I am not sure why Yelp is reporting this location closed. I almost had a mini heart attack today when I pulled in the parking lot and went to check-in, and it said it was closed. Once I started walking to the door, I could see that was not the case at all. I got the idea to get Zoup because my coworker had picked it up, so it was a cold Michigan day, and a nice warm soup seemed like a good idea. I ended up getting the Chicken Pot Pie soup. It was so delicious. I also ordered up to drink their lemonade as well.

I had your food for the first time on July 16th 2022,and I had the chicken potpie and it was delicious!! 😋 Lots of meat,vegetables and I love that you can order extra crust!! I will be returning!!

How the hell does this sandwich cost $10?? Its a single piece of lunch meat ham, and a single piece of lunch meat turkey, with bacon bits. That's it. Bread is good, and soup is good, but pretty pricy. $7 for the cup of soup, so my total was nearly $20 this and I’m still hungry. Not worth it to eat here anymore.

Employee tried to gaslight me when it became clear they didn't put my order in, even though I had the receipt. I got my food but I won't return.

Ive missed coming to this Zoup ever since the pandemic. I order my usual lobster bisque bowl and added a sandwich this time. Still happy to see it's held strong and still has 6 star service. I recommend you give this place a try. The ladies and staff are super friendly.

Extremely polite and helpful employees! I have a tendency to take forever just looking and trying to decide and they allow you the space to do that they just continue on doing their thing and then! The smell's the freshness of everything being made here! Anytime you come to Zoup! the Lobster Bisque is a must! No matter what you do get while you're there be sure to got a couple of cups of the lobster bisque to take home- you'll thank me later! Each club cup includes a fresh roll and butter! Enjoy!

Customer service was excellent. You can try a soup before to buy which is great when you're a picky person. Clean and friendly. Didn't catch the cashier name but she's on point.

Edible, but had better soup at other franchises. Staff borderline rude. Nothing to write home about, there are better locations out there

Very fast service! I love how they give you samples of the soups. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, there is also an outdoor patio. Very clean here and the staff was super friendly. This was my first time at Zoup! There are none in my area. I hope more stores open further north, than southern Oakland county. The Seafood Etouffee and Ham & Bacon Sandwich where SO GOOD! I wish I bought a quart of the soup it was that good!

Broccoli Cheddar soup was probably the worst I’ve ever tasted. It was my first time at this location and I feel like I wasted my money.

I live in Detroit and travel a long distance to buy the lobster bisque at Zoup, but it is well worth it!!

I stopped in to grab a cup of soup for my sister. It was my first time at Zoup. I not sure what's going on but the wait was over 30 minutes. There were 5 people behind the counter. I ordered the lobster bisque soup for my sister in Beaumont hospital. I arrived at 11:05a and walked out of the restaurant at 11:37a. Yes. Perhaps because it was the lunch rush. Thank you.
