Terrible service and probably racist (we are Asian). We waited for about 20 mins after getting seated which took a while and the waiter ignored us every time when I tried to ask questions or order. Waited about 15 mins and gave us a new menu (what?) and then walked away from us after saying nothing or trying to listen to our questions. He also CLEARLY made eye contact several times with us but didn’t not walk over to us yet at the same time continued to serve food and answer questions to another family. We were the only two groups in that area so it’s definitely NOT normal. Do not go.

I went there for lunch. Restaurant seemed very clean and very welcoming. Food was amazing. Waitress was very friendly except for the manager that attended us. He was very rude and disrespectful. Certainly not the right approach towards a customer if you would like your clients to come again

Great experience and excellent service! Last minute we chance plans and found this amazing restaurant. Everything we ordered was delicious, specially the meat which I recommend if you are a meat lover.

Wonderful place with a very large terrace on top of the Arturo Soria shopping centre. The staff are super friendly and helpful - we sat there for hours chatting and there was never a word or gesture to move us out 👌🏼 The food was delicious too, from the tiny aperitif to the crisp Apple biscuit at the end. I'd highly recommend this venue and really look forward to being able to come back.

On a family trip to Madrid, we took a friend’s advice to go meet La Txulapona and what a great experience! We called to book a table and when we got there the first thing that caught my eye was the great taste in the decoration, the natural light and display of tables (with enough distance between the neighbouring tables) as well as the caring of the waiters. We started our meal with some delicious “tartar de aguacate y cangrejo”, “croquetas” and a creamy vegetables soup. For the main course we for the “rape” for sharing and it was more than enough. For desert we had a “galleta de manzana”. We will return for sure. 🇵🇹

It's a real shame the food, I mean being in Spain, you expect well made dishes as well as generous. We didn't go fro menu but different dishes: tiny plates with very poor or non sides. Pricy, very much. The service was terribly slow and however they do their best was just too little people for the capacity of the restaurant. I don't recommend it at all.

Excellent restaurant. The artichokes were AMAZING. The service was great. Every dish was spectacular. I would highly recommend this place.

I would give a higher review cause I liked the food but the service from our waiter, Javier, was terrible. Short answers, bad attitude. My fork fell on the floor, I asked him for a new one and he ignored me.

Natasha was our waiter. She was welcoming with great service. The food is excellent!

A little bit expensive for the quality. The 27€ meat was OK but salty enough to have you regretting going for dinner for a whole day.

I recommend this place as I had a splendid dinner with my family. Many plates were very tasty (crab-aguacate tartare was delicate, meat , fish and Galician-style octopus were very very good).

Very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant in a food court at a shopping mall. Food was outstanding, service was excellent and prices were quite reasonable, at around 40€ per person including wine and other drinks. I would go back

The place has a quite fast service and nice location, but unfortunately the food was not very good. The french fries tasted (and looked) like fries from the supermarket and not freshly made fries, what I would have expected for that price. The burger meat did not taste very fresh, more like left-over from a few days ago. The ensalada ruso tasted too much to mayonesa and could have been aligned better. In total an over-prized place.

Top quality place but the price kinda ruined the experience. Located within arturo soria shopping mall it is famous for the nicely decorated tube shaped terrace. Spanish menu.
