Big department store with a huge supermarket and in the basement. Duty free department is in-house and will gladly fill out the paperwork for a refund at the Airport. The supermarket has an overwhelming selection oft almost anything edible.

A very large department store, with a large selection of clothes, shoes, jewelry and perfumes. Here you will find stands of famous fashion companies, jewelry, glasses, sports and children's clothes. There is a self-service restaurant on the top floor, with a large selection of dishes and good prices. If you want to buy something from Spanish companies such as Desigual, I recommend it!

All international brands at the same place.Expensive... even in sale. They have most of the international brands and good quality products. Helpful staff, clean and high class store. Here you can find all what you need from food to furniture even electronics and office stationery etc.

One of the best spots in Madrid for reunions and drinks. Excellent drinks, coffees and the best Iberian products that will make you taste the art of the culture and gastronomy of Spain. A poop cup with a special lid. You will surely love it.

You can find seasonal products of many classy brands in a large shopping mall. Prices are not suitable for backpackers like us. But you can stop by to warm up, look around and use the toilets. Personally, I do my shopping abroad from outlet stores.

Very varied...in items, as well as in fashion, items and everything, also in the Supermarket...but the staff leaves a lot to be desired.(sales clerks are rude and with a bad face and no desire to work...and with retirement age! And what to say about the guards (security) They are despots and poorly educated! Not recommendable...

Galerías Preciados the original first and most important shopping center in Madris

Big shop with all the brands. Staff is helpfull and they also offer duty free shopping. Supermarket in the basement. In December they also had one of the storefronts with a mechanical show for kids. Great shop.

Center like all brands on the market. On the top floor there is the cafeteria with a small open terrace. On the ground floor is the groumet store, prepared dishes and the supermarket, it has its own access from the street and right in front of the metro entrance. In the building opposite you will find the post office and everything related to electronics.

A good place to find what you need. The food court has a good variety of food to choose from with a supermarket next door. The clothes departments are located on the top level. Some of the workers on those levels actually think they own the brand. We went to buy an evening gown and I couldn't help feeling like a criminal. The workers with their tight hair, lipsticks and wearing the brand clothes for marketing would look at you as if you did not belong in 'whole of f....the store'! if you wore 'normal' clothes (watch pretty women and you'll get the drift). So if your shopping for an evening gown or just a plain jacket, wear you formal dress so maybe you'll get some service, but if you want a snack, downstairs is not too bad. Although the fruit section is double the price, maybe the fruit were grown on golden soil. Enjoy and good luck (especially if your a tourist).

I was only in the cafeteria in the center and it is a real disaster. You have to take a cart like at Ikea and go through the different counters picking up the products to consume and then before looking for a table, go to the checkout. It is a system designed for older people.

Everything has been fine since they granted me the card years ago... they have never had any payment problems with me, on the contrary, on several occasions they have been responsible for not receiving a payment and without having to do so I have resolved it and also paid without having to have to do the refund thing. They are scamming me....I am the one who notifies the English court, warning them that they may possibly include me in the ASNEF, not a third party, obviously, I report whoever has done things wrong among them, those who have included me in the ASNEF improperly. The English court does not block my card or anything after 2 years the ruling comes out and I have won against several banks and financial companies. I just rescinded €6,000 in the English court, 1 payment of 4,000 and another of 2,000... as of today I am up to date with the payment and I see that my card is blocked when the resolution of the trial has come out... the €6,000 yes I would have liked to, I should not have paid them and I did... I have been an asshole that if the 2800 that was left to pay I was going to pay them without having to but seeing that they have blocked my card... they should be damned. is going to pay your P. M.

My rating is simply due to the masterful attention I received from the security employee who is at the entrance on Preciados Street, giving me certain instructions, with interest and great kindness.

Frankly... Beautiful, well organized, prestige... But going to the IT area and not knowing their own products is shameful... It is not a neighborhood store. It's the Corte Inglés, gentlemen.... Very bad.

I have just returned a suit that I had bought online at Green Coast. When I tried it on, I didn't like how it looked and decided to return it. The saleswoman, who was bothered by having to make the change, examined it exhaustively and seeing that she could not claim anything - since it had the label - she decided to say that "it smelled like fabric softener." He made me smell it and obviously it didn't smell like anything to me. But how am I going to put a suit in the washing machine with the label and it will come out intact? You have made me feel embarrassed that was totally unnecessary. I don't usually write reviews but it seemed in such bad taste that I was forced to do so. Very big mall. In the -1 floor there’s a good supermarket with diverse products. On the 9 floor there’s a view for the town and a few restaurant and gluten free restaurant!

I bought a very expensive bra in the lingerie shop, and when it fell apart within a Few weeks and I went to return it, the manager of the lingerie department was incredibly rude to me, in a manner that absolutely shocked me. She was aggressive and accusatory; I have never been treated so poorly as a customer in a department store. The employees should treat unhappy customers with literally broken products with more kindness and care.

It is a lovely place but,since i was a toddler go to visit Cortylandia,people of my age goes every Christmas season to watch it but,speaking of Corte Ingles, the facility is spectacular,in the very heart of the city....a precious enviroment....an exciting travel across fashion.

All the stuff from bottom floor to the top are super super friendly and kind specially Tax free stuff! There is a tax free offices at the first floor and in the underground floor there is a supermarket and chocolate stores that may enjoy!

It is diferent then Corte Ingles Serrano, The products are normal price range, If you want to buy marks like Guci, LV, Versace,... then go to Serrano.

Although the brand isn't very familiar to foreign tourists, we were pleasantly surprised by the shopping centre! The food is delicious and nutritious and local dishes are offered as well. The pricing is average for the region.

Great store with multiple businesses. Not all of them expensive Costs vary: for instance the Food ourt is cheap and food's quality is high; products sold in the supermarket aren't more expensive than in other similar facilities and the variety is great

This place is very large! It spans multiple levels and buildings. They carry everything: cosmetics, groceries, pharmacy, butcher shop, deli, cafe’s, restaurants, pet store, clothing, shoes, perfumes/cologne. I must be missing more but they’ve got it all. Down the street there’s even an outlet with discounted items. It’s similar to Nordstrom, Macy’s, or The Bay. You could spend a full day here. Prices are retail but you can find a sale here or there. Major brand names will be there. Enjoy!

Awful experience in the perfumes section. All attendants I've come across looked at me suspiciously, and when I told one I wanted to test a perfume, she looked hesitant and I had a terrible feeling I'm being looked down upon. It probably comes down to my race/skin color and/or the way I dressed. If I was a white guy they'd have probably treated me better. To anyone into perfumes, go to Julia Perfumeria nearby. They're friendly and wiling to talk to you for any inquiries.

Nice place for shopping but I avoid during winter! What’s wrong with your heating systems? It’s like a sauna, the air is dense and ventilation does not seem to help.. after all pandemic, we are still neglecting peoples health..

Visited this gorgeous store whilst holidaying in Madrid. The store is beautiful and the food halls are lush. I wanted to buy everything!!! The staff spoke great English and hence the experience was more enjoyable. Thoroughly recommend.

A bit too much for my liking, but definitely one of the biggest and better all in one shopping centers in Madrid and the whole of Spain, the old original Galerías Preciados now turned into one of the biggest Corte Ingles in town
