I figure a burger cannot be as bad as the reviews but it was terrible. Meat is cold and dripping blood. It tasted rancid. I sent back to cook more. Paid 35 euros for two burgers. The train station should be embarrassed to have such an establishment in their facility.

Food was good. Pizza and pudding for €10. Beer was refreshing. Very popular when we went. Service wasn't bad.

A nice place to taste the famous jamon right after you've come to the capital of Spain - before going further into the country. I would definitely prefer this place (eg to the Burger King) - as sth local!

Food is pretty bland. They were rude at the counter and wouldn’t take my food, likely because I’m American? They kept serving the people behind me and ignoring me when I would try to get their attention. Tables were filthy. Avoid this place.

I would give a zero star if I could. Croquetas served cold, and the orange juice tasted like the oranges had molded. If you must eat here, just get a coffee and croissant.

I wish I could leave less than 1 star. Burger were stone cold, like they had been frozen and not defrosted. We took them back and asked to have them heated so they stuck them in the oven for 5 seconds and gave them back still stone cold. We couldn't eat them. Waste of time and money.

Caesar Salad was decent. Glasses and cuttlery weren‘t cleaned properly however.

Orange juice tastes like peel, tortilla cold and unappetizing, meatballs unrefrigerated

Why didn’t I read the reviews before going there. Terrible food, terrible service, terrible place.

The bocadillos are quite good. The service is fine, but worse than the average spanish service. It seems the waitresses are exhausted.

It is very much what you would expect from a diner in a train station. The waitstaff were great, the food was meh. Also, be wary of where you sit and set your items, as there is bird droppings everywhere. Great if you just need a quick bite to eat while you wait for your train, but don't go in expecting 5 star restaurant quality.

It's an interesting place I'll give it that. Staff very hard working but atmosphere isn't great and it's fairly dirty. 4.15 for a large Mahou. There are two tables that have a power socket and that's the only reason I'm here, pure desperation.

Staff were lovely but the food was probably the worst we’ve had in Spain. Even the staff were surprised when we said we wanted to eat. Should have checked the reviews first 😂

The staff were really rude. You have to order at the counter and the staff would skip me and serve the locals first. The food served was still cold despite being put into the oven. I don’t usually leave reviews but I really wouldn’t recommend this place.

The staff was terrible, the only person that was polite with us was the one who was washing the dishes. You need to order at the cashier and wait for your food to be ready. I don’t understand why they have so many waitresses around if they don’t serve the tables.

😐 It is an experience, I have mixed feeling about it. The salad and the mayo don't know. It looks like they were in a hurry. I Don't recommend eating here It's not a good experience
