I
want
to
share
my
experience
because
I
have
searched
for
a
center
for
my
father's
treatment
for
two
months,
visiting
many
hospitals,
we
decided
on
this
one
because
of
the
oncologist.
The
hospital
staff
is
treated
inhumanely,
you
face
very
long
waits,
poor
attention
from
the
nurses
who
are
overwhelmed,
they
exploit
the
internship
students
to
fill
gaps
and
in
addition
they
have
a
tremendous
lack
of
control
among
their
internal
organization
to
see
patients.
I
do
not
recommend
dealing
with
anything
important
in
this
hospital
because
it
is
a
beach
bar,
some
examples
of
chaos:
We
have
witnessed
how
the
nurses
argued
over
their
vacation
days
while
many
patients
waited
to
undergo
their
tests.
Before
surgery,
they
put
the
patients
in
one
of
these
boxes
that
you
see
in
the
photo
(a
space
between
curtains
in
the
middle
of
a
hallway)
and
they
keep
them
there
alone
without
family
or
staff
for
hours,
in
my
father's
case
4
hours
of
wait.
During
the
intervention
to
place
the
valve
through
which
the
chemo
is
introduced
(portacath)
on
my
father,
we
arrived
for
the
surgery
and
they
did
not
know
in
which
area
to
put
it
because
they
had
not
read
the
pertinent
report
that
indicates
that
my
father
is
irradiated.
We
spent
5
hours
in
the
hospital
with
no
news,
my
father
in
the
box
in
his
nightgown
with
a
single
blanket.
They
tell
us
that
they
are
transferring
other
patients
to
operate
and
that
we
should
wait.
Finally
the
surgeon
comes
to
the
box,
reads
the
case
(I
understand
for
the
first
time)
and
tells
us
minutes
before
the
operation
what
he
is
going
to
do.
Absolute
lack
of
seriousness
that
a
cancer
patient
(hard
enough)
is
subjected
to
this
anxiety
prior
to
surgery
and
is
operated
on
with
total
misinformation.
Added,
it
turns
out
that
a
coagulation
test
was
needed
that
had
not
been
previously
requested.
We
have
gone
to
a
private
center
thinking
that
it
will
be
better
than
Social
Security
in
the
treatment
and
resources
of
time
and
money
dedicated
to
a
patient
and
we
have
been
greatly
mistaken.
This
center
is
a
money-making
business
that
should
be
closed
for
malpractice.
It's
a
shame
because
the
oncologist
is
competent
and
humane,
but
in
cancer
treatment
there
are
more
tests
and
visits
at
the
center
than
appointments
with
the
oncologist,
so
the
hospital
you
choose
is
extremely
important.
Keep
this
in
mind
because
it
is
something
that
I
did
not
previously
evaluate
despite
the
dedication
in
the
investigation.
To
the
center:
I
would
not
want
any
daughter
to
have
to
experience
this
with
her
father
again,
I
ask
you
to
treat
patients
as
people
and
as
clients
and
not
as
pipes.
I
want
you
to
hire
enough
staff
so
that
all
staff
are
coordinated
and
patients
are
cared
for.
I
want
no
one
to
have
to
suffer
a
whole
day
in
a
freezing
hospital
for
any
type
of
test.
And
what
I
sincerely
hope
is
that
all
the
effort
you
dedicate
in
the
press
and
digital
media
corresponds
to
reality,
currently
what
you
say
is
quite
far
from
what
you
do.
Not
only
does
it
lack
seriousness
on
the
part
of
a
medical
center,
but
it
borders
on
malpractice.
