Disappointed. We had a company dinner and they charged us 33€ per person. The place was looking good. The staff was attentive. The drinks were included (beers, wine, soda, water). But the food was very basic and disappointing. The tiramitsu looked like vomite, worst dessert presentation I have ever seen, see my photo.

I went a few times just because the food is good but the service is getting worse each time. I went with my friend to a birthday lunch. i came first and ordered drinks, later my friend came and ordered the same ( sparkling water and wine) the waiter brought the wine and forgot the water, later he brought the water but without a glass because as he said he did not know she wanted the glass as well. getting her a glass took 20 min. he came back to take our order, when i ordered what i wanted he asked me: what is that? and i said it is on the menu. He went away to get a notepad (which is of course okay) but proceeded to get down on his knee to write an order. he also asked do we want the starters first or second to which i replyed that we are sharing a starter and we want to eat it first. he brought us the main dishes first and later the starter. for the dessert we asked for a candle and they did not have a lighter in the whole restaurant. The waiting time for drinks and food was super long, in total almost 3 hours while the restaurant had 4 guests. I like the food but the staff is so unprofessional. The food is not cheap and with such bad service i will not be returning which is so sad since they have really good pasta

Absolutely lovely place! It feels like you are in Italy. Only the food doesn't quite taste like it. It was alright, don't get me wrong but I could probably do a better job at home. Service was hard working and friendly. There was a language barrier, but we did best to woek around it. It's not easy and I really appreciate the young lads work.

Good food and setting. The service could definitely be improved. The pumpkin fazzoletto and pistachio ricotta are a plus.

The food was good and the decor is really nice. The staff were nice and hard-working, but they are not trained. The manager stood around them menacingly, and it was clear the staff is pressured to push guests out as fast as possible. We were told twice that "we had to be out by 10pm sharp!" instead of being greeted nicely. Our cocktails came out one by one with a 5 minute interval between each one. The waiters did not know the menu (food, wine, or cocktails), the waiters were behind the bar making drinks. I asked our waitress if she had tried the food and she said, "no way". The manager needs to invest in its staff, presentation, service, and servers. The prices were outrageous for just good food and weird service. INVEST IN YOUR STAFF AND VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Impressed. That’s how I feel in all honesty. If you eat an indescribable amount of pasta as I do you know that: 1. The texture makes or breaks it. 2. It so often is at least a second overcooked. Not here. It was just right. Texture, taste, and everything. I was sold the second I saw it being served and my mouth proved it well. Nice place, good wine, great service. I’m sure you will love it too.

The food was good, but the service was a bit slow and forgot about our order a few times.

Gorgeous restaurant and cozy for a date night. Food was decent but lacked the wow factor for us. We got garlic focaccia and it was a flatbread which were not expecting with no butter or dipping sauce which was kinda odd. Bolognese was solid. Bf got the veal and it was a little tough and just ok. Still a good experience and staff was very attentive!

We came for dinner last night. I really wanted to like this place because it's really cute. The service was strange, not friendly, needed to ask for everything. We had two starters, both not great. We then ordered our main meal and it arrived within 5 minutes which means it was pre-made and warmed up. The food was bland and had no flavor. There are far better Italian placed in Madrid to check out that serve fresh food with great service. The overall bill was $63Euros. Didn't feel it was worth the price paid.

I have visited a few times before, and the service was good and the pasta very nice. Visited again this past Sunday, however, and the service was terrible. They took about 10 minutes to even take our drink order, another 20 minutes to bring the wine, and it was virtually impossible to get any attention in between. The food was ok, but certainly feel like the quality is deteriorating…or perhaps it was that our salad was served on a plate that was very obviously broken in two different parts. Very disappointed. Don’t think I will be back.

Good Italian restaurant. Food is good quality and decor pleasant. Particularly suitable for bigger groups. Truffle pasta very recommended. A bit pricy, as usual in this area of Madrid. Service was slow and chaotic.

In general happy with the service and staff. Food is average and a bit pricy for what you get. My boyfriend and i both felt sick afterwards and my boyfriend even vomited. We had wine, carbonara, gnocci, focaccia, panacota. We are not sure if the wine was not good or sth else. Probably wobt go back.

Review la fellina restaurante Attendance and ambience: Attended quickly and nicely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Reservation made one week ago… reservation was simple enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Table choice : to be honest I feel like perhaps there is a difference in treatment. The fancier you look and are part of an aesthetic the better table you will get If you perhaps look more normal or not that rich aura. The table you will be given is not that great The table I was given was at the exit and where waiters leave and take things behind you ⭐️ Waitress: the waitress service is nice she is court and polite ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ La carta: the design of the menu is nice minimalistic simple to understand well divided and aesthetically pleasing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food: Lasagna fellina: The lasagna was delicious, the meat to pasta to sauce ratio was great. The presentation was simple and homey. It was a good balance of flavour and the tomato sauce was rich but not overpowering or overly acidic ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cacio e pepe Creamy sauce side table preparation Could have been a better service cheesiness was there The pecorino tasted amazing. The cook of the pasta could have been a minute or two more it was okay ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cheesecake: The portion was generous and the texture between liquid cream and firmness was dreamy, the base was quite average and normal but the overall experience was great to savor all the different textures totally worth it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tiramisu: claiming to be authentic Italian I had much more expectations for the tiramisu. The presentation was unconventional I understand the innovation however in this case it just didn’t work. It felt like they had just shoved some tiramisu in the coffee pot, it was refined you couldn’t appreciate the layers. The cream was way too liquidy for what a tiramisu should be but the taste was just okay. ⭐️⭐️ Our overall experience was fine would I return? Perhaps as there were some menu items I was interested in but I hope they aren’t as classist the next time.

Yuck. Awful. I made a reservation for the outside terrace. There was no one here so they sat me in a super hot greenhouse space they called the patio. It was so uncomfortable, words lack to describe my misery. You might as well be under a magnifying glass in the hot sun. But Whatever The food is terrible. I couldn’t eat it. I tried. I really tired and ordered an extra glass of wine hoping that would prompt my desire to eat. I could not. If you want to eat terrible terrible italian food, definitely come here.

Good Italian restaurant with good service and great price/value ratio. The food is good and very well presented. The portions are medium (don’t expect large portions like trattorias). A piece of advice: went there during fall (mid november) and the heating was quiet high! Keep that in mind when you think about how to dress for the occasion. I strongly recommend the Saltimbocca and the creamy Cheesecake. The staff is GREAT! The place is awesome. Overall a great experience!

The place is very nice. There is gluten free food. The gluten free pasta is really good and the cheesecake is amazing. The staff is nice and they served everything quickly. The only thing to improve was the heating, the place was quite cold.

Amazing place .. the ambiance is so nice ! The food is really good! Love the decor! We went for a midweek dinner and the place was full (we reserved through their website) the weather was nice but we sat inside because it was nicer inside

The service was amazing, as was the food. The speakeasy downstairs is very beautiful.
