We were having dinner, we had a vegan burger and shrimp sandwich. The ambiance is good, the service is amazing thanks to Carmen, she took good care of us and she’s the reason we’re coming back. The food was really good, prices are reasonable.

VIPS is definitely aiming towards keeping a successful business and market by offering these VEGAN sandwiches. I was happy to see that they sell a vegan sandwich. Thank you VIPS for understanding that not every person eats animals. That not every person wants dairy or any animal by product in their food. Knowing that places like VIP provide this sandwich makes it so much more enjoyable. If VIPS could add more vegan options they would drastically increase their sales and more happy customers. Thanks for providing these sandwiches! Hope to see more Veggie options!

The good: portions are big and the dish was satisfying. staff is friendly and effective. The bad: I ordered the huevos rancheros most of it was good but the avocado came completely unripe. Not sure how that came out of the kitchen like that. The restaurant is VERY noisy. Its not a relaxing enviorment.

Came for breakfast twice during our stay. Plenty of choices, reasonable prices, good environment and most importantly the staff were really friendly.

One of the best VIPS restaurants I have visited in Madrid, the service was really good, the waitress who served us was very attentive at all times and the food was delicious. I totally recommend it.

In this place I felt at home, Carmen treated us as family and her service was amazing! Prices are really affordable, food was perfect and the rest of the staff were really nice and always smily! A+ to vips princesa… for more people and places like this in Madrid because they make your experience enjoyable 😍
