Avoid this place I have been coming here for the past two years but this place is going down hill fast. I was eating at the Bar and a Old Man worker by the name of Terrance rudely told me that no one can eat at the Bar, Which I have done so before on my pervious visits. Also the food was horrible and the beer was warm. Most of the staff seem like they did not want to be there. If you are booking an event for a special occasion or any occasion do not take your business here you will regret it. Go to the Bare Pool Lounge you will have a better experience.

We visited Sapphire Pool & Dayclub this past week to celebrate my cousins bachelor party. We have had a lot of experiences with bars, restaurants, nightclubs and strip clubs. We have been to every establishment you can imagine in the US, Canada and Europe, but we have never had a more fun experience then we did today. Morgan, was our host for our Cabana, she was top class all the way. I've never had a better time with a host and a bottle service scenario. All the employees were amazing but Morgan made our day so much more with her attention to details, kindness and overall professionalism. She took care of every member of our parties needs, made great suggestions throughout the day and made sure we weren't in for a huge surprise with the bill at the end of the day. She is an incredible asset to your team. We'll done to everyone at Sapphire, you guys are doing an outstanding job.

Party was a blast! Food was great, music was a mix of early hip hop, new hip hop, pop remixes, dance music, staff was excellent and super attentive. Reserved a cabana and man was that great too, our server was in a great mood the whole party and the overall view of the place was amazing!!!

Cassandra was great, drinks and seats were worth the ~$200 (don't forget to tip) for four hours of sun and fun. Didn't like the sausage party atmosphere or the 8 beach balls constantly hitting us, other guests, and staff, as well as knocking over drinks. Don't come to a toptional pool to play with your balls. Also didn't like the constant video from other patrons. The info in the front says no video, sad to see it not followed and making other patrons uncomfortable.

Outstanding pool party! We pre booked the pool beds however we were offered a very reasonable upgrade (cabana) when we arrived which was great! Our host Virginia was amazing. She looked after us from the moment we arrived right until we left and went above and beyond to ensure our group had a great time throughout the whole day. She's credit to your team! 👏 Overall there was a great atmosphere, the pool and layout was excellent and the drinks and food were reasonably priced given in Vegas. This was our first time in Vegas and thanks to you guys for delivering a great experience at the pool party!

I'm a local and this is one of my favorite spots in Vegas. The service is always great, and I love the atmosphere of this spot. Its like being at a dope party and relaxing hard at the same time.

Sapphire Pool was great hard not to have a good time at a topless pool party we had a cabana so full experience they had a lot of promo girls so we left with extra gifts drinks and food were good this was our second time there.

Simply FANTASTIC!!! Went to celebrate my bday. One of thee best experiences of my life (Top 10, pushing Top 5)…and I’ve had a LOT of great experiences! It started with our VIP host for Sapphire, Brian Pfieffer. Accommodating with the ride to Sapphire’s, professional, and knowledgeable about Vegas happenings…I’ll book again with him…hopefully next year, and hopefully back at Sapphire! On our way in, the host at the entry and security were great. Our server was amazing. The music was LIVE, the atmosphere and people were wonderful…just an all around terrific experience. I danced for about 4 hours…training year ‘round so I can run it back 2022!!! lol

It was an awesome experience. The entire staff were so accommodating especially my server Arie. The DJ, the atmosphere and the whole vibe was perfect. I can't wait to go back.

Great time. Easy entry, organized, and clean. Atmosphere was fun vibe. Kinda reminds me of my spring break days in Mexico. Just people partying and having fun. HAD SO MUCH FUN ONE DAY, WENT BACK THE NEXT. No stuffy, upscale BS. I could not submit any pics because they dont let you take pics because the staff and lot of guests are topless. DJ was great. Food was good and the wait staff was really good. I recommend Sapphire for a one of a kind day club experience. I'll be back in August!!

For my First time in Vegas, me and some friends decided to stop by and we were not disappointed. Beautiful women, Good music, and strong drinks. Btw Arreon is the BEST bartender, I will go back just to see her again!

Greeted by a great driver at my hotel for pickup promptly at 2pm as i requested. 3 day beds for my friends and I as I reserved. Wait staff prompt, friendly and efficient!. Great music! Diverse menu of food and drinks! Nothing but great things to say! Best pool party in Las Vegas! Way to go guys!

Nikki gave us the best Vegas experience! We’d never been to Vegas before and we will be back again to visit Sapphire Pool , just because of Nikki😜 If you’re thinking about going to a pool party, go to Sapphire. You will not regret it!

Do not come to this place or make reservations! We reserved VIP with them 6 months in advance 4K. Came for our trip we called to check in day prior….. they said their pool is closed. Did not give us a head ups or a refund. Also no management to get a hold of to discuss situation. Do not waste your time or money here. We are so upset as this is our sister’s bachelorette and they never told us they closed!!!!!

This place was so much fun. We visited this past weekend and reserved a day bed. The day bed was really nice with shade and they even set up an umbrella for us to shade from the heat. Morgan was in charge of us and she was attentive and really sweet. The steak pizza was yummy too. I will definitely be back.

We went to here for a bachelor party Katie was the best … she gave us the best bottled service. All our guests were well taken care of… she constantly checked up on us and made sure we didn’t need anything else

Great location. Just know it’s more a bikini bar for the pool. No big DJs but drinks are reasonably priced and sometimes they offer wristband packages from past experiences. Drinks are strong so enjoy!

I can’t understand why anyone would give this less than 5 stars! Best time of my life! Service was 5 star, music was 5 star, vibe and crowd also 5 star. Only draw back is that we can’t be there everyday! Ask for Jason to be your host! He made the experience perfect. Thank you!!

We have been here multiple times and always have the best time! But today was especially awesome because of our cocktail server Virginia (I think we call her V though). The rain came and went making things a little hectic but she handled it like a champ and really took care of us! Love this place and can’t wait to go back and see V again :)

Booked a VIP Cabana for a bachelor party during one of the hottest days in Vegas, think it was 114 and it did not disappoint. Food was just ok but Chantel S. was a great host/server and made the whole atmosphere perfect. If I ever find myself back at Sapphire Pool & Dayclub I hope she’s still there. Great experience at Sapphires Pool! Nikki was our server and she was amazing! Very helpful! The drinks were soo soo good. Recommend the pitchers for sure. It was a bit rainy and they made sure we had an umbrella. Food was great as well. Only downfall was no photos which is COMPLETELY understandable because it’s topless on the weekends but would have enjoyed getting shots of myself for the memories. Also the little shop inside with bikinis was perfect!! Had some great pieces and friendly staff 😊

A day to remember! Staff was super nice and friendly. The music was awesome! I went for my bachelor party and had a great time. The drink beverage credit came in clutch! I had a party of 7 and we didn't go over the drink credit and still got our buzz throughout the day. Beer pong was cool as well

My husband and I visit Vegas a few times a year, and Sapphire Pool has been our go to pool recently. We rent a couples day bed (about $400ish including liquor and food for 2) and play all day. The food is okay, and drinks are about the same everywhere. Sapphire is definitely a vibe. Great spot for hip hop/RnB vibe depending on the DJ. Rent a chair, daybed or cabana and go!

Absolute highlight of my Vegas trip. I had sooo much fun! Everyone was so friendly. The place was clean. The girls were hot. I loved being able to take my top off at the pool. So fun and freeing. Will not come back to Vegas without visiting this place ever again!! 10/10 recommend! An absolute must visit! Shoutout to the amazing limo drivers! They are so friendly and helpful!

A great place, however they demonstrate regularly that they have no consideration for the lives and safety of other people because they allow box truck deliveries to happen in the travel lane on Industrial during rush hour on a regular basis. This road hazard happens around a blind corner so drivers are forced to attempt to dodge, assuming they have room on the lane beside them, to avoid a wreck or slam on their brakes. You would think a safety minded staff would refuse to accept deliveries by obviously incapacitated drivers (because no one capable of the rational thought required to drive safely would opt to park in such a place instead of using the open parking lot attached to the building), but as these deliveries continue, that says a lot about the safety culture of the business.

Awesome pool party! Our host was great and all the staff was superb. Very big thanks to Zara! Best dancer they have! Very fun experience me and my friends had in Vegas!

This was place was absolutely amazing. Came here for a buddy's 30th birthday party. We were taken care of and treated extremely good from the first point of coming through the door. When we got there we actually upgraded to a VIP Cabana which was the right move to do. We had VIP chairs but unfortunately your view is blocked by the clam shell beds in front of you. Our waitress was Shantell I believe was her name. Such good vibes from her the whole day as she took incredibly great care of our crew. The DJ played great music and kept the place hype all day. People were coming around with free shots of all kinds of different drinks and we were given even a couple complimentary buckets of free Red Bull. Honestly, not one complaint as everyone we met and interacted made it a great time. My wife and I personally will be back when we come to Vegas as we found our new favorite place.

Paid months in advance for a 14 guest for a Bachelorette weekend and I call the day before and they said season closed weeks ago !!!! NO EMAIL NO REFUND NO NOTHINGGGG SO COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE ..LOST SO MUCH MONEY AND NOONE COULD COMPENSATE FOR AMYTHING !!!!!

Reserved a spot at this pool months in advance with thousands of dollars!!! They canceled on us the day before with no warning. No email, call, or refund. Do not come here! No remorse either for canceling on us last minute for a Bachelorette party!

We had a great experience here! The daybed and price were perfect and the waitress we had was very attentive. We made the most of our pool day and have no complaints! Next time may consider VIP!

From the moment we were picked up until we left we were treated like VIP. Everyone was accommodating and welcoming. Service was great and friendly, drinks were delicious, crowd was fun, food was good. I will make this a regular spot when I visit Las Vegas

First time here a week ago and it was awesome!! Been to several dayclubs and adult pools in Vegas and Sapphire Pool & Dayclub is the absolute best. Amazing and attentive service, friendly crowd, and beautiful pool. Will be our go to place from now on.

My girl's and I had a VIP cabana at Sapphire Pool and Day club and we had a great time. Booking was simple and informative, to make sure I understood all that was included. We went during Memorial Day weekend and considering crowds, the service was great. Dorothy was our waitress and she was super sweet. We had an overall great time and the birthday girl enjoyed her day.

Great vibe. Guys don't want to go somewhere where their girl is topless and the guys are super creepy but everyone was very respectful and the cabanas and daybeds are reasonable. Will definitely come back when we come back to Vegas.
