July 2020- A surprise gem of a shop a short walk from the Royal Palace. Walking in it is quickly reminiscent of shops along the Mediterranean or the Hamptons- very well curated with textiles, their own branded selection of small accessories, hats, pottery, sandals and quality artisanal products from all over Spain. A must see for the charm, and for quality souvenirs. The shopkeeper is very charming, and she speaks un poquito de English. Truly delightful ❤️

A wonderful shop with very nice and accommodating staff. The ladies helped me decide on my purchases and offered to help ship my items back to the USA (which I declined, but in hindsight, I wish I had taken them up on their offer because shipping on my own was a bit of a hassle)! I ended up purchasing a large woven bull head, handmade candle holder + candle (one for me and one for my mom), among a few other items. I thought the prices were reasonable, especially after traveling to Valencia and seeing similar items for equal or greater cost. I’m so happy to have found Cocol and had the ability to purchase local-Spain souvenirs! It’s in a very cute area of Madrid, so if you’re not close-by, the shop and area are definitely worth a trip! Thank you!

A wonderful store with artisan products from all over Spain. Pottery, some clothing items, scented candles, decorations, costume jewelry... a lot of things. All handmade or restored. If you want to decorate your house or bring a nice souvenir made in Spain, this is your place.

Lovely local products, great quality. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful as well.

We found this beautiful shop on the internet. Walking through the square for a drink we came across it by chance. The owner is a lovely lady so friendly takes time to speak with you,the products are carefully chosen pieces. We could not resist buying a beautiful bowl. It is also between two plazas we love to sit in. We certainly will visit again when we are in Madrid.

This is a gem of a shop! I love the concept of all handmade products from Spain. The selection of items is well curated. Beautiful ceramics, textiles and handcrafted arts. The shop isn’t large, but full of beautiful handmade pieces. I enjoy the pieces I selected at Cocol every day in my home, and I will keep checking their website!

Amazing little decor store with carefully selected pieces of porcelain, accessories and home decor. The soft scent you smell when you enter the shop as well as the delicate music in the background and last but not least the wonderful women running the store provide you a shopping experience that you didn’t know you are craving for. Go there, enjoy the atmosphere and take home a piece or two that will always remind you of the welcoming and warm culture of Madrid.

So many charming and unique things to buy; a small store but much variety. I got all my gifts for family in one stop.

Absolutely loved this little shop! They are so helpful and kind there, and there were so many beautifully made items. I am back in the U.S. now and really regret not buying the leather fly-swatter. Maybe I’ll try the website.
