    The lady who works at the Physiotherapy counter to give appointments is the most unpleasant thing you can face, it seems like she is forced to work there or that she does it for free. Unfriendly and rude, she explains things to you as if you were an idiot (a reflection of herself, I suppose) and apparently she has a hard time scheduling an appointment and smiling at the same time. They should improve the treatment of the patient, of course it takes away the desire to go.

    Llevo 10 sesiones de rehabilitación de un hombro y me quedan otras 10. La recuperación es muy buena. Son gente joven que además enseñan a otros, muy serios y profesionales a pesar de su juventud. A mi me lleva una fisio (Laura) que está haciendo un trabajo magnifico con mi hombro, es muy cuidadosa en el trato y no hace daño. Al principio pensaba que era un poco ligt, pero viendo los resultados era lo que había que hacer. Gracias Laura por tu trabajo. Centro recomendable 100%, sin dudarlo

I strongly recommend parents whose children are experiencing difficulties in literacy integration to consider consulting, first of all, an ophthalmologist, and also, indispensable, an optometrist like Mamen. There is a general lack of knowledge about this discipline; I myself was not aware of its importance until, thanks to a friend's recommendation, I met Mamen. It turned out that although my daughter had a clinically healthy eye, she had functional problems with her vision that were interfering with her learning and academic performance. These types of problems - and many others related to vision - can only be detected and treated by optometrists, not to mention preventing future problems and promoting visual health. I have learned that, just as we take our children for pediatric, ophthalmological, hearing or dental check-ups, we should also take them for check-ups with a good optometrist. Mamen is exceptional both professionally and in his human quality. In April 2023, from the Traumatology service of the Vithas hospital, I was prescribed 50 back rehabilitation sessions. Until 05/30/23 at 4:45 p.m., no rehabilitation doctor treated me. On that date, they opened a file for me and agreed to contact me for the start of the sessions. More than 120 days have passed, no one has contacted me, and I am currently in the pain unit of the Quiron hospital in Pozuelo.
