Eat at NAP regularly and their pizzas are just the best. However for delivery it can be hit and miss. My last pizza arrived via UberEats and the topping was liberally smeared to the side of the box and not on my pizza as expected.

If you want a good pizza, you can go anywhere you want. But if you want a GREAT pizza, this is the place to go

The proper Nápoles style pizza made in an imported Italian oven! The service is great, the prices super fair for the quality and the place is an unique mixture of styles and colors! Definitely coming back for another day special!!

Most likely good pizza oven/stone. - dough is good enough Cons: - tomato base is too acidic and has too little flavor. Likely wrong selection of tomatoes - basil was put in the oven and then burnt 😂🙈 overall the pizza was ok, but it seemed a bit lifeless. As there are definitely way worse pizzas I am giving it 4 stars because it is definitely a place I wouldn’t mind coming back to.

Following the good reviews we ordered 2 pizzas for our hotel which was really close to the pizzeria. The pizzas arrived very quickly (within about 10 minutes of ordering) and were still hot when we opened them. The problem is that the pizzas are very thin and not crunchy at all (soggy is the right word), so the only way to eat them is when they are rolled. The pizzas did not come cut into triangles and also didn't come with individual cartons so that it could be eaten over something. In order to eat the pizzas we had to tear them by hand and they literally fell apart completely. In terms of taste, the pizzas were not bad and the price is reasonable, but overall we were very disappointed from the experience. Really do not recommend ordering this pizza in delivery. Maybe when eating at the place the experience is different. Sorry.

Perfect meal the night before our run with Philip and Go Running Tours! Fueled up with a salad, pizza, and two beers. So good! Don't be distracted by the large crowds, it turns around fast.

Great pizzas, made the Neapolitan way in a Stefano Ferrara oven. The pies are really wide ("a ruota di carro"), with a super thin bottom crust. I personally would prefer the cornicione to be a bit more fluffy. The Margherita is among the best in Madrid; the Diavola and NAP are also fantastic. We've been here several times over the last few years and never had a single disappointing dish. Apart from consistent, it's pretty cheap as well.

The pizza dough and the bake is world class. 10/10. The Margherita is the go too here. Nice tomato sauce and cheese as well. I do however think that the quality of the rest of the ingredients is lacking. The ham is boring and the mushrooms could have been porcini or oyster mushrooms IMO.

I lived in Napoli 6 years. This is the BEST pizza since! Hell yes it was noisy, as the locals LOVE this pizza. It IS Napolitan pizza...ingredients are fresh, crust is soft, true wood fired oven. Salvatore and the staff are wonderful! They are cranking out 2-3 pizzas a minute, and they all look and smell amazing! Go to Nap for the BEST pizza!

The best Italian pizza in town!!!!!! Coming back here to have my favorite margherita pizza always feels so comforting & feels like HOME! The staff including the Manager, Salva, is so kind & welcoming and the pizza makers always make the pizzas with so much care and love. 11/10 Highly recommend- as a local of the barrio, I always come here celebrate or to have an excuse to celebrate something. Great wine. Great tiramisù. Great staff. Great music & ambiance.

Is this what a perfect pizza restaurant looks like? Every detail has been given so much thought, from the colour of the napkins to the t-shirts and stripped-down menu. Run with maximum efficiency, your pizza - which spills over the edge of an already large plate - arrives quickly and is supremely delicious. The pizza chefs joke with kids, the waters are louche and friendly without being familiar. Amazingly they have a couple of pizzas on the menu for under 10eur. I have been accused of using superlative, but this really is the best pizza place I've been to in quite some time!

The best pizza around. As a vegetarian I get the Nap pizza without “speck”/meat. Absolutely delicious. We loved eating here when we lived in Madrid and come back every time we visit.

Splendid original neapolitan Pizza. The pizzeria is even certified by Neapolitan Consortium protecting the authentic Neapolitan Pizza. Service is amazing and staff very warm and kind. The only bad point is the Lavapiès district area...full of drug addicted people who are acting weird most of the times...😊
