Ana is my go-to person for eyebrows. She is simply amazing. I wish I could take a travel version of her with me on my trips so that my eyebrows would always look that perfect 😍 Since she is really meticulous and will take the time to do it perfectly, expect some delay.

Be very careful! Left me with EXTREMELY THIN EYEBROWS. The woman was kind but my eyebrows are the thinnest they have ever been. I told her I liked my eyebrows thick and just needed a cleanup. She took off way too much hair. It also took her a long time and was painful. The area is still sensitive one day later. I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for the past 10 years and have never been more dissatisfied with the outcome and experience.

Unprofessional people, the lady who did my eyelashes didn’t know what she was doing! worse wasted money! i have to see how my eyelashes got “permanently” uneven, i had to go back after the first one because she did it so bad that the left one was very high and the other low. That day and after 45mins of listening her and her colleague talk, eat, etc, and the bad result of what she did, just wanted to leave! Besides she caused me some damage as well as my eye was crying for two days and had a needle pain in it. I had to return for them to fix it, but they couldn’t, the left one still remain higher and that’s what i have to see everyday... i shouldn’t have pay for that horrible job she did!

I always come here and it is the best center in Madrid. Ana is lovely and the results she achieves on both eyebrows and eyelashes are incredible. I recommend it without a doubt 💖
