I loved going when Ana was there, but this summer I went and instead I was served by a rather stubborn and rude blonde lady. My experience with that lady was so bad that I even changed beauty centers. As long as Ana is not there, I don't even look out, because what a session the rude one got into me. PS: in response to the superb lady's comment: you are lucky you don't remember me, it will take me a while to forget how bad she made me feel ;)
