Restaurant Down home cooking restaurant

👍👍 Mohamed serves really good Moroccan food, which he makes himself in his tiny kitchen at the back of the restaurant. The food at Ikram is even better than meals I’ve had in Morocco, and you’ll find it right here in the northernmost neighbourhood of Africa: Lavapiés. People often mention friendly, good,

Good simple Moroccan food at a very reasonable price. The service is very friendly and friendly. The room is very small but it is comfortable enough. When we went there weren't many people so this wasn't a problem.

The food from all 3 of dishes was delicious. I had couscous with chicken, my husband had the Tahin with cordero and my son had a bocadillo with carne picata. My son ate what he could, but really liked what he had and he is extremely picky. The owner Mohamed was very friendly, great with our boys, provided us with post meal chocolates, and provided us with Morroco recommendations all while cooking and serving us. Totally recommend making this a stop during your stay in Madrid.

It is a very nice little place which gives you a family feeling. Food was very well prepared and nicely presented, we ordered a home made pure de habas, falafel and delicious traditional sweet pastry!

I went to try what they say is the best cake in Madrid. I ordered it in advance and when I arrived they had forgotten it. It's not that the food was bad, but if you go to the trouble of making a reservation, placing an order because you want to eat that (and not something else) and when you arrive they tell you that they simply forgot, the impression they give is poor. professionalism.

Absolutely great place for great and tasty food. I had couscous and soup and it was so good. It felt like just home. Also, the owner was so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it if you are visiting Madrid.

Like everyone else said, this place is amazing! I'm not sure if he was the owner, but our waiter was extremely nice and helpful in picking out what we should eat. We dont speak Spanish and he helped us the best way he could! I would definitely recommend:)

The best cake in Madrid. Professional and friendly treatment in a quiet environment where you can taste very good homemade food.

We have eaten there and ordered takeaway many times, they are very friendly, attentive and the place is very quiet, the food is really good and it is all homemade. Everything is great and with unbeatable prices

Fantastic food. Razza con Pollo was delicious and the price is perfect. Mohomed, the owner, is a great guy, he will sit and talk with you about the food you are eating. You can see the pride and love he puts into the dishes he prepares. We'll return, for sure. Vagner from Brazil.

Ikram's is a warmhearted escape from the hustle and bustle el rastro. Mohammed and his delightful wife cook from the heart and we really enjoyed our time there. The food had a love filled home cooked air and was delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a homely, happy cafe.

😐 It is an experience, I have mixed feeling about it. The salad and the mayo don't know. It looks like they were in a hurry. I Don't recommend eating here It's not a good experience
