What a wonderful meal! We found Metro Bistro while visiting Madrid last month and we are so happy we did. From the moment we entered we were treated with such kindness. Our server was excellent with recommendations and explanations of the dishes (in English even) The owner, a very nice man, came to our table to present wine selections and later dessert wine choices. The meal was served at a perfect pace between plates…allowing us time to savor the delicious and unique tastes. The 65 degree egg was divine as were the pork medallions. The chocolate sample plate literally popped in your mouth with flavor. We definitely recommend Metro Bistro to anyone who has the opportunity to visit and enjoy a delicious meal. This place fully deserves 5 stars!! We got the tasting menu ( 7 courses) + wine menu for each course. I gotta say, it was absolutely delicious! The dishes were all different flavours, no dish similar to the previous one, excellent presentation and great service. The tasting menu sounds like it is not a lot of food, but there is, I could barely finish some dishes. If you are in town, definitely recommend going here.

Valentine’s day isn’t celebrated much in Spain, at least we were told so. But if more people knew about this place they’d have an unforgettable experience just like we did. I spent almost 3 weeks in Madrid for professional purpose and this is probably the best restaurant in terms of quality / price around city center. So good that I returned 3 times !

First the food, we took the tasting menu that was amaizing 7 dishes 5 salty and 2 sweet. The food was uniqe and different in a very good way. The service, that was what made this expirence very spicel, Mathias the head chef gave us an amaizing service, he recommend wines and drinks that made our meal better, he threated us like we are his friends and that was spicel. I would recommend you to go there every time you are in Madrid, you won't regreat it.
