    Very cool cross fit gym and Self-service. There is no reception, you need to open the door with your phone (account). They answer very quickly via email, gym has plenty of weights and other cross fit equipment. They are not a lot of machines (leg curls, etc) but it is a cross fit gym so i guess is fine. I havent been to the classes but they seemed fun and i think the max capacity for the classses are 20 people. Lockers are adequate.

    Zajęcia Crossfit w tym miejscu są na wysokim poziomie, trenerzy dbają by nie stała się krzywda podopiecznym i mimo powtarzalności ćwiczeń każde starają się zrobić inaczej i zachęcająco. Zdecydowanie polecam zajęcia z trenerką Asią Wrzos - da wpierdziel i naładuje baterie jak nikt! :)

    Honestly, I'm surprised by all the good reviews and 5*. Today I visited this place for the first time after almost a year's break from training due to an injury. The trainer neither greeted the new person nor asked if I had trained anything before or if I had any injuries. No interest in the new face. Later it only gets worse. The warm-up was done in a hurry, all the exercises were chaotic, as if accidental. In AMRAP training using air bikes. Only that there were 17 people in the room and two air bikes. The solution to the problem (already during the training, after starting the clock) was to say "then do burpees"... There was no mention of paying attention to the practitioners and improving their technique. I had the impression that everything was done by accident and the trainer didn't even try to control the chaos. I was hoping it would be nice but I was disappointed :(

    Very good atmosphere, it's clean and well equipped. Classes are great and trainers make sure you give 100%. Though there's no reception at the place, you can ask questions via their email and they reply within a day.

    Polecam zajęcia POWERLIFTING WOD prowadzone przez Włodzimierza Komosę. Trener dba o poprawność wykonywanych ćwiczeń, dzięki czemu trening jest bezpieczny, co jest kluczowe dla początkujących osób. Każdego miesiąca udostępniany jest harmonogram treningów, a w każdym tygodniu zaktualizowany plan treningowy. Nic tylko przychodzić, dźwigać i progresować! 🙂

    Great place for weightlifting workout, full of decent people, rough character of the interior and sporty spirit. I’ve been training there for around 3 years. I wasn’t paid for this comment 😅 so come and find out by yourself bar brother/sister💪
