    I came all the way from USA. My sales person was Tina. Please do not ever take her because she had really really bad attitude. She was rude to my friend and I. She told me if I do not have enough cash don’t think about the watch. My friend and I had to wait for her to get off work and we went back to buy the watch. Because we did not want to buy from her. Very rude very bad attitude. Btw she was always on the phone when she was showing me the watches. I needed up buying it from another sales person that showed me respect.

    I have been saving for a couple of years to be able to buy a Hublot. I visited the store, tried the watch and asked for the price. After talking we came to a number so I decided to put the watch on hold. It was a +10K expense so it took me a day to decide. I went back the next day and asked for the watch that I reserved with Tina decided to make the purchase that meant so much to me. I even pictured it with a glass of champagne with my wife. After creating the buyers profile and putting my credit card on the table; they told me they made a mistake. Supposedly they calculated a wrong price at they needed to charge me 5% more (even tough the price was written down by them on the watch with my name on it when I reserved it) The seller even called the supervisor and started to talk to the ear of each other in secret right in front of me with the calculator on their hand. Very DISRESPECTFUL, I honestly felt I was being scammed on a luxury store. It might be easier for some to make this kind of purchase, but for me it was a goal of savings and the watch I always wanted. Thanks Rabat for ruining my experience. Of course, I did not buy it- many stores on Calle Serrano, just avoid this one.

    Quite frankly a pathetic service we have received. We've inquired about certain Rolex model. Shop assistant was at most condescending looking for all sorts of excuses to get rid of us. Obviously there is something more going on behind as they can't guarantee timing, nor wanted to put us on the waiting list. Definitely this establishment should be taken out of authorised Rolex distributors list

    Really bad experience. They literally kick you out of the store if you ask for buying a Rolex. Super disrespectful. Wanted to buy a GMT, I felt like I was asking for a favor for buying a +15K€ watch. Not coming back any time soon.

    I want to make it public the awful behaviour of a receptionist in your jewlery shop Rabat in Madrid when we visited to speak to one of your managers Alberto whom we know very well and who is very efficacious, friendly and respectful with a view to buy some goods. We arrived about 15 minutes before closing and perhaps that was the reason for the dreadful treatment we received. The receptionist named MARIA ROSENDO OF RABAT did not realize we understood Spanish because we were speaking in English... she started complaining for us to lkeave immediately the shop and being extremely rude using unappropiate language.     I took a Rolex watch there that stopped working which was under warranty. The Rolex website listed it as where to go for warranty issues. They were extremely friendly and told me it would take about 6 weeks. I got a call a week later informing them that the issue was a non warranty issue because I dropped it and used it wrong neither of which I did. They quoted me approximately EUR 800. I requested they send pictures and they told me they would have a tech contact me the following day. After 3 weeks I followed up as I hadn't heard from them and they told me they would call me back the next day. 3 days later they called me back and told me I could come to the shop and they could explain the bill. I declined the service as regardless I expect more from a Rolex retailer with regards to service. I took the watch to a Rolex Service Centre who fixed the watch for no charge as it was under warranty in two weeks. What RABAT did was very dishonest and I would caution anyone in doing business here.

    Decepcionante. Hemos ido a ajustar la correa de un reloj comprado allí hace 10 días (un reloj Tag Heuer, no un reloj cualquiera). Nos han rayado el reloj y han intentado disimular su error por todos los medios. Al final es una palabra contra la otra pero nos hemos ido sin montar el número por mera educación, pero estamos 100% seguros que el rayajo no estaba, porque apenas se lo había puesto unas horas.
