for 4 hrs and the doctor only took like 5 minutes with me in the room. The receptionist are rude, don't speak English and do not know how to do their job. DO NOT WASTE your time.

Front desk staff is rude and entitled. Sorry you all can’t find better jobs and you’re miserable.

Made an appointment 4 days before and I go there and they tell me my appointment was a different day and a different time. I said I wrote my appointment down when they told me date and time. Incompetent people working for them . Won’t be going there anymore.

This is one of the only places I could get an appointment AND took my insurance and it’s awful. No online patient portal. The first time I was there it took 2.5 hours for an appointment. Then they made me come back in person to get test results. I’ve been waiting 35 minutes and counting to see the doctor with no signs that I’ll see him soon AND they charged me for another office visit!

I went to them on Tuesday to get treatment. Until today Friday they don’t send my prescription to the pharmacy. And I am not sure if I get my medicine today. Everyday I call them but without any help. I’m sick and I need the medicine, they don’t care about their patients. I strongly don’t recommend this clinic for any type of treatment.

very rude staff and really unprofessional, Don't trust them with you health the establishment was not sanitary and the nurse Juana is very rude and she a person that don't treat others with respect..they are for profits and they treat the elders very disrespectful.

Horribly unprofessional. Never a real doctor only medical practitioners. Their office is a mess, they can't ever get your prescriptions correct. DO NOT COME HERE

The worst experience ever I am not coming back to this facility. SCAM they had no doctor and they charge people up front and let patients know when they’re already inside of the waiting room. While I was there saw two different patients complaining about this situation.

Plan on spending two hours wait time just to see a doctor. Totally ridiculous like your time is not important and you don't have nothing else to do. And mostly when they do see you they just send you to another doctor it's almost as if they're like the middle guy

I've never had a problem there...they save my life sending me for a mammogram...turned out I had breast cancer..they've always helped me ...I may had to wait a long time a few times but i needed to be seen so i waited...thank you for helping me...when i needed you most

This medical center gives you more problems and questions, than answers. I feel bad since a lot of low income/migrants come here for medical help. It's not worth it. I've had horrible experiences here. 😔

Neighborhood clinic basically clean but tired. Friendly professional help with compassion and I got the coronavirus vaccine here. Great since I don't have a car.

One of the reception ladies from upfront is cute lol. I went in and got out in less than 2 hours.

Worst place (clinic) in Vegas. Their Appointments system doesn't work at all, you make a appointment and end up seated for hours and hours, and staff in front desk have a very rude attitude with patients like if you're getting their services for free. For all workers at Guadalupe medical center. Be smart and stay in business but not with that attitude. You all talk to people like you're talking to your mom. Be relax and tell you husband do a good work at night so you all can be happy.

Just wasted 2 hours again trying to get a test done with my referral from them that was once again filled out wrong. They said they would fax correction, but did not. Once again turned away. This office struggles with incompetence.

On google it says they open at 7:30am, I get here at 7:45am and the doors are still locked. Fix the time so you don’t have patients waiting outside.
