Excellent day/night. Jon took care of my crew. He had us picked up on time, great seats at the Hyde Lounge for a Golden Knights game, and then to Top Golf where everything was pre-arranged and went smooth. I highly recommend Bachelor Vegas for planning & executing your upcoming party.

What a great experience! Jon was super easy going fun guy, and was able to give us the best package for everyone to enjoy. He even took part with our super competitive Pole Position racing. Brian and his team took my groups experience from good to great. His connections with the locals and club management, made it nearly effortless for us to get into the most exclusive spots on the strip. In addition, his response time to any of my texts was virtually instant, even on busy nights like Friday and Saturday. Not only did he personally walk our group to our tables, he would later come in and check on us and see if there was anything we needed and if everything was up to par as per our agreement. I typically would never write a review, but Brian literally went above and beyond for me this past weekend and I feel the need to recognize him and let everyone know, that this guy is legit! It was my best friends bachelor party, and he described the weekend to me as “one of the most epic weekends he’s ever had”, and I can honestly say the same. Before the trip, I was worried on whether I can trust Brian or not as I have been burned in the past with others; but after I met him face to face at Encore’s pool party, I knew he was a man of his word and I had nothing to worry about. Super cool guy, and can help you with absolutely anything you need in Vegas!

My first experience of Las Vegas would have been nothing compared to my experience with Bachelor Vegas. Jon Grace was the man, the professionalism and VIP experience which lasted from start to finish was impressive. Jon made sure to accommodate to my every need, I was able to experience Vegas the correct way and I will never come back to Vegas unless I do it the VIP way, otherwise you will spend the same or more amount of money with no where near as good of an experience. We hit all the spots that Vegas has to offer, and if I did not go through Bachelor Vegas, I would have been to maybe a quarter or less of the total amount. Jon was able to hook it up as well to get into the Wynn Field Club at Allegiant Stadium for USA vs. Mexico Gold Cup, an experience I will never forget. There are not a lot of experiences I would think of as 'once in a lifetime' but this is one. Being the best man, I had a tough and exciting job of planning the bachelor party. We had a whopping 21 person bachelor party and planned everything through Jon and Brian. Everything went off with out a hitch, transportation, and service were great. Take their advice and invest all your money in a pool party with cabanas, highly worth it. My party also particularly enjoyed Top Golf and our dinner at the Front Yard. Jon's the man!

I honestly could not thank Jon and everyone else at Bachelor Vegas enough. They provided us with the best night ever. We had a group of 14 girls and bought the Bachelorette Vegas package from Jon, not really knowing what to expect. Our night went above and beyond our expectations. We were greeted by the largest limo I’ve ever seen with the best music and neon lights on the inside. Our limo driver was very professional and responsive. When we were ready to leave any place, he was there to pick us up in minutes. We received complimentary bottle service with 2 bottles of vodka and mixers at the club. We were re-railed from our last club for 1 hour as the bride was hungry! However, the staff at Bachelor Vegas went out of their way to meet us at the food court, he was very professional and nice, and was still able to help us with expedited entry. We will 100% use this company every time we go to Vegas! Thank you Jon, you guys are awesome !

EXCELLENT. FIRST CLASS, VIP all the way. Jon took amazing care of us for my birthday weekend. Customized a package with everything we wanted. Everything was so smooth and went exactly as he promised. Jon met us at the club, got us one of the BEST tables and made sure we were 100% happy and taken care of. Communication was super easy and so organized. I cannot recommend his service enough. We will definitely be contacting him again for our next trip to Vegas.

Whether it is last minute or weeks in advance Brian has always come through for me with quotes on any pool parties and nightclubs I've been interested in. He has a very positive communication style and while I've shopped around his prices over the years I've never been able to find a better deal or service. His strong relationships and loyalty to the local club circuit also seem to get him better table locations than other promoters I've checked in with. This October was no different when it came to booking a table in the center of XS for a sold out Elrow weekend. This was a great choice for arranging my Vegas trip. Brian organized every last detail from the limos to the cover charges at clubs. The clubs and restaurant were expecting us when we arrived and there was no waiting in line. The communication was excellent, with email and text reminders. The whole thing ran like a Swiss clock-- the cars were on time and exactly where they were supposed to be. Brian made this weekend perfect. My son turned 21 in January. We waited till April to celebrate. There were 15 people attending. I wanted insure that there was a set schedule with events and cost set in advance. I did a search for a promoter/host who could help me. I found several people via Google. Jon was one of these folks. He was by far the most responsive and organized of the ones I contacted. I told him what I was thinking of and he offered several options and was budget conscious. Together, we worked on a package of events and venues for the entire weekend. Jon sent me links directly to the venues for deposits which made me feel very comfortable in the transactions. I only had to send a minimal amount directly to Jon. Jon met me and my group at all 4 events to insure there were no hiccups. If you are looking for someone to help you plan any special Vegas event, regardless of the size of your party I highly recommend Jon and Bachelor Vegas. You will not be disappointed and feel confident that all the details will be taken cared of and you will have epic time. If I can give them more than 5 stars I would.

Planned my friends bachelors party with Jon Grace, we did 3 different package each day. Jon provided great A1 service, communication and willing to make things work for anything you need i.e. package changes or head count changes. Pricing and options were great in comparison to any other options. Everything went so smoothly few of us plan on using them for another trip next year. There is a lot say , I had been planning a bachelor party for my brother for some months with the event plan and everything went off without a hitch… From dinner at Excalibur then to Ghost bar on the Top floor of the palms casino with bottle service and roped off section witch was in my opinion the best part ! Then ending the night at the sapphire gentleman’s club and the bachelor part was ended in the proper was the groom was smiling ear to ear all night!!!! Jon is literally one of the best party planners I've worked with and cannot wait to get back to Vegas soon (knowing he'll be on my first to call list). I was given the duty to organize a Bachelor's party for 8 of us and really didn't know where to start. After emailing Jon a list of things we'd like to do, see, etc. he customized a full itinerary from pickup to drop off and everything in between which allowed us to focus on having as much fun as possible. From the limos to/from our destinations, to the dinner at STK (a must-do!), a round of golf, and amazing tables at Wet Republic and ZOUK to see Zedd, it was incredible. If you're thinking about booking him - DO IT! You won't regret it and you and your friends will have memories and stories for years to come.

Unfortunately, due to the Covid pandemic the strip is closed and our night out and trip was cancelled. I’ve always been skeptical of using third-party sites like these because of the inflation in price and lack of transparency, but my experience with Brian Pfeiffer was completely different. He actually got me a better deal on my cabana than the club was selling them for directly. My crew was running behind schedule and he was completely cool about it. When we were ready, he met us there, introduced us to our waitress, hung out for a little while, and even followed up with me later on to make sure I was taken care of. Just got back from my bachelorette party in Vegas and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! We scheduled 2 events for the weekend: a table at XS to see the Chainsmokers and a male revue with limo service. At the club, Brian was there to greet us, walked us in, and made sure everything went smoothly. For the male revenue, we pulled up in style in a huge truck-like limo...the perfect amount of “extra” for any bachelorette party :) Brian was amazing to work with...he was very responsive to any questions I had and offered the best rates around! Even leading up to the events, Brian was great about checking in, keeping me hyped for my big weekend, and making sure I had all the info I needed. Also, paying for everything was super convenient, as they accept Venmo and PayPal, which is what me and my crew use the most. Navigating VIP service at clubs in general is tough -- at Vegas it's a nightmare. If you're looking for a host that will be upfront with you on pricing and logistics, Brian is your guy. I contacted Brian about 2 months before and he was able to set us up on a great deal at EBC. From there, he was regularly in contact to make sure everything was order and never hesitated to answer any of my questions. When it came to the day of the event, Brian continued to deliver. He was always in touch, and accommodating when I kept on updating our group size (my bad!). He met us at the front and took us in himself, even letting us skip the majority of the VIP line. If you're looking for a good time and don't want to deal with the fuss, go with Brian. You won't regret it.
