"It's
our
third
day
in
Madrid,
and
we
decided
to
have
brunch.
Unfortunately,
it
turned
out
to
be
quite
a
disappointing
experience.
We
placed
an
order
for
four
dishes
and
four
drinks.
However,
by
the
end
of
our
brunch,
they
had
forgotten
to
bring
one
of
our
drinks,
and
we
had
to
remind
them
about
it.
Additionally,
we
ordered
extra
bacon
for
our
avocado
toast,
which
also
didn't
arrive.
As
for
the
billing,
it
was
a
bit
unclear
because
when
we
asked
for
it,
we
received
a
payment
slip
only,
without
a
detailed
receipt,
which
we
found
somewhat
amusing.
Out
of
the
four
dishes
we
ordered,
one
was
completely
burnt,
and
it
seemed
like
they
tried
to
hide
it
by
covering
the
burnt
part
with
sugar
powder,
which
was
an
interesting
presentation
choice.
The
chicken
sandwich
lacked
flavor,
but
the
chicken
salad
was
tasty
and
well-presented.
On
the
bright
side,
the
coffees
were
good
without
any
issues.
The
service
was
a
bit
peculiar.
The
staff
were
friendly,
but
when
we
pointed
out
the
burnt
pancakes,
they
simply
apologized
and
didn't
offer
any
refund,
which
we
found
a
bit
humorous."
