Subpar service and food quality. 1) Ordered two beers. One arrived chilled and the other warm. 2) Ordered a cheese burger, meatballs, duck breast. Duck breast arrived overcooked. Meatballs (for our kid) was cold. Burger was put together like McDonald's. 3) One of our forks was broken; staff took it when notified but didn't bring over a new one. 4) The meatball dish had to be reheated. Promised three minutes. Turned out thirteen minutes, and only when we asked for it. 5) The entire proceeding was met with cold, emotionless service. Staff was not trained to face non-Spanish tourists, equipped with kindergarten level English, resulting in most service-related courtesy kept to bare minimum, or non-existent in most cases. We love Spain. Would love to see improvements. Would not otherwise recommend anyone ever coming.

I came to this place to have a nice sweet bite with my 4 o'clock coffee. They have a QR code based menu so I cold quickly see their offering. The waitress Ritzi was super kind, helpful and smiling. This definitely helped my overall impression of their exquisite coffee, brownies with vanilla ice-cream and charming interiors to be one of my best experiences in Madrid during my one month stay. Kudos to Ritzi and Cristina Oria!

Perfect place for a quick stop and recharged before continuing shopping! The breakfast is amazing, don’t leave without trying the avocado toast - is so delicious The decoration and the tableware always cool + the service are nice

Cozy restaurant and great staff. I had the medium cheeseburger, it wasn’t the greatest.

We asked for a White coffee and a Fanta lemon. They brought us a white coffee and a cappuccino. ???. Some 10 minutes later and after asking twice the lemon came. They were not busy more worried about cleaning tables than bringing the orders to their customers.

Well, you can't expect much from a place like this, but I must warn everyone that the food is awful. There are only 2 restaurants in the outlet, but keep in mind that there are a lot of restaurants in the entertainment center next to the outlet which is 5 minutes walk. Don't waste your time here, if you want a decent food.

I would strongly advise against buying anything in the shop. They have no clue of doing tax refund and invalidated the ticket we needed to do tax refund at the airport. That is what they said at the airport. Never again. Clueless staff.

Awful food, expensive and awful. Small cheeseburger with dry meat and no pickles or tomato or anything but the meat and cheese. The fries were so dry. The quality and quality are low for any price but this was expensive too. The coke was poured into a glass and no straw was offered! Table was dirty, but the waitress was friendly. Avoid.
