This hotel clearly used to be four/five stars but has been neglected for whatever reason by NH, maybe Covid hit it harder than other NH locations. The pros: * Clean, although not immaculate * Cheap, less than 100 euros per night for my stay including breakfast * Attached to a great gym/spa (spa costs an extra ~30 euros though, and since it is attached to the gym some people just do not pay since the gym is free) * Room in general has a very nice setup, was able to set up my entire remote working rig (monitor, speaker, keyboard, mouse etc) with no issue The cons: * Do not plan on using WiFi here except maybe to find a restaurant or something. It is slow to the point of being unusable (you can pay 10 euros extra for "premium wifi" which is marginally faster). Every time you want "premium wifi" you have to request a voucher from the front desk which is time consuming. It is not automated at all. * The air conditioning in the room was broken the entire time even after a maintenance person looked at it. Full disclosure: it was not completely broken, but one vent did not work at all and the other was very weak. It would also just turn off about every hour. * Room had a dent in the wall, some weird stains, not a huge deal but could have been cleaner. All in all for a basic room that you are not planning on using internet in for anything more than google maps (and even that is pushing it) it's a good deal. Anything else you should stay elsewhere.

One the best hotels I have stayed in. It was easy to locate and surrounded by lots of nice restaurants and stores. A walking distance from Santiago Benabeu stadium. The rooms we spacious, very modern and minimal with the deco. The house-keeping was also good. All little toiletries were replaced and rooms cleaned well. The food was great. Lots of variety at the buffet to cater to lots of different dietary requirements and preferences. The bar was also well stocked and the service exceptional. My colleague left her wedding rings in the bathroom and we were able to retrieve them. Next time I'm Madrid, I will definitely be staying there again.

I have booked a “Junior Suite with View and Terrace” in “NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding Hotel - Madrid - Spain. The Suite is supposed to have a seating area on one floor and the bed room on the upper floor. However when my wife and I checked in we found the AC on the upper floor was not working. We notified the hotel front desk about it and they have sent a technician to look. After 2 hours they found that the problem cannot be solved so they moved us to 2-connected rooms. We were not happy with this change and the hotel didn't offer us any alternative or at least a compensation. The car parking is shared with different businesses and there are no signs pointing to the hotel entrance, you need to wander around the underground parking to find the hotel access. In addition the main hotel entrance has no accessibility for wheelchairs or the trolly to carry our luggage!!. The water flow of the shower has no control to manage the water flow, so there is huge water waste!!. Moreover some of the hotel staff are not friendly especially Mr. Carlos Prado who introduced himself as the Manager on Duty. Mr Carlos Prado was very rude in his responses and he tends to raise his voice to the customers.

I have stayed several times in this hotel since 1982, for my first visit to Spain. The last time it was for a week in late December with my two teenage children, since it was their first visit to Spain. The hotel has a bunch of great things to offer, from the location - and none of us is a Real Madrid fan - nearby restaurants (i.e. 5 J's), safety and ammenities of the neighborhood, several means of transportation, and a breakfast buffet like very few other hotels. The hotel has been renovated and the room are quite nice. But service in general seems to have lost a step, or two. One afternoon, around half past six, I asked for a refill of liquid soap for the shower since the cleaning person did not notice it - I expected she would - and I was told I would have to wait until the next day since they had no personnel at that hour. Another day, around the same time, I asked for an extra towel and I was told that I could go to the front desk and pick it up myself, since they were short on personnel. Although I have to admit that on a third day I called and asked them to look into the bed sheets of the day if they had taken by mistake the pijamas of one of my boys. They found it on the same day in less than two hours, although I was never able to figure out how the pijama found itself with the dirty bed sheets... One thing for sure is that not all of the cleaning personnel speaks and understands Spanish well, since I had a couple of incidents with my cleaning lady trying to explain that I needed more time in my room and she seemed not to understand what I was saying and kept on working in the room. She seemed to be having a really bad day, and it was 29 or 30 December. Finally, they were charging me for several beverages from the bar that I never visited and the Nespresso machine in the room did not work properly. Would I go back or recommend it to my friends? Yes.

This is not the best location for tourists. It is mainly a business and residential area. However it is safe and you can find good restaurants and shops to pass the time.

Perfect location, incredible room service, best breakfast with vegan and gluten-free option (alacart) The 14th floor has a terrace with direct view to the Real Madrid stadium and the 5 towers business are of Madrid. I highly recommend this place!

Very nice hotel. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Wonderful buffet breakfast full of hot and cold options and a really nice variety of pastries... brought out fresh and warm, too... yum. Custom station cook to order omelet, scrambled, or sunny eggs, etc. The rooms are lovely. Large stand-up shower with rain shower head and a handheld. Robe and slippers in the room. Coffee, tea and a mini bar.

The hotel is gorgeous. For us it was in a great location and there is an amazing breakfast bar. There was a kosher and a gluten-free bar too which was really impressive. What set out to look like a 5 star experience was unfortunately ruined because of a bathroom incident. The room we had came with a beautiful bathtub and I was really looking forward to a nice soak after a long day. Within 20 minutes we had a maintenance guy banging at our door demanding for us to open. Apparently the room beneath us getting flooded. The maintenance guy just kpet yelling to the point that I had to let him in and how him our bathroom covered only with a towel. He then accused us of splashing the water out. Which of course we didn't and I wasn't going to argue with him barely covered waaay past midnight. He eventually left but I was too scared to use the bathtub for the rest of my stay ruining it. They hotel front desk never came back to us to apologies. Weird... Other than that incident, everything was fine.

Really good rooms - light and airy with an opening window. Quiet overnight and comfy beds. Great shower and separate basin area. Loads of places to eat nearby without heading to the City centre. Very good selection at breakfast.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Madrid, and it provided a decent experience for a quick stay. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to access key areas of the city. One highlight was the buffet breakfast, which offered a good variety of options. It was a satisfying start to the day and added to the overall value of the stay.

Very poor sound insulation and even worse internet and cell reception. Can hear TV and conversation in neighboring rooms and tennis being played on the courts below the rooms all night. Internet and cell reception is so poor I couldn’t even make a phone call without substantial frustration, let alone access my email.

Amazing experience. I have stayed in the past many times at NH EUROBUILDING and happy to have seen the renewed spaces and the great Meteopolitan spa and gym. We enjoyed every bit of the weekend. And Chamartín is an upper class Madrid neighborhood that gives you another taste of Madrid and so close to the Real Madrid stadium. Don’t doubt it, enjoy a few days at this hotel

The hotel staff were incredibly rude and not helpful. Firstly, housekeeping staff entered when I asked them not too and refused to leave while I was in the bathroom. Secondly, there was a race with road closures around the hotel (which of course wasn’t in there control) but it made it impossible to get a taxi. The front desk did not inform guests of this and could not even point us in the right direction to walk for a taxi. We nearly missed our flight due to this poor communication.

I won’t be back. The last morning I was at the hotel , someone entered the room early in the morning. I was shocked and I called reception to complain. After 10 minutes , same thing happened … yesterday I was trying to work from my room and wifi was slow, I called reception to fix it and they ask me to call their IT so I can go through the problem… why should I speak to IT and not the hotel? I am not coming back to this hotel and I don’t recommend it.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this hotel. It was my favorite in Madrid until last week when my AirPod disappeared in the room… my iPhone detected them last time in the hotel. I left them in my suite case and when I was back home they were not there anymore. I called the hotel they said they would check but so far I haven’t received any information. I noticed other review mentioning same kind of issues…I suggest you to not book here because it seems some thing happen frequently…. The other thinks happen was I was charged , by mistake, by 50€ instead of 5€ for a bottle of water. So take care and always check the bill.

Incredibly rude staff at front desk. A long way from the city center. 2 stars because the breakfast is good, but I would give a 0 for service and 0 for value for money as I should not be insulted at the front desk the second I stepped forward. I even ran into another guest who had just had items disappear from their room while they were out!

Excellent hotel and I would certainly consider staying here if in the area again. The room was clean and tidy, there was an issue with the safe not working correctly, but this was fixed exceptionally quickly, so I certainly wouldn't hold it against them as problems will arise. Little touches like a set of toiletries for our daughter, who was also given a cute little teddy bear at breakfast. The breakfast spread was incredible; so many options and everything was delicious.

Well respected hotel in the central business district of Madrid. Attended many conferences and events here, but never stayed. Modern and decent with good open facilities.

This hotel is home away from home. I love the accommodations, the friendliness of the staff. Wonderful breakfast buffet in the morning! It shouldn't be missed, at least visit once... ❤️

I had the worst experience of my live. I checked in on 14 Dec 2022, for business purpose (hotel room booked for 2 nights). On 15 Dec 2022, after the room was cleaned, I discovered that my cash disappeared from my wallet (200 euros). Nothing else was missing, but I did trust that I was in a big hotel and could never imagine something like this could ever happen. Stupid me! It is the first time that this happen to me. I have of course inform them and they have checked who entered the room during the day, by checking the card access codes - and those persons were the cleaning lady, her supervisor and the person checking the mini bar. None of them obviously recognized anything, but as they are contractors, the hotel manager I talked with ensured me they will never work at this hotel anymore. Lucky me, right? As my wallet was not in the safe box from the room, the hotel is covered and the insurance could not be used. What can I say... Bad me. Sad and ugly experience. Hope you will never receive the same "treatment".

Lovely hotel not far from bernaboa stadium. It’s located a little way of the centre so not perfect do you’re looking to explore Madrid centre but easy Metro into the centre from the stop around 7mins walk away. The hotel itself is lovely. Clean, modern and good facilities. Reasonably priced. Rooms are nice and really well laid out. Breakfast is excellent, bar is good. We were there while there was a corporate conference in which meant we couldn’t get into the bar area on some nights and some of the areas in the lobby area become inaccessible which is a little annoying. Overall would recommend.

Had the pleasure of staying at this NH three times the past 4 weeks. I would like to write a special thanks to the breakfast cook who prepares the delish Omelettes ( sorry didn’t get her name ). Always a smile ,always very friendly and consistently great Omelettes. Also Mario from the Front Desk. Always very professional, empathetic and always very helpful. Thank you for making my overnights very special once

Top five hotel breakfasts I’ve had anywhere in the world. It was clean and comfortable. In an upscale neighborhood. However, bed was hard and just like two double beds pushed together so I kept falling into the crack at night.

Excellent stay at the NH Collection Eurobuilding in Madrid. Excellent rooms and supper helpful staff. My start was short and I was too early for breakfast but the guy at reception opened up the mini breakfast bar for me so I could grab a coffee and piece of fruit for my early departure 👍👌💪 Also, the mini bar looked ace, although I left it alone 😂

Extraordinary service! The property is very well located as you have many connections to all parts of the city. If you travel for business the hotel have more than 30 meeting rooms, a wonderful spa and a super gym! The breakfast buffet is perfect!
